I upgraded from an older corded version of this vacuum from Shark that I absolutely loved. Didn't think it could get better until this cordless beauty came along. It's quiet, powerful, and the charge lasts long enough for any household project I've used it for so far. The huge selling points for me that you should also pay attention to are that you do not need to swap heads or attachments to go from carpet to hard floor. It's a push of a button and you're good to go. Also, the new PowerFins are NOT just a gimmick. No more stuff wound onto your brush head. It stays clean all that time. No string, no hair, no nothing. A clean roller always. It's incredible. Well made, and for my money, I'd rather have three of these than one comparable Dyson. I hate vacuums, but I absolutely love my Shark! Highly recommended!

I have never written a review for any product in my life but felt compelled because this the worst vacuum I have ever owned. This vacuum is not for anyone with a multiperson household/kids/pets/ or carpet. It works ok on my hardwood floors when it isnt clogging or kicking around the dirt as the suction is very poor. I would not recommend this vacuum at all. Pros: very lightweight/ ability to bend to go under furniture./ The ability to have the handheld piece. Battery life is sufficient. Cons: Poor design, lack of suction/constant clogging. Needs upright support as it does not stand upright on its own even when locked. Inability to clean carpet effectively. Handheld is not flexible to attachments and suction is compromised even further. Unfortunately, I am choosing to replace this vacuum as it does not meet my expectations at all. Luckily, I only paid sale price (which was still way too much in my opinion) This was a first for me with Shark and I really feel like I will be returning to using Dyson products in the future. This is a great vacuum. It works great with pet hair and the ability to use it as a handheld vacuum for your car, couches or whatever is awesome. Emptying the container couldn't be any easier as you just press a button and that's it. Switching between the different ways of using it is also a press of a button and being able to store it in a corner of your closet is great as it doesn't take any space. Would definitely recommend it. I was able to vacuum my 1000sqft condo with vinyl flooring and it still had about 40% left when I was done.

I am so thrilled to have this vacuum! I've been loyal to shark for a while now as its proven itself to hold up to picking up parrot food and fluff/feathers, but got tired of having a cord. This one is super light, easy to navigate - SO easy. Easy to get under furniture/bird caes. Picks up everything. AND my hair doesn't get stuck in the roller EVER. I heard complaints about being shocked, but this has not happened to me and I usually get shocked all the time. I was so happy to easily put this into handheld mode and clean my ceiling vent! So awesome!

I really like this vacuum as a standalone vacuum to clean a house less than 3,000 square feet. The 1 hour running time is a good feature, but you know there will be some areas that will need that extra boost of cleanliness so it will ultimately depend how much you use that boost to see how long it really lasts for you. The only complaint I have about this item is that the self-cleaning mini-brush roller extension to it has been discontinued. I was looking forward to using a the small brush extension to clean the couches with dog hair or outside couches that have accumulated pollen/dust. I was sad to find out from Shark that the tool is no longer available and now I'm wanting to get a different cordless vacuum with the same or better suction power that has an available minibrush attachment.

Does a good job. Wish the charge lasted little longer. If using stronger vac setting, battery runs done pretty fast. But, still, it does good job and is lightweight.

Great vacuum. This is my 2nd Shark vacuum but my 1st cordless vacuum. I've been reluctant to purchase a cordless vacuum for a few reasons but it seems my concerns have been are pretty much non-existent now a days. The power is plentiful, decent battery life, lightweight, compact, easy to maneuver under the furniture. The unit folds in half for easy storage and the battery is removed for easy charging.

I purchased this vacuum after reading several reviews. It also came as a recommendation because it has dual brushes. I will have to say that it has great suction for everyday use on both tile and carpet. The headlamp definitely shows the dirt and debris on the tile. The disappointing part, long hair still gets caught up in the brushes. On the first use, I had to stop to cut the hair free from the brush. From then on, I just use the vacuum without the brush head. So, all in all, it works great, suction is great, however, the brushes are disappointing. Also, expect to wait a while before the battery is charged fully.

I haven't had this item that long, but so far I love it. Very lightweight compared to the ancient model I had. The battery life isn't bad, but I do have tile throughout my house, so I can use it on the lowest setting. The only problem I have with it is my throw rugs. It keeps wanting to suck them up. Other than that, I would recommend this product.

I really like this vacuum. Very light and easy to use. Great for vacuuming stairs and using as a hand held unit. It has plenty of power and suction in the highest setting but the battery dies very fast. You will get 10 to 15 minutes of life on high power setting. I would recommend buying an extra battery but they are not cheap.

This product works great! I use it on my hardwood floors and cars. You have three suction options you can use from to give you the best cleaning outcome. With different adapters to make it easy to attach and clean different surfaces.

Fantastic Item - holds a charge for an extremely long time. Lightweight to bring up and down stairs - great options for using as a regular vacuum and changing the product to a small handheld item for hard to reach places and even cars.

My husband and I are loving this cordless vacuum! It has decent battery life and powerful suction. The ability for it to work in hard-to-reach areas is the cherry on top!

Love this vacuum and the folding feature is amazing to get under couches and tables without having to bend down. Battery isn’t much to boast about since it only lasts about 12 minutes if you use it strictly on carpet. In low power mode on hard surfaces it’s more like the advertised battery duration. The head is amazing to cut up pet hair and never experienced any tangling with our husky.

Great vacuum. Works even better than the previous cordless model. I am very happy with the flexibility, the power and the ease of use. Thanks Shark for producing a quality product at a decent price.

great product. I can do my whole downstairs, wood floors and area rugs, on one charge. It is easy to clean and i like how it folds up for storage.

This vacuum packs a lot of punch for its size. I couldn’t be happier with the power it has and seems to be equal to a larger corded machine. Super light weight.

Very impressed with this vacuum. It's suction is strong, yet controllable for rugs. It stores easily folded up and the battery charges quickly.
