As far as features go the Samsung Bespoke Jet (SBJ) has a ton of them. One of the major features advertised is the “Jet Dual Brush” you can clean all floor types without having to change cleaning heads. This is not my first stick vacuum and most of the more current vacuums has this feature now. The SBJ has an “All in One Cleaning Station” which basically sucks all the dirt and debris out of the canister after you finish cleaning, I will say that this keeps the dust at a minimum when you empty it, compared to the other stick vacuums. However, the SBJ when attached to the Cleaning Station sucks out the dirt and dumps it into a disposable bag, which will have to be replaced when it gets full. There is a safety feature that prevents you from closing the bag enclosure panels unless there is a bag attached. The SBJ comes with two batteries which is a plus, they last around 30 minutes, they state that each battery gets around 120 minutes but that is at minimum power and a non-motorized attachment, so you need to have both charged to really do a thorough cleaning. Another nice feature is the handle extends a couple of inches. The SBJ does the job that it’s expected to do and does it well. There are a few negatives that might put you off especially at the price point. The biggest issue I have is the space that it takes up for the Cleaning Station and the Accessory Cradle, both are great, and they both have charging ports for the batteries, But you either have to hook them to a power strip or they take both plugs. We also had a hard time deciding where to put them that was out of the way and still had power. The Cleaning station has another issue that puts a kink in things and that is the Cradle for the Vacuum is on one side and the dump button and the panels to get into the disposal bag are on the other side. You either have to have it 8 to 10 inches away from the wall or move it to change the bag. If they had added a second charging port to the Cleaning Station, you could store the accessory cradle in a closet or another area out of the way. If you extend the handle, you must close the extension for the Vacuum to sit on the Cleaning Station. This is a great device if you have the right set-up. It does clean well; it keeps the dust down and is easy to use. But at the price point it might not be the best fit.

Nice looking. Not as powerful as most Dysons, but it is sufficient for most jobs. The clean station is great, but not perfect. It still leaves a slight residue on the collecting bin which will probably build up over time. However, a vast improvement over most other models where cleaning bins requires manual removal and the build-up is faster and eventually inhibits any vacuums effectiveness. Still figuring put how to shrink the unit down for smaller jobs, and the assortment of attachments is a bit confusing. Two batteries are a great feature. I elected not to buy the wet mop attachment. Too complex and limited in it's ability to do what a Swifter can do just as well or better. If it's on sale, a definite buy.

