I bought this as my first laptop. It is fast enough to do anything that i can come up with and the screen is touch screen which makes everything easier. Its also foldable for more flexibility in how you use it.

Love this laptop for everyday use and some lite gaming. 8GB is a little low so upgrade to 32GB for about $50. Couldn't beat the price and got it as an open box and was in perfect condition.

This has been an excellent laptop for personal use. It is fast enough for my Office 365 needs and was light on the budget.

It works great, very good for work or study. I love the touch screen, the only thing is that it may be slightly heavy for users that like lightweight laptops, and you have to use both hands to open it but I don't mind that at all since it makes difficult for kids to play with it.

This laptop is one of the best laptops I have ever purchased. The processor is amazingly fast and the touch screen is very responsive. I was also surprised by how thin and light it is. This was a steal at $500 in my opinion.

Love this 2-in-1. Love the touchscreen and that I can run in tablet mode. Battery life could be longer. I also have a little trouble keeping the keyboard backlight on. Also once in a while the screen goes black like there is an issue with the display driver. Took a star off for those complaints - otherise

Best Buy rep upsold me just a little to this envy laptop. Sure glad he did. Seems perfect for my needs and have not found any significant downsides. Didn't think I wanted touch screen but am warming up to that feature. Thanks HP and Best Buy! Rob in Seattle

This was a great purchase! I was very nervous buying a new laptop not knowing too much on what I should be looking for or what I needed for work besides a few things. I did get help in the store they were awesome But I love my laptop it was a great buy!

This was purchased for my 80 year old mother and so far it has been great. She can complete all of her finances, check her email, run finances for her church and watch her quilting videos. She likes to take it now wherever she goes to visit.

It's a good laptop. Wish there was a keypad for the numbers. Also wish there were more USB ports, it only has one on either side and one of mine was damaged easily. Battery power is pretty good also.

Purchased this laptop for my 16 year old son and so far we are very happy with it. This is definitely the next step up, has every feature one could want within that price range and the screen looks amazing (I want one now,haha).

This laptop is super-fast. I use it mostly for paying bills, checking email, and creating documents. The keyboard has a great feel, and the mouse is easy to use. It's my first AMD processor, and I am impressed. I'm wondering why I waited so long!

We bought this laptop a year ago and it's still working great! There are three issues with this HP. The charger is not great because its like a phone charger and the port always loosen, so you have to make sure the light comes on. Second, the volume is horrible! The volume is super low even at 100! I had to buy a speaker just so i could hear music or sounds. We also had an issue with the computers shutting down but luckily Best Buy saved me and got it back up and running. And the touchscreen can break very easy so be careful. If you drop this the screen will pop out. If you drop it, the screen could break. HP has been horrible with their serive, computers and Mircosoft is killing me with all these updates!

I really like how nice and sleek it looks. It is very fast starting up and doesnt lag behind even when i have so many tabs open. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking into a Good Performing Laptop. 5 STARS

Was looking for a Laptop for s good price & Decent specs, this one was right on the budget I had in mind. Brought it for myself and my girlfriend, she’s been using more than myself daily for a few months and I can say we both enjoy it. Made the right decision by going with HP.

I love this computer. Very lightweight. Touchscreen isn’t too sensitive but it is strong enough to recognize your touch. Picture is amazing.

This computer is quick. I am just getting used to it and it has a few features that I am still trying to figure out like changing the black background to white. However, I am finding that it gets hot which my other HP laptop did not do. If it persists, I will call the Geek Squad.

It's the best purchase I have made. I asked the sales tech lots of questions when deciding between two HP laptops and the ENVY had all that needed. Very happy with this purchase, highly recommend for anyone who will mainly use for home use.
