The battery life of the laptop renders it not worth the purchase even if I did get it for about $300-$350 cheaper on Cyber Monday. I did a test to see how long it would last and about 4hours was the max! The display is WAY to dark to play the “darken the screen to make the battery last” game. Audio quality is great, but it isn’t very loud. — Again, I love the laptop tho bc it has everything I’m looking for in a laptop thesedays. Oh yeah, it does get hot, but that doesn’t bother me as much as I use a “bed desk” thing so it’s never in my lap during use.

I am truly enjoying my laptop. It is just what I need for composing letters and completing my minutes for my organization. I should have bought it months ago.

I love the sleek look, works great, but I hate that the battery doesn’t last long.

Great laptop/tablet. Easy to use. Fold for tablet use. Light weight for on the go projects. Works well with Cricut for small business. Good battery life so far. Display has great color. It’s pretty sturdy for being so thin. I love it!

Sturdy design, with good features. Typing feel is good but the color could have been different for the keyboard. System works perfectly fine considering the price. Gaming is not advised.

Handy laptop. Not too heavy. Touch is good. Good for normal home use. Not made for gaming or coding.

Purchased 2 of these on sale. Both computers have had intermittent touch pad issues that are like gremlins. Multipla stops at the geek squad that proved fruitless because symptoms are very intermittent. Worked fine when we get there, 1 hkur later same issue. This is for work so reliability is necessary. Symptom is that it feels like touchpad is always in clicked position. Thia ai a pic of what happens when dragging finger along touchpad with no pressure. It is useless like this.

Such a good computer! My favorite feature is the fingerprint! When using the touchscreen the reaction time to each touch is super fast. No lagging whatsoever. Def will buy again!

Haven’t done much with my new purchase just yet but I’m in love with it. It’s very sleek, light weight and most of all convertible. The display is amazing and the speakers are excellent! Another cool feature I noticed is that the keyboard is backlit, but can be turned off and/or dimmed. Another feature that I love is the fingerprint reader instead of typing a password Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new laptop that’s light weight, fast startup, with amazing sound.

The laptop that met all the needs that we need for collage. The best laptop we owned. Highly recommend it.

A very handy laptop and feel expensive product. Its totally worth for the money. I bought this laptop as a gift you my sister. She is so happy with it.

It was perfect for my needs. I don't do a lot of heavy computing, but i wanted something that will be able to last a while.

Great for the $... i haven't bought a laptop in over 15yrs.... i am not disappointed! Very happy with the quality and my purchase! Would recommend if looking for simple and easy to use! I'm not worried about memory as all my stuff goes on outer drives! Great for college students or elderly (like me) i will repeat great little laptop!

The computer seems like a good computer, but I am really unhappy with the open box purchase. I bought the open box excellent certified. This level was presented as having been Geek Squad cleaned and certified with original box, accessories, and packaging. When the computer arrived it was in a plain brown box with the HP box loose banging around inside, no additional cushioning. When I opened the HP box the computer was loose inside (the top box insert was missing, allowing the computer to bang around inside the box). The accessories were loosely tossed into the box. The computer seems to be OK physically, but it certainly wasn't clean! There were smears and smudges all over the outside, especially the chrome HP logo. We have photos but it is very difficult to photograph. There were fingerprints all over the screen, and some kind of sticky residue smeared beside both sides of the touchscreen. This was not what we were told to expect. The computer we recieved should have been the lowest cheapest level, not certified excellent. I am very unhappy at only saving $20 from new and recieving a filthy computer with unknown amounts of internal damage from poor shipping. I can't recommend this open box mess based on what I have gotten.

It was a great purchase & product too good. The service at Best Buy was awesome.

I DON'T REALLY CARE FOR THE "TOUCHSCREEN",,, A LITTLE TOO SMALL FOR MY FAT FINGERS AS WELL. STILL TRYING TO FIGGURE OUT HOW TO BEST USE IT, WORKS WELL FOR THE MOST PART.

I originally wanted the smaller gb of 225, however I had to compromise with time and laptop availability at Best Buy. Moreover, I actually fell in love with this laptops quality features for the on sale price that I got it for.

I have been extremely happy with this laptop. The price was the best I could find through any outlet.