Close, But Still Gets the Cigar

I’ve been very happily using a cordless stick vac from another manufacturer for the past few years, and just loving it - a serious game changer over the bagged, corded upright (expensive make) vacuum I was using before and still lurks in my closet. The Samsung Bespoke Jet surpasses that other stick vac in some great ways and falls short in others. This Samsung stick vac hits it out of the park on one thing, it’s a big thing (at least for me), and that is the way the charging stand (called the Clean Station) sucks the dirt and debris out of the vacuum’s dustbin and into a bag. This is vastly superior to the design where the door snaps open on the dustbin and lightweight dust always flies up into the air and settles on the floor around the waste basket you are trying to empty it into. This is the reason I had avoided bagless vacuums for years after they became commonplace. This is the feature that earns the Samsung the “cigar”. The Clean Station that this stick vac hangs on is a free-standing, floor unit that plugs into the wall, and is powered with its own vacuum motor. Not only does this keep you from having to drill holes in your wall to mount a bracket to hang the stick vac on, but those holes are not there to fill when you have to buy another vacuum in the future, as these holes never line up even if the next bracket is from the same manufacturer - see my utility room wall for proof of this. This base unit/charging stand holds a dust bag in the stand and has an on/off switch on it. When the dustbin of the stick vac is full, simply hang the vac on the base unit, press the switch, and the door to the dustbin is opened, the debris is sucked out and into the dust collection bag, and voilà, the stick vac is emptied and there are no dust particles floating around in the air to fall onto your clean floor. Sheer genius! When you next remove the vac from the Clean Station, all you have to do is push the door of the dustbin closed - no big deal - and you’re ready to go again. Now, what makes it “close”. That would be the small roller (wheel) at the base of the power head (called the Jet Dual Brush) that rolls on the floor when you are using the vacuum. It does not allow for precise steering of the vacuum across the floor and around objects. Sure, it works well enough, but it is not as good as the major competitor of high-end cordless stick vacs. There is a big difference between the two in the design of this wheel or roller, and one works noticeably better than the other. The small roller on the Jet Dual Brush, which most likely is the attachment that you will use most often, does not make the head turn accurately and follow your “driving command” to change direction. Instead the wheel will slide sideways making it imprecise to aim the cleaning head in the exact direction you want to go. At first I thought maybe it’s just me and I need to get used to it. Nope, still wanders about each and every time I use it. This is more pronounced on carpet rather than hard floors, so maybe that is the issue…most people have transitioned to hard surface floors and this is designed for those surfaces and a compromise was made for performance on carpet. This is a major issue for me since we have a lot of carpet and I need accuracy in guiding the power head around and under furniture obstacles. Another thing that concerns me is that there is a soft rubber bumper only on the front of the power head. There is just hard plastic on the sides and the rear edge of the Jet Dual Brush. I’m not sure if this will mar white baseboards or not as mine are stained wood, but I would be careful with it until you are sure you won’t markup the woodwork in your house or apartment. I will sometimes catch the rear edge of the head on a furniture leg, so soft protection here would also be welcomed. To keep the overall height of the base station manageable, the stick vac itself has a telescoping wand made of plastic that you need to extend to full length when you use the vac (if you are a person of average height), and then need to retract it when hanging the vac on the Clean Station. Not a real big deal, but something you have to futz with when using it rather than having it ready to go as soon as you pick it up. This telescoping design ends up causing some flex or sloppiness in the wand and makes the vacuum feel slightly less sturdy and of lower-quality when you are using it. Only time will tell if this design ends up being a success or a failure. Battery life is OK on the default “Mid” power setting, and cleaning ability on this setting is sufficient, but if your house has any size to it, you probably will end up using both batteries to complete your vacuuming task. Run time drops noticeably when using either of the two higher power settings. There is a countdown timer that runs on the display to give you an idea of remaining battery life and it changes when you adjust the power level. Accessories that do not have a brush motor in them will result in a much longer run time when being used. The dustbin is smaller than what I am used to, but is sufficiently large for the run time of one battery unless you let your floors get excessively dirty between cleanings. The particular model I received for review also came with a storage stand for accessories and it plugs into a wall outlet and will charge the extra battery that came with this vacuum. The Clean Station is not able to charge a battery that is removed from the stick vac. The batteries have a small light bar on them to easily tell you of their charge status - green, yellow, and red. As far as accessories, I would like to see a flexible hose and a soft bristled brush for dusting added to the line up. All parts of the dustbin and its associated filers are washable with water. The dust bags used in the Clean Station appear to be the only parts or filters you need to buy on a continuous basis. The manufacturer makes special note of the styling of this appliance and suggests that you can leave it sit out where guests will see it. I can easily see this being a consideration for some people, especially those that live in an apartment or a smaller house with limited storage space. Even newer homes rarely have electrical outlets in the closets and you will want access to two outlets for this product. So a good number of these vacuums will probably end up out on display in laundry rooms or mud rooms due to the need of a power source. This vacuum has so much going for it I don’t think it’s fair for me to penalize it a whole star for the poor steering response I experience on carpet, especially for those shoppers that have all hard floors. I’m going to give it five stars, but would like to make it 4.5 stars if I could. I’ve had a lot of vacuums over the years and the Bespoke Jet by Samsung is one of my all-time favorites. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I am a huge Samsung fan aside from phones. I did not need this vacuum, but i had to have it when it came in navy. It is absolutely beautiful!! It’s cordless which is much needed for me as I do not have many outlets in my unit. Its quiet and has power settings and a timer so you know when your battery life when run out. Another great perk for me is that its beautiful! I can have it out in my livingroom and it looks like its part of my decor. The last perk is the self cleaning. So no more emptying the canister i to yur trash and getting most of the dust back in the floor or around tye trash edge.

