The speed of this chromebook is amazing. Beautiful clear screen. Worry free from virus and granddaughter love gaming on it for hours every weekend with her friends. Clear pictures for face timing. Easy to use for seniors being 60 i am sometimes tech scared. Again 13 @ 60 yrs old we both love it ...what a great price for a very useful tool.

Recently bought an 11 inch Chromebook that regularly cost $249. It was on sale for $149. I liked it so much that when I saw this 14 inch Chromebook that regularly cost $349 on sale for $149, I couldn't pass it up. Very glad I bought it. Just as fast and responsive as the first one but with a full HD display and much better sound. I do not care for Windows 10 so I have decided to switch to Chromebooks.

This Chromebook was awesome! I returned it only because I needed a laptop I could put Microsoft Office on. Other than that, the price, speed and quality was on point with this one!

Got this for my son to help with school homework and he loves it. Great performance and speed. quick to boot, very reliable. Battery life is great, the display is very clear and sharp, not heavy, easy to move around with and get his homework done.

This Chromebook has met all of my daily needs. I use it daily. Mostly for web browsing and emails. I play a few simple board and card games on it. What is really great is I bought it at the right time because the price has practically doubled since I made my purchase in November.

Extremely happy with hp-14 chromebook everything i need for a fast and light weight computer to travel with has every function needed for every day use .I also like the larger screen which makes it easier for me to read and watch movies ps. also great black friday price thanks best buy

Great product at a great price! Bought for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it! He is writing songs, playing games and even getting schoolwork done on this device with no problems. I am impressed at its ability and speed.

This is a a very nice chrome book but will be returning because the auto update ends in June 2024. I brought my wife a very similar one last year and that one is till 2026. I don't know how it will work once expired but not goanna take a chance. For something that was released this year the date is not acceptable. There is a 11.6 which is 50 less that is also on sale and has similar expiration. I was able to check that one at the store with the help of the geek squad, The 14 inch model was not on display.

To start with, l am a 73 yr old non-tech person. That being said l found this laptop to be user friendly and perfect for my needs which are sending and receiving emails and checking the news on the internet.

Took advantage of a great sale i'm currently writting this review on this very same laptop works great for what my currently require. Compact & light very portable.

I’ve never used a chrome book so when I saw this on sale, i thought I’d take a chance and see what it’s all about. I’m glad I did! Easy to use and I like the touch screen. Seems pretty fast too!

Great for doing work from home. We use google for everything at work and this screen is much easier to see than the smaller one we got from the school. Got is on sale which was even better.

Best Buy, HP, Google should all be very upfront when purchasing this, or any other chrome book, that there is in FACT a very definitive end of life date for these products. I just received a message today that my chrome book has just received its last and final security and software update. I looked it up and as per policy, is no longer supported. Which is the opposite reason for purchasing this in the first place. I was under the impression from in store advertising that this laptop would be more efficient as time went on due to regular updates, speeding up instead of slowing down. And now this. A message that my chrome book has received it's final update and will no longer receive security or software updates. That needs to be communicated clearly when purchasing a product, especially a laptop you plan to use daily for years and keep in good working condition. Attached is the message saying if I want further updates, buy a new device. I called HP and they said it's not their problem because I purchased from best buy. So I logged into best buy.com and the first thing i see is a request to write a review of this product, here it is. Don't buy it.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my new Chromebook, as it gives me the best of two worlds in one. It gives me the functionality of a PC, although limited, but the compatibility of many functions of an android device. It took me a little time and research to decide on purchasing one and It has been one of the best decisions I've made in a while. For anyone comtemplating the purchase, you should be pleased after choosing to do so. Just do your research as far as screen size, ram, gigs, etc., and most of all, the price and pull the trigger. I'm sure anyone will be able to find one within their price range.

I'm on it now... Runs smooth and I have 35 tabs open. Nice upgrade from the 11.6 screen I had before. I've only had it for a few weeks but it looks to be a keeper.

Simple easy to use first laptop for my 7 year old. Love the simplicity and screen size and quality is good with the fact that no viruses can pose a issue!
