Customers recognize the Envy x360's strengths lie in its touchscreen functionality, impressive performance, and ease of use. Many appreciate its lightweight design and long battery life, along with its competitive price point. However, some users point out that the speakers could be improved and that storage might be insufficient for certain needs. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and usability outweighs the concerns about audio and storage capacity.

So far this laptop has been excellent. I bought it as an open box item with no cosmetic or hardware/ software issues. Best Buy made it easy to apply for a card and purchase this computer with $0 down. This is my new daily driver and so far HP has exceeded my expectations with performance and stability, as well as the free trial of anti-virus. Still getting used to Windows 11 but it's very snappy!

HP computers have been my "go to" for more than 15 years. I have had this computer for a year and I LOVE it. I use it mostly for managing my home accounts, social media, photos and some publishing projects. The light up keyboard is very helpful, the processing speed is terrific. I can use it as a laptop computer or flip the top backwards and use it like a tablet. The screen resolution is crisp and clear, easy to read. I use it with a wireless keyboard and mouse when at my desk and as a laptop when in other parts of the house. I miss two things from my previous computers - a numeric keypad on the side (for calculator type use) and a CD slot. But these obviously weren't deal breakers for me when choosing to upgrade from my last computer and most of the other new laptops I looked at didn't have those features either.

This is my 2nd laptop from HP. I love my first and lasted me 8yrs. Still working but have to keep the plug on.
Hoping this 1 will last longer than my first. But overall, i love this laptop. Not too big, not too thick, not too heavy either. Easy to carry around. 1 full charge last me about 8hrs usage.

I enjoy how lightweight this is. Very nice display, speedy, and the keyboard feels good. Took off one star because the audio could be improved upon - low quality straight out of the box. It kind of sounds like an old boombox. I found that odd for such an otherwise great computer. I also wish there was a number pad, but that's just personal preference. No issues with folding it or using the touch screen.

Amazing computer - works perfectly for my schoolwork, art, programming and games. It won't handle any super heavy games, (trust me, I had to fully reset it after trying to download RE2) but for a more casual player it's perfect. It runs really well and has an amazing battery life. Would recommend to those who need a versatile computer.

Great performance and easy set-up except had to reinstall financial management software from internet (only one device per owner so could not transfer from old laptop). Replaced similar laptop several years old and the HP-Envy is faster at everything with nicer display and more internal memory. Pricing was very good and the shipping completed with arrival a day earlier than expected.

I used this for grad school and the occasional binge watching. I never had issues with it being slow in general or becoming slow with several open tabs. The screen quality is very crisp for movie watching and the speakers have a good sound quality. The webcam is great and I love that it comes with a built-in privacy cover.

Love my new laptop however I have a couple of issues. For those who are right handed, the power cord hooks up to right side of computer which makes it hard to maneuver over wire while you're working and there are no number keys on right side of keyboard like my last laptop. That's it, runs great! Have to get used to windows 11. There are a lot of changes that I have to get used to. Don't like the fact that Microsoft has everything being stored to One Drive right after installing all old files and applications. Quick access has you saving everything to One Drive instead of the Desktop. I understand Microsoft is trying to make storage sales, but it's a little irritating having to change storage options. This laptop is a great buy for the money. Lots of memory & speed.

My old laptop died and I needed a replacement stat. I was not happy that my last laptop lasted 3 years. With that in mind I did not want to spend so much on a new one that would not last long. This HP was reasonably priced touch screen and smallish. Setup was easy and so far easy breezy to use. Software I am not as happy with windows 11 , maybe I need to get used to it but so far I fail to see improvements. One drive tried to take over and when I deleted items it wanted to delete them from all places on computer, watch out! It took awhile to disable but glad it is gone. Also dropbox tried to store all my photos and then charge for more. It also took while to pause syncing. But I am pleased with the ease of HP so far.

Got pretty much everything I wanted except for the numeric keypad, but I can learn to live without it.
Battery life is great, love the touch screen and the resolution is very nice. I do wish the sound was better though....its like listening to the fuzzy Charlie Brown teacher! My old HP laptop had much better, clearer sound.

I use this laptop for general use and Computer Engineering work the only thing I would change about this laptop is the ram to have 16 or 32 gigabytes now that ram is cheap I will buy an upgrade kit and upgrade it.

I’ve only had it for 5 weeks and I love the laptop. It is not heavy, and although is over 15”, it can be used to travel. The lid keyboard makes it easy to work or surf the web when the home lights are off. Not to mention it is fast. I use an HP laptop at work and knew this is the brand I wanted.
