Excellent power decent battery life. Light weight and has many uses.

The Shark Cordless Vertex Pro vacuum cleaner was supposed to avoid hair wrapping around the brushroll. I have a wife and 2 daughters who have long hair, and this vacuum did not prevent that. The hair was wrapped around the brushroll every time I vacuumed. I contacted Shark support, and they could only tell me how to remove the brushroll to remove the hair. So the goal of this purchase was not achieved. Also, there is no where to store the tools on the vacuum itself, so the tools have to be stored separately. Other than that, this vacuum has a nice pivoting action with cordless (rechargeable battery) power. It is easy to use, with a carpet/hard floor option and 3 power levels of suction. The default power suction is the mid-level. I can vacuum a 2400 square foot house, excluding the garage, in almost 1 charge at medium level. That's about 30-40 minutes of vacuuming. Having used Dyson vacuums, and due to the self-cleaning brushroll not working well, I am not sure that I can recommend this vacuum to everyone.

pretty good vacuum. has good suction, but the battery does not last long on the highest setting. I use it mainly on hardwood floors in a small apartment to pick up dust every other day so its good for that purpose.

Maneuverable, good suction, versatile and mobile. Does well for a vacuum with different settings for carpet and flooring. The only thing that would be nice is a longer battery life for such a large battery. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

This thing sucks, and I mean that in the best way. Easy to use and great on hardwood floors and carpet. I love how you can configure it many different ways to make cleaning easy. Save hundreds over the big name cordless vac's by trying this one first.

Show room sample did not have battery in it which was misleading on overall actual weight. The weight does create issues when doing steps. Appears to have power and does pick up well. The width of vaccum head is small

Love the new vac. Love that it's cordless, but wish the battery lasted a little longer. Also like that it has a setting for hardwood floors. Thought there should have been a few attachments with it considering the cost

I really like this sweeper. I wish the flexible hose had a little more slack, but that's my only complaint. The battery life is pretty good considering how powerful it is. I'm replacing a Dyson V6 if that tells you anything.

This little Shark is pretty powerful for a battery powered vacuum. It has a boost button that gives more suction but it does use up the battery pretty fast. Easy to empty and carry around the house.

Awesome design. I’ve had some time with the stick model, as well as a Dyson stick, this is the one hands down. Great for hard floors and sand or larger debris if you have young kids.

Aesthetically beautiful to look at. Loved the easy snap in place parts and accessories. Did not receive the Shark accessory bag that should have been in

Very versatile vacuum. Extremely satisfied with it. I like the different power settings and the ease of emptying the canister. Much easier then the days on stick vac that it replaced.

I purchased this shark cordless vacuum and I am so happy I did. Battery life is good. No more plugging and unplugging. Great accessories also

Absolutely excellent. Easy to navigate and does not feel heavy. Many options with detachment making it easy to use in all spaces!

I will be brutally honest - this is AWFUL. It has great battery life for light cleaning but when you run if as a higher suction speed, it drains super fast. There is not a tru roller - it's a cloth covered roller that catches every piece of hair and fur that comes across it. The suction of the machine is not strong enough to pull the hair/fur off of the roller, I have to stop and pull that off about every 25 pull across my floors. IT DOES NOT pick up rocks or even cat litter - it just keeps spinning it around behind the roller and when you shut of the vacuum, it releases it into the floor - I have taken this apart so many times and simply can't figure out why it doesn't work! For $350, it ought to suck the hair off your head but that doesn't happen either!

Keeps the house clean and the light is a great addition. Most importantly, wife loves it! What more can I say lol.

Love this thing! Its the ultimate vacuum! Works great on carpet and the powered head is perfect to go under beds. Love love love it!