    Great Cordless Option for Vacuuming

Samsung has come out with a great option for a more freeing way to vacuum - the Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Vacuum cleaning system. The package includes the cordless vacuum cleaner, 2 batteries, 1 charger, 3 disposable bags for the emptying station, various accessory ends, an accessory holder, and owners manual. The vacuum cleaner comes with a manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty. PROS: ----------- * The biggest positive about this unit is that, unlike some vacuums out there, this one does not require an index finger trigger to be pressed for the duration of the vacuuming. There is an easy-to-press button that turns off/on the unit without the stress of having to keep a button pressed the entire time you are vacuuming. * Another huge plus is the extra battery. No one wants ONE battery - on anything - but especially household cleaning machines. Great add, Samsung! * The emptying station (or home docking area?) is great for aesthetics and a great way to empty the vacuum in a clean way. Due to the filters in the system, there is little to no dust/dirt particles that get released into the air when the vacuum is being emptied. * Only 1 main floor head unit is needed - this means you don't have to switch attachments when going from carpet to hardwoods and vice versa. This is a huge plus. * When vacuuming carpet, Level 3 of 4 worked the best for me for both suction and amount of time to vacuum on one full battery. Here are the times I experienced when carpet vacuuming. If spinning components are not used, these numbers go up. JET = 8 mins MAX = 14 mins MID = 24 mins MIN = 42 mins * The cord length on the base unit can be managed under itself so there isn't a lot of slack lying on the floor around the base. * Easy to change suction levels and power on/off with your thumb. The grip is comfortable while vacuuming. * With the wheels on the bottom of the carpet attachment, it's easy to change direction even on thicker carpet by simply twisting the unit at your wrist in order to get harder to reach areas at an angle. * The vacuum itself can be extended by about a foot or so. Just make sure it's returned to its shorter length prior to docking the vacuum back on the base or it will not dock due to length. * While the battery is charging on the vacuum cleaner itself while docked, it does show the percentage charge on the small digital screen, facing front. CONS: ----------- * This unit does not really give a "real" way to dump the vacuum into a garbage can though it is possible to do so. The button that needs to be depressed isn't the easiest to get to, but is made to primarily be opened by the main docking unit where it empties. Personally, if I'd like to have another easy button option to empty the vacuum in the event I'm out of bags for the empty station. * The aesthetics of the unit, as stated earlier, are quite good; however if the base unit is placed in a tight area where the vacuum can't be pulled out from the sides, it then has to be removed from the backside and raised enough to clear the station. Someone short may or may not have difficulty with this maneuver since it would be necessary to lift above one's head. * I do not prefer that bags still have to be purchased for the base unit for the emptying feature. I wish there was a reusable bag or other option that would allow customers to NOT buy more bags in the future. * I like that the battery has its own slot in the accessory holder; however, many times this holder might not be placed near an outlet for charging (like in a closet). In these cases, it would be great to be able to charge a battery directly from the wall charger/cord and not have to be either in the holder or the vacuum itself to charge up. * There is no brush option on the end of the flat/skinny accessory tube. This would be quite useful so as to not scratch some surfaces that need more suction. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: ----------- * If you happen to place the base unit backwards due to accessibility options, you will be unable to see the color of the light on the charging battery as it faces the front while charging. You also will not be able to see the battery charging status on the small display. CONCLUSION: ===================== Overall, this is a really good unit. I'm not a fan of having to buy more bags in the base unit especially since there is not a "normal" way to empty the unit into a garbage can. The "eject door" button is a little harder to get to and does not stick out much - after all, it's made for the base unit to trigger it open. 2 batteries keeps uptime longer, and those batteries provide a nice length of time to do most apartments completely and likely at least 1/2 or more of a bigger home depending on carpet or hardwoods. There are some very minor cons to this product but not enough that I wouldn't recommend it. If I could give 4.5 stars, that would be my true rating. Good job Samsung, but please address some of these minor issues to make it even better.

I needed to upgrade my Oreck drag behind sweeper, the Bespoke 75 complete was just the ticket. It is mainly used for hardwood and tile floors. Have no complaints, it performs the job with ease. Light weight and power suction, multiple tools came with unit. Could not be happier, no problem getting the job done has ample battery time (comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and charger).

