Yesterday (12/12) I traveled by car 2.5 hours each way from Leland to Aberdeen NC to pickup an Open Box laptop that had been ordered online. The laptop was listed as Satisfactory on the Website. When I arrived, I found that the laptop was missing everything; power supply, pen, sleeve, etc. that would allow it to be functional. The package consisted of only the laptop itself. This wasted 5 hours of my time left me with a laptop that was intended to be a Christmas present but was not functional and not in accordance with the Website description. When I contacted Bestbuy Chat about this issue, they were very apologetic but essentially useless. I requested that they deduct the difference for the missing parts or otherwise compensate me for my effort. They suggested that I contact my local Bestbuy who had not even been involved in the initial purchase.

CPU & GPU performance is inconsistent, maybe due to aggressive thermal throttling. Dont expect amazing framerates from a 3050, but you can play just about anything if you adjust settings. Windows Hello is extremely fast, very convenient. Love it overall.

The warped bottom of the outer case remains. It has only 1 normal USB port and 2 USB-C ports. It is difficult to use, but this may be due to Windows 11. There is no ability to add an internal extra drive.

Metal frames, anodized bezel makes it a real work of art. Fast, backlit keys, nvidia GPU, SSD hard drive make it make it easy to use and fast. Love it, love it. Thanks HP
