amazing mouse! It's kind of what I wanted out of the g pro and superlight but the shape wasn't there. I'm a big fan of mice that have a bigger hump towards the back so I can anker it in to my palm. I normally use relaxed fingertip grip and sometimes claw and so I am very use to the grip the mouse gives off. I've used the G Pro and G Pro X Superlight, Steelseries Aerox 3 Wireless, Endgame XM1, Razer Viper Ultimate and for me I believe the G303 Shroud is my number 1 mouse. A very big pro to this is that the battery life at 100% is 156 hours of battery which is amazing! after good use for the past several days it's only gone down to 94%. Now if you are use to doing a palm grip or have small hands this mouse not be for you but regardless though it's an amazing mouse and you will not regret getting the G303 Shroud.

Just remember before reading this review. This mouse is for a very small demographic that plays with a claw grip with large hands or just like very large mice. So I bought this mouse about 6 months ago as my first real wireless superlight mouse, because it is the largest lightweight mouse on the market. At first the shape of it was awkward but eventually my claw grip adjusted to it and it felt amazing. I did have to adjust my sensitivity due to the different location of the sensor in comparison to many other mice, it feels like your aiming with your palm instead of your knuckle area. and three months in I spilled sprite all over it. Now it continued to work just fine up until about two weeks ago where the left click does not respond. I immediately went to my local best buy and bought a g305 for about 35 bucks on sale as a quick cheap replacemrnt and it feels horrendous. Not because it is an inherently bad mouse, but because im so adjusted to the specific grip i formed on the g303 and the sensor placement. I have a terrible time using my higher sensitivity and it feels way too fast, plus the mouse feels very very small in comparison. This mouse is the ultimate super weapon for people that have the right grip for it and i will never use another mouse ever again.

For me personally it feels great in larger hands. Love the shape and button placement. Returned my G pro wireless as it seemed smaller and no grip made it seem hard to control with big hands. The G303 Shroud edition seems to have all the right curves. Very light and has the large skates on bottom so moves with precision and ease. Battery life so far seems excellent. Was worried about input lag especially with competitive fps but haven't noticed any at all. Could use a little side grip or texture, or a third side button to get a 5 star from me.

Was a big fan of the original 303 a few years ago. I have 19x9cm hands and I use a "traditional" claw grip maybe leaning slightly towards aggressive. Dimensions are slightly bigger than the original and it does fill my palm out wee bit more. The edges towards the back are less sharp and put less pressure on my thumb and pinky. Weight is nice. Clicks are not that sensitive. Scroll wheel seems like what an improved zowie scroll wheel would feel like. Sensor feels a little off center towards the back but not a problem. Mouse feet feel pretty smooth and consistent on most control pads I own.

Hi Asher, Very glad to hear how much you're liking the G303 Shroud Edition Wireless Gaming Mouse---your feedback is greatly appreciated. If you haven't done so already, I highly recommend that you download and use Logitech's G Hub software. Here's a link to the download: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025298133. G Hub allows you to customize your mouse and personalize settings. It will also alert you to any needed firmware updates when available helping to keep your G303 running in optimal condition. Hope that you find this useful and that all continues to go well. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

So I have a pretty decent mouse collection including a glorious i2, multiple razer mice, at least 6 logitech mice. My old favorite is the 502x which has only been collecting dust since i got this 303 Shroud. Feet glide is suberb, and with my claw grip this mouse is just the best at giving you an inverted angle to grab with your fingertips. Ill miss the features from the 502, but i keep reaching for this mouse to play games.

INITIAL SET-UP AND CONFIGURATION
The G303 mouse connects to your PC via a wireless Logitech “Lightspeed” dongle for communication. Both Windows 10 and 11 instantly recognized the dongle and automatically installed the necessary drivers to begin use.
The G303 uses the familiar Logitech G software configuration, just like all other Logitech products. The G software allows you to fully customize the mouse to your liking. This includes the report rate (125 – 1000 times per second), the DPI resolution (100 – 25,600DPI), as well as button assignments. While I have read numerous complaints about the Logitech G software, I find it relatively easy to use. I like it far better than the Razer Synapse software that seems to be a huge memory and resource hog. I find the Logitech software more intuitive and less resource demanding than its competition. Logitech keeps their software updated monthly, adding new features and squashing bugs each go round. I find it reliable and frustration free.
USE
The G303 was heavily influenced by Michael Grzesiek aka Shroud. He is a well-known gamer and played a hand in all aspects of the design and aesthetics of this mouse. This mouse represents the culmination of what Shroud would consider the ultimate mouse for gaming.
Logitech bestowed the mouse with their most accurate HERO optical sensor. Logitech claims a resolution of 25,000 DPI. I take this with a slight grain of salt, as according to their website, all 16k mice received a software update to make them 25k. Hmmmm. Logitech also claims a resolution so accurate it can detect movement at the sub-micron level.
The mouse is lightweight with large PTFE pads on the bottom for effortless movement. It supports a claimed battery life of 70hrs of constant movement. When I turn the resolution and report rates down, the Logitech G software estimates a lengthy 270hrs of battery life. Far more than I get with my other mice from different manufacturers. The mouse is rechargeable via the included USB-C cable.
MY THOUGHTS & CONCLUSIONS
I’ve used the G303 as my primary mouse for multiple days now. Testing ranged from casual web surfing to report writing to long gaming sessions. I compared the G303 to my other mice. These mice included the Razer Basilik V3, the Corsair Dark Core Pro, and the Roccat Kain 200.
Quite frankly, the Logitech G303 Shroud Edition is my least favorite mouse. It is the least comfortable to use on a day-to-day basis due to its odd angle where your thumb would be, assuming you are right-handed. The reduced weight of the mouse is nice during long gaming sessions, but it isn’t like any of my other mice are so drastically heavier they impede performance or induce muscle fatigue.
Logitech should be commended for their new Lightspeed 25k HERO sensor. It does offer impressive battery life compared to its competition. But, I find that it is no more accurate than any of my other gaming mice. This includes the 18k Corsair to the 26k Razer. I will fully admit that my gaming abilities aren’t in the same zip code as Shroud’s, but this G303 didn’t do anything to improve my gaming performance.
At the end of the day, it is hard to recommend the G303 over its competition. It isn’t near as comfortable to use for basic computing and it didn’t offer me any advantage while gaming that my other mice do. In addition, the G303 lacks Bluetooth capability that my Dark Core has. Bluetooth isn’t good for gaming, but is great to have so you don’t lose your dongle while traveling. The Dark Core offers both options at a far cheaper price point. Would I spend the money for the G303 versus its competition? No.

