Light vacuum, easy assembly, gear suction, and easy to maneuver.

If you are looking for a vacuum that will handle all your messes, then this is the vacuum for you! This thing handles everything, and the attachments are awesome! I will say you will want to play with the suction slider near the handle to find your perfect suction strength! Once you find it just be mindful not to accidentally slide it down!

I was looking for a vacuum that was easy to use and could maneuver around small areas. This vacuum did just that. I needed also one that would pick up cat litter that my little messy cat leaves all over the house. This vacuum does just that! I only had to run it over the area ONCE! And wa-la~! I have used the vacuum several times and it never disappoints. I am pleased that I bought it with no regrets. The only reason I did not give it a 5 Star was the cord. I seem to be wrestling it as it falls off the wrap around holder. AND, it does not have the luxury of a retractable holder. However, I am still happy with my Bissell Pet Multi-Surface vacuum and I would highly recommend it.

Initially, I absolutely loved this vaccuum. There is a light around the bottom part somewhere, so if you are vacuuming a darker section of a room or if you are vacuuming in the dark…yes this is something I do quite frequently, ALL of the dirt on the floor is easily seen. I love this feature. The vacuum has heat suction. I love how the vacuum swivels, I believe this feature is a must have when purchasing a vacuum. The canister is incredibly easy to open, which makes emptying it and cleaning the filters very simple. I have had this vacuum for about 2 months now and I’ve only ever used the vacuum….not the attachments. I went to use the attachments the other day when I was trying to vacuum my steps. I tried to attach the Pet attachment and I was unable to because the part the attachment slides into was broken. I am so upset about this. I should have at least attached all of the attachments to make sure they worked properly when I first opened the box because now I am past the return window and I have a broken vacuum. I still have to call Bissell to see what they can do about this. If it wasn't for the broken piece, this vacuum would easily get 5 stars. I love it. I really hope they will either fix the broken piece of replace the vacuum considering it had to be broken when I pulled it out of the box.

Work great! Easy to use, sucks up everything. I love the pet attachment. It gets all the hair the animals leave. Very quiet and light weight.

The vacuum is really a good fit for me because it is lighter to carry or move around. I had a Shark one for years, pretty heavy and I ended up having others help me vacuum. So this new one works great to clean up the carpet. Easy to clean. Picks up my long hair and cat longhair, too. Happy with the purchase.

This vacuum works great. I have a husky and with her thick long hair I have to vacuum the house at-least once a day. It works awesome on my kitchen and dinning room floor. The vacuum switches over automatically from carpet mode to hard wood floor mode. I love it !!!

Average vacuum. Picks up dog hair really well. Does an average job picking up dirt in carpet. There is light on the front bottom but not on the handle. The power cord is located on the bottom. This can be a pain when you have to keep picking it up. I had purchased two Shark professional vacuums before I bought this one. Both had lights on bottom and the handle, both picked up dog hair and dirt really well. The power cord end was on the canister, which was really nice. Took this one back and purchased another Shark.

Pretty good for an affordable vacuum. Has lots of attachments.

An excellent replacement for my old vacuum cleaner! From assembly to use, everything is quite easy! It picks up dog hair extremely well, and the light allows me to see spots I've missed. Would definitely recommend!
