We have had this computer for four years. It has never given us any issues. Today it hit the floor and broke. Hoping to be able to get another one.

Perfect for a college student. Nice and light, good for work on the go

Great starter computer! Not a lot of memory but if you just need it for school or making documents, it works great. Fantastic value for the cost.

This is a decent laptop for the price. As long as you have the right expectations, you should be happy with it. I needed an extra laptop for light business use(Zoom meetings, Word/Excel/etc) and it's been working well for that. Haven't had any issues with battery life, it will last the whole work day without issue(though I'm not stressing it the whole day). Build quality on it is decent, I'm not worried about it falling apart or breaking. If I could fix anything I would up the resolution for both the screen and the camera, but again, the price on this was lower than alternatives that would have been better in those areas.

Nice computer does what I need it too. It is good for the value, it’s not really for downloading games or anything like that. More for emails and such.

Excellent product good battery life great product.

I really liked this laptop in white. It was fast, light and met my needs. Because it was open box, the previous owner had taken it out of s mode. I tried 3 different ways to reset to s mode but was unsuccessful. I like s mode for the virus protection and limitations on apps outside of Microsoft. So I returned it. But I highly recommend it.

Great laptop! Beautiful unique color! The only thing I would change is the laptop is in safe mode and blocks other useful programs such Adobe.

For such an affordable laptop this thing works great! It was a life saver when I needed a laptop for an unexpected trip. It really works well and I have had it over a year and it is still working good. I was surprised on how well it works considering the price.

It’s outside color unique because the average color is black it gray but midnight blue is a cool color. The computer runs like every other but the graphics on it are better than any other google chrome, and some of windows products.

This is a good all-purpose laptop. No real bells and whistles--it just does the basics. I wish it had a CD drive and if you're looking to game, this is definitely not your computer. I would recommend it for basic internet and applications like docs.

Good, basic, lightweight computer best used for online work. I use it for work on Google using their online office suite. The most annoying thing about this computer was getting it off S mode. It took me a few hours of trying different methods I found online. You can’t download Google Chrome unless you disable S mode. My work on this computer is entirely on chrome, using it for lesson planning and posting for elementary music students. Aside from that annoyance, the computer is very functional for my needs. It has little memory, but I don’t need much.

Let me start off by saying that this was a nice little laptop, but I did ultimately return it. The laptop itself is nice. Booted up quickly and got things running pretty easily. It was also my first introduction to Windows 11 which isn't as bad as I initially thought it would be. Ran some videos on YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+ without a problem, and programs like Word and Excel were working with no problem at all. Sound was decent and picture was good quality. The issue, which is really my fault and in no way an issue with the laptop, is when she was trying to play both Minecraft (Bedrock) and Roblox. There were only a few reviews and questions on both for this laptop, so hopefully this can help out some other parents (or young adults if this laptop is for you) out. Let me start off by saying that this laptop will run and play both games. But if your child has played either game on console or with another desktop or laptop with better specs than this one, be prepared to have them tell you how it looks a bit different and is a bit slower with movements and responses. Minecraft runs pretty well, but runs better if you go in an adjust some of the settings. The lack in response and movement is there, but for a youngster who doesn't know better, is definitely playable without too much of an issue. Like I said, unless your young person has already been playing on a better system, they won't really know too much better. The only time it slows a bit is when there is a drastic change like falls from certain heights or something where the graphics have to change and load quickly. Roblox is a bit of a hit or miss depending on the game they are playing. I do not play the game too much, but as I understand it, there are different games within the game that are a bit more intense than others, and will ask more of your system depending on which one of the games you play. Mostly like Minecraft, the games she plays on Roblox were doing ok, but definitely not as good as her previous laptop or her Xbox. So, like I said, more so there are no issues with the laptop itself. It just was not able to suit exactly what she wanted and had become accustomed to. Like I said, unless this your childs first laptop and experience playing Minecraft or Roblox, I would recommend something with a bit faster processor and a bit better graphics. Although this laptop meets the minimum specs to run both games, your kids experience will be better with a better laptop. That being said, I would definitely recommend this laptop for everyday use for things like homework, casual internet browsing, social media, and streaming some movies, shows, and videos. Definitely made me feel better about my eventual upgrade to Windows 11 on my machine and other kids' laptops. Overall, laptop is a great choice for the casual everyday user.

Great laptop for the price. Two years in and I have no complaints!

I got this for my step daughter for college. She says that she loves how slim and lightweight it is. Its easy for her to carry around and it does everything she needs it to. Its not relaly good for games, but its perfect for everyday use.

Purchased for my daughter for college. Her main laptop was to heavy to carry around. She says it is light and is just as good as her expansive computer her dad bought her. She is very happy with it and for the price it is light and uses exclusively for college.
