I ended up returning this laptop because of the heavy weight. Large 17” screen was very bright and crisp. No performance issues- could run several programs simultaneously with no slowing down. Full size numeric keypad. If it wasn’t so heavy and bulky it would’ve been a perfect laptop for me. Would recommend for someone who plans to use this primarily as a desktop and doesn’t plan on toting this around.

The touch screen is great and the laptop is so easy to handle.

Speed, great screen and audio is good. One of most current models and historically hp has been great in my previous purchases.

I had to upgrade to windows 11 and was hesitant about this little guy but it’s done great. Handles a heavy workload. I store everything in the cloud because I’m unsure of its capacity so I’ve had to relearn some things. overall this is a great computer. easy to set up. The one thing I don’t like is that the screen is the full size of the computer, leaving no room for your fingers to open it when it’s in a closed position.

Very happy with this purchase. The system was a little slow at first. After adjusting some of the settings to reflect my needs, the response time has been very fast. The only thing I am not very happy about is the built in speaker volume. It is not very loud considering that it is located on the bottom of the laptop. I am using a previously purchased external speaker that is clipped to the laptop monitor portion. All is great now.

It was time to retire my 10 yr. old Dell laptop so I was thrilled with the speed this loads at start up and the clear crisp display. Performance is great and I'm learning the ins and outs of Windows 11 that was preinstalled. Dislike the location of the power button which is hard to find (the 6th key in from the right on the function key row) and access to the port for the charger is very inconvenient (2nd port down the right side). Neither of these things are user friendly and certainly weren't very well thought out by HP's engineers. First key and first port would make more sense as these are features that are used all of the time.

The large screen is terrific, and picture is very sharp. Operation is so fast. I am highly impressed.
