I really do appreciate this laptop, as a first time laptop owner. But it has a poor battery life, that doesn't last that long and runs a bit hot depending on laptop activity. But I am happy with it for what it is I'm definitely looking to upgrade this year.

This computer I bought from best buy for school so I used it for one semester for class , powered off and placed it until my next semester turned it on and it just keeps rebooting without ever turning on so now I have to get a new computer for class thanks hp for providing us with junk

The truth is that I never thought it was such a special laptop and less for the price of one I bought it at Best Buy I got it on sale and when I picked it up I realized that it is a laptop that has nothing to envy to any other it is perfect I love it and I recommend it 100% thanks HP

Overall average laptop. Good value for price. Screen reflection is annoying in bright environments. Battery life could be better.

Bought this in November 2022 for $450 with no extended warranty. Its January 2024 and it no longer turns on. I looked up the error code and it seems to be a general board failure, meaning it could be a multitude of issues on the motherboard. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be buying HP any time soon until they can seriously improve their quality control.

Started phucking up on the 15th day. Keyboard randomly disconeects,cant connect to wifi cause it says theres no networks available in my entire apartment complex. Bluetooth just went out. Get extended return or get something else

Excellent quality. Spent long hours searching for and comparing laptops and landed on this because of it Battery life, speed, display and ease of use. I use it for work, school, streaming videos and zoom calls. The sound is amazing and it is lightweight. Has a backlit keyboard and does not overheat if used for longer periods of time.

This laptop has been perfect for all my needs whether that’s streaming, playing basic games like Roblox or for taking my college classes online. I really love it and I’ve owned it for two years now as of April. The battery lasts a while and it’s fast. Runs well despite me constantly having different things going on in the background

Absolutely loved the laptop. I was kinda apprehensive about the build quality and the hinge because I had heard that it was a bit fragile. I went ahead and bought it anyways and I am happy that I did so. I am a college student (information systems major) and I am using this one for school along with some video editing for my youtube channel (Breaking Burgers) Let me break down the positives and negatives (though I have had it only for a week): POSITIVES 1. A wonderful typing experience that you can get used to, in a very short span of time. 2. It is well-built and the screen doesn't have a lot of wobble, thanks to a good-quality hinge. 3. It is relatively lightweight and easy to carry around. 4. I hadn't used a 15.6-inch display before and I am thrilled with the screen size. I don't think I will be switching to a 14-inch screen anytime soon!!! 5. A really good array of ports. 6. Golden performance with the Ryzen 5 5000 series, I am able to edit videos for my YouTube channel as well. 7. Great battery life. Getting about 7-8 hours easily on youtube and notion multitasking!!! NEGATIVES The only negative is that the screen does have a bit of glare from certain viewing angles but is not a deal breaker at all.

I love this laptop! It's the perfect all around machine and incredible for what I use it for most which is work or school. I did get the hp wireless pen as well for it which I would highly recommend you get if productivity is your main intention for getting this. It does fine for all tasks, and is very fast for just about everything I do with it, aside from some games which can be a bit laggy when loading. The graphics themselves are great however and I plan on upgrading the ram from the factory 8GB to whatever it can hold max which should really make this thing lightning fast! All in all you really can't go wrong with it especially when considering what you get for the price it's a fantastic deal and I couldn't be more impressed with it. Type connectivity is my most used feature but my favorite is definitely the convertible feature and I use it much more than I originally thought I would especially with the pen for note taking and just general navigation as well. It's so convenient and if you don't need to type a lot for certain tasks like browsing the web or email etc.... Definitely get the hp wireless pen! You'll thank me later. Battery life is awesome as well and with the included type c charger it is fast recharge as well. Absolutely love it!

Nice laptop. It's got so many features. I use it for many hours a day. The battery life is surprisingly really good, & not what I expected. It loads things fast, easy to setup, it's a reliable laptop. Only thing I find frustrating is you have to pay to get Microsoft programs...The price I paid for this I feel is a little high, but it's worth it.