This is a great mouse for it's larger size, but will take some time to adjust to because of it's fatter design in the midsection. The buttons are easily customizable within the Logitech G hub. This is a fast responsive mouse that works extremely well when gaming and everyday use.
Shroud Edition is contoured to Shroud's specs but perfect for pro gamers and also for everyday gamers. This mouse is 75g of lightweight performance. Lightspeed wireless technology delivers accurate speed and precision. HERO 25K sensor allows you to set your control speed and gives you the precise pinpointing you need.
No replaceable batteries within this mouse. You will need to charge it with the provided USB-C charging cable, and also use this wirelessly with the USB-A receiver. Works well and works exactly as you'd expect. Movement is smooth and the buttons have a slight click sound to them, but the press feels consistent in all situations.

Amazing mouse if you can get used to the claw grip. I noticed it was slightly larger to grip, (but not larger than razer naga). But its not that bad once u get used to it. The flared out middle gives you grip for claw, even though it does still get a bit uncomfortable long term.
Replaced once already, first mouse had issues sometimes reading my click, (could also be due to the fact that i have small hands and the left click area is pretty high up). But hoping this new one has no issues as I plan to main this one over the superlight.
Flicks are slightly easier, (due to being back heavy, but i dont notice). Feels quite light as well. Not used to having an extra middle button since the superlight didnt, but it is nice to have.

If you’re looking for a wireless version of the original g302/303 shape don’t get this it’s a lot bigger and awkward feeling. Really well built, insane battery life, skates and clicks are good but I also don’t recommend buying anything Logitech from Best Buy because they won’t accept returns due to Logitech using two different serial numbers (one for the box and one for the actual device).

I’ve been using this mouse for almost a month. It’s shape is unique and the sensor placement takes some getting used to. Since the sensor is below middle instead of above middle like most mice, it kinda feels like you’re aiming from your palm a bit. Once you realize the unique shape is to benefit of fingertip or claw grip styles this thing comes alive. Input lag is basically non existent, battery life is amazing, usb-c (finally Logitech, what took so long?!) and the build quality is excellent. I’m one of those guys that might desolder switches or mod hardware, I buy crazy expensive Japanese mousepads etc and I can safely say this thing is perfect stock…no aftermarket grips, switches or slides (I like my slides a bit slow) necessary. Logitech killed it on this one. The last gripe is it has Shroud’s name on it. Why not just call it the “SE”? Put Shroud’s name all over the box for all I care but putting it on the actual mouse is marketing overkill. We get it, Shroud is good at video games.

Greatest mouse ive used. Regardless of how you feel about Shroud. The shape of the mouse you might need to get use to at first, its small and very light weight. Great for quick actions required in games such as FPS. For those that have big hands, you might want to look elsewhere, unless you are comfortable using a claw grip. Setup is simple and you never really have to worry about it after that. For someone that has owned many mice in the past from Razer, Logitech and other companies, this one is special.

Not a lot of high end mice have this kind of unique shape that the G303 has. Known to be as Shroud's favorite mice, I don't think it's for everyone if you're looking for your first high-end gaming mouse. I personally switch between this mouse and the G Pro Superlight. I really like that this uses USB C and it is slightly weightier than the Superlight. I really enjoy using this mouse in FPS games but I always wonder if that's because of Shroud. I like the small text below the left mouse button as its very minimalistic. Nevertheless, if you collect or are really into gaming mice, this is a great buy!

Great build quality but sadly they drastically changed the shape. On paper it doesn't seem like it but it's much wider and the sides have a much more aggressive slant to them. Overall a great mouse but I'd recommend waiting until a sale if you're a big fan of the original G303 and want to try this out.
Still a top contender if you're looking for a wireless claw endgame mouse.

If you play claw, this is the perfect mouse. It’s a little heavier then the superlight but feels way better. It also has 140 hour battery life which is unreal