I bought this vacuum in white, and it's amazing: - Looks great. I kept my Dyson in the broom closet, which meant that it was almost never charged and I almost never used it. This vacuum sits in the corner of my living room and looks pretty great! So, it's always ready to go, and I use it a lot more often. I also love that the base is freestanding, since I live in an apartment and can't drill many holes into my walls. - Suction is excellent on hard floors. I've used it to pick up small bits of hair after a men's buzzcut, as well as piles of glitter from a present. Worked perfectly on the medium setting--no complaints at all! I am struggling to think of a use case where you'd need the higher settings for hard floors, honestly. I can see them being useful for carpets, though. - Comes with a comprehensive set of accessories. I particularly love that it comes with a "flexible tool" that locks into different positions, which helps a ton when vacuuming the top of my ceiling fan. I previously used a Swiffer to do this, which got dust everywhere. The vacuum is much more efficient and sanitary! - Very lightweight. This makes it easy for me to clean ceiling vents, ceiling fans, the tops of windows, etc. Previously, I never even thought to clean them--in my defense, I'm a renter. Now, I clean them probably once a month! - One battery lasts long enough to do a quick vacuum of my 2-bedroom apartment, and both batteries will get me through a much deeper clean. I love that the screen tells you how much time you have, instead of simply showing the percentage. That said, there are a couple of nit-picky things I think could be better: - The "clean station" that empties the vacuum is great, but I wish it were a bit bigger and held all the accessories, too, like base for the LG CordZero. The included accessory stand is helpful, but having two chargers for two batteries feels a bit silly, and it's not obvious where to keep the accessories stored away so they're still handy. I suppose it is helpful to be able to carry all the accessories around with the stand if you're doing a deep clean, but I live in an apartment, so it would be easier and more organized to just have them all in the clean station, instead. This design decision was so appealing to me that I would have bought the CordZero, except the Samsung vacuum, itself, had better reviews and customer support. - The chamber in the handheld vacuum that holds the dirt is pretty narrow so clogs more easily than my Dyson did. This isn't a problem in day-to-day usage for me, but it has gotten clogged before when I've been vacuuming up larger tufts of lint from my linen sheets. Also, it isn't necessarily obvious how to clear out the chamber; I resorted to using a chopstick, since my finger couldn't fit. Perhaps there's an easier way, and I just haven't found it? I imagine this might also happen if you have a *very* large, *very* furry dog, as well. All in all, this is the best vacuum I've ever owned, and I feel it was worth the hefty price! It's so much more usable than any other vacuum on the market, and it's the most attractive-looking vacuum on the market, as well. I can see myself being very happy with this vacuum for many years and would buy it all over again, given the chance.

Nice vaccum and has pretty good attachment options. I'm glad to have purchased the second battery as you get anout 24 mins max on medium setting. I have a dog that sheds a LOT, & the Samsung Bespoke Jet did a marvelous job of making my home look like I did not have a dog. :) I call this big win. The clever and stylish design of the clean base has a compact footprint. This gives you a lot of flexibility on where to place it. As long as there is an electrical outlet, you're good to go. I chose the woody green, and for me it will easily "blend away" in a couple rooms. The handy caddy that holds all the accessories plus charges an extra battery (very smart on their part) is also compact and needs an outlet to charge the extra battery. When you need it, you just unplug it and take it with you on your cleaning spree. The clean base self-empty function works very well. I love that you only have a simple bag to dump when it finally fills up. No bagless dust clouds to deal with. Thank you, Samsung! As far as reliability, only time will tell. I do not abuse my appliances- so there's no reason it shouldn't hold up for years. Even at the great sale price of $449 at Best Buy, these things need to last a long while. Here’s hoping!

LOVE this vacuum. Different settings for different floors. The attachments are great - one for every need. Battery life is ok, might need a charge between uses in a day but this is where the extra battery comes in handy. I love not having to manually clean out the vacuum, and the bag in the stand holds a lot more debris than expected. Kind of pricey, but a great product to get when on sale. Ended up buying two more for family members because they loved it too!

Had a shark duo for years, this puts it to shame. ive seen all the reviews point out all the "negitive" I was able to assemble with out the instructions. i love the charger shows %. Push button on defaults to medium - + for the other speeds, shows estimated usage left. works eaqually great on my medium pile, throw rugs and bare floor, i like the telescoping post for the brush ( you must lower it back to place on stand) I was amazed on how much dirt it pulled up. i do not require a light on my vac so no whoop. uses the attachments on my coucjes, window sils and blinds. the first time i used i needed to use the second battery because i did so much, but can vaccume the entire house (1850 sf) abd stiill have plenty to spare on one battery. love the self empty put on stand and push the button, it takes everything out, runs its cycle and turns off. you HAVE yo remember to close the dust chamber before you use it each time. it makes 2 slight clicks. everall extremly satisified with thei vaccume over all the prior ones i have owned

I was very hesitant about this vacuum because I have never had a fancy vacuum in my life. The most I had was a Dyson ball which was used and half the price. However, after using this I. not sure if I can ever go back. The suction is very powerful and sucks everything in and the ability to clear the vacuum after every rum without having to open the vacuum and dump all the dust is very useful. The only con I have is that you have to manually close the lid after you suck the dirt out of the vacuum. First world problems I guess.
