I purchased this computer for my daughter and she loves it!! This is what she will be using for college and enjoys how easy it is to use, very fast and the touch screen is awesome!! And, working with the Best Buy sales associate helped to make the buying experience easy and stress free!!

This style of this computer is really nice. Turns on fast and there was no issues with the touch screen response or speed of the computer overall However, the overall construction quality was not very great. This computer fell from a bed that was about 20inches from the floor on to a wood floor and the screen while it didn’t crack it completely came apart from the computer and the system stopped working. The cost to repair this was not worth the price paid for the system as this was not covered under the warranty. If this hadn’t happened I would’ve given this a 4 stars.

this is my second HP ENVY. Easy to use, reliable. Its a relief not to constantly have a computer in for repair 3 times, like I did with the Dell I had which Best Buy returned the price to me under the lemon law, I bought two HP Envy Lap tops since then from Best Buy, Very happy with Geek Squad. thats whyb I buy all my electronics from Best Buy

This laptop has good quality sound and picture. Good speed and light touch keyboard. I don't like that windows makes all documents and pictures defaulted to save to onedrive, so I changed my folders to store on the computer hard drive. Other than that this was a good purchase and I would recommend it.

I've been quite happy with this laptop so far. I was a PC person for many years (I had a Dell laptop for 6 years) before converting to a MacBook for work. This HP works quite well, runs as quickly as my work MacBook (16-inch Pro from 2019), and this HP has a touch screen (and can fold into a tablet). While I've not really used the tablet much, it's definitely great for streaming purposes. Definitely happy with this purchase (especially since I got it when it was on sale!).

Overall, a pretty good laptop for simple use, but would get a better laptop for running programs. Speakers aren't the highest quality, and it tends to run a bit slow sometimes. Good laptop for most school work.

Love love love my laptop. Bought it as an upgrade. My youngest uses it for school as most of his homework is done online. The tablet feature is great. Battery life is amazing! Very pleased.
