I'm very happy with this computer. The keyboard is a little loud, but that's my only complaint. The machine is light weight, so works well for travel, but the screen and keypad are large enough to be quite comfortable.

Really solid laptop. Has lasted me two years without many issues. Plays most games fairly well and has had no issues with any college courses Ive taken since using it. The only gripe I have is the battery life gets much weaker after only a year or so of use.

For the price, this is a decent laptop. We so far have two for our salespeople after upgrading from Surfaces. The ability to fold this back and use it like a tablet is nice, there is a fair amount of power, and it's a decent laptop. The one thing we wish it had was a tenkey so you could do calculations easier. These are almost half of the cost of a surface and you get a lot more power out of them. It's not the newest technology, but you get plenty of RAM and plenty of processing power for the general user.
This isn't suitable for anything that needs a graphics card such as 3d modeling. Otherwise, it's certainly a decent deal and I intend on buying more as the Surfaces crap out.

Solid, well-built computer that is super quiet and super fast! It has everything that I wanted, except no built-in DVD writer. The Salesperson found one that works "dandy" with the computer because I use a "USB Hub" all the time! Truthfully, I haven't used the DVD writer but only one time so far, but I will be using it for transferring photos, installing a program that is not available online, and transferring music from computer or "online MP-3" I could probably use this for movies, also. This computer is lightweight, yet attractive and rugged. I love the way the keys respond to touch. If it can make it 10+ years like my old ASUS did, I will be thrilled! I like the capabilities it has, though I am NOT an Engineer.

I love this laptop! It was affordable (I benefited from the regular sales that roll around haha), and it runs as smoothly as the day I unboxed it. It came highly recommended, so I am glad I tried it. But be aware that the speakers primarily used are located on the bottom. I am unsure if I can switch it to the ones next to the keyboard, but I couldn't figure out how.

This is my first HP and the color and resolution is beautiful. The set up was easy and the weight of it isn't heavy at all. The screen and keys size are perfect for what it is intended which is schooling. I am more experienced on a Mac so I'm hoping it is as easy to navigate and use. I haven't used it for much other than surfing the internet. The battery life is great and the price 799.00 on sale was better than original cost.
I wish this model offered a 10 key keyboard. It's not comfortable on my lap; however, the flip feature with touch screen should make that easier. Also, I've experienced a small amount of lagging/freezing but, I'm not sure if it's the computer or my internet. Overall, I'm enjoying it so far.

Super upgrade from my last laptop which was seven years old. Crisp touch screen. Fast processor. 500 gigabyte hard drive. 16 gigabytes memory. Plenty fast for me.

Im using this computer for my software development degree, and I really do love this laptop. The screen is nice and bigger to fit whatever I have to see, it has a good emount of storage, and I love the light up keyboard (just makes me happy). I only play one game on this laptop and it is the Sims 4 and it does play it well especially b/c the Sims has a laptop mode so it does really well for me. Now, if you are playing a game like the Sims on this laptop, it does suck the battery out of the laptop after a good hour to two hours. If youre using it for anything else the battery life is much longer.

I bought this laptop about a year ago and it’s still working perfectly for me. When I was shopping for laptops, it was between this one and a Dell model, but in the end I chose the HP and I don’t regret it. It’s perfect for school, it has an amazing battery life, and I’ve not had any problems with it since I bought it. I expect this laptop to last me throughout grad school too. For the price, it’s cheaper than a MacBook , and I think it’s extremely fast and just as nice! Very lightweight and has a touchscreen as well. Hands down the best computer that I’ve ever owned.

I love my HP, and thanks to the tech at the EGAN location.
ALL was transferred from my old to the new hp ENvpy 3602-in-1 15.6 touch screen. I want to let all the youngsters out there know that people like me in my seventies are having fun. I have upgraded from Windows ten to Windows 11. The performance is great in learning the short cups operation of this piece of equipment. I have bought all my HP equipment at Best BYT; this is where I shop, and the staff at BEST BUY is great professional, and respectful. YouBuy your cannot lose SHOP at BEST BUY!!

I was searching and comparing laptops for my medical billing online class. Something with enough Mb/Gb to hold all my files for school. Something not too big or bulky i could carry back and forth to school, and i found it with this HP laptop. I absolutely love it. It also folds into a touch screen tablet!!! I fell in love at first sight, it does everything i needed it to do plus more.

Very sleek looking and at the same time has a balanced power, efficiency, speed and portability. It has fantastic keyboard and trackpad. Its display is easy on the eyes, bright, and sharp enough that you aren't distracted by jagged edges and visible pixels. It is powerful enough for intensive video editing and advanced gaming. It is easy to carry around because of light weight and slimness and it has good enough battery to last most of the day without needing to be plugged in.

My second envy and still love this line.
I bought my first envy refurbished about 10 years ago and it is still running strong. I bought a new one for my son for college and he absolutely loves it. It’s light, powerful and durable. We have had no issues with this laptop and this experience continues to demonstrate the commitment that HP has to quality.

HP x360 + Intel Evo = Mac Killer

Used for office and digital audio home studio.
Meets or exceeds my expectations. This is a quick and responsive laptop. It has more then enough power to handle the work I have for it. The screen is beautiful and the touch interface is perfect. I wasn't looking for a 2 in 1 but I'm finding I use the feature.
The the flaws are minor: there is fan noise. It's fairly minor but it is occasionally noticeable. It's a bit heavy and the large screen, usually a feature, makes it a bit awkward to use as a tablet.
I recommend. Intel evo and HP-360 are the real deal.

So far so good! Like having the touch reactive screen. The processor speed is great for my typical use. I'm not a heavy streaming / game playing user. Mainly watching YouTube videos, web browsing, listening to music and such. The 16GB memory and the 512 SSD drive has gobs of storage space. Battery life seems consistent with most laptops these days - not as long as you think it should be, but enough for a working unplugged for a few hours.

After researching chips and ram and all that I went with this because it has the most everything without going gamer level. I use some stupid heavy programs and have not yet found this lacking in any way. You have to delete some bloatwear to get any battery life cuz it went dead even when off until i did that.
