It looks nice but I’ve literally only had this on for an hour and it’s already lagging terribly and a lot of programs keep crashing and I only have one tab open. I was trying to login to Coursera and the page barely loaded before I got an error message that the process system isn’t responding….. I was gonna give it a week but this is unacceptable for a laptop that was turned on for the first time an hour ago.

this computer has changed my perspective on laptops. I used to only use MAC bookpros for many of the obvious reasons but macs are not exempt of over heating breaking down, slowing down for a $1500 price tag. Now this chrome book for a fraction of the price has all these pros to it: It's touch screen is user friendly, fast boot-up, long battery life, foldable to become a tablet, and it's lightweight and fast enough for on-the-go office or school laptop. I may not have the same processing power as a MAC bookpro, but I challenge you to put it to the test and you'll be surprised. I live in the Apple ecosystem, but this laptop has made me question my loyalty to Apple.

This computer is amazing. If you love Chromebooks as much as I do you are going to absolutely love this. I use the google suite for college work and I can start projects on my phone and finish them on the computer. However anything you download on the computer must be uploaded to drive to access it from multiple devices. The speed is excellent. The sound quality is wonderful. The touchscreen is perfect. I can use touch screen in tablet mode and in laptop mode. The Bluetooth and internet connection are great. This is the best computer I’ve ever had. I can also play computer games. Overall 10/10 computer. Oh and the battery life is the best part. You can close it with all your work open without turning it off or closing any tabs and come back to it 24 hours later and the same amount of battery you had when you left will be there when you get back. It also works well with my Bluetooth mouse. If you are new to using a chromebook the mouse pad and touchscreen do not allow right click copy, cut, and paste functions. You have to use Ctrl+v, c, and x. The hd quality is so amazing. I don’t have photos but the pictures on display are 100% accurate.

Hey what can I say... The price was right for this nifty little laptop. The construction feels really solid. Keyboard and trackpad have a great feel as well. Nice and solid. The display is reasonably bright and crisp. Certainly not high end but for a basic Chromebook to do browsing and watching some YouTube it does the job well. I was worried about using Office apps Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I have MS365 and all I had to do was open it in the browser and my spread sheets and presentations were there and looked great. Setup was about as easy as it can get and it took about 15 minutes start to finish. I found that eBay and FB run great in the browser as well as AOL mail. I installed the apps from Google but the format looked more like it was for a phone so I deleted the apps as the browser access was better and worked perfect. I still have not tried to access my photos from MS365 cloud but I suspect that will be fine as well. In my opinion a Chromebook is a great choice for most users without specialized apps, gaming, or high end computing needs. I bought on sale for $250 and compared to others in this price range and below it was faster and better built. Time will tell on durability and how long it will be useful.

This chrome book is just amazing. I love how light weight it is easy to use great picture Battery holds well. It runs pretty fast and smooth. I'm thinking of getting one for my son also.

I like this Touch-Screen Chromebook at remote locations. It is lighter and just fit in my bag especially out in training. The battery does last long. It flips open and close much more smoothly and quick than my other laptop. I bought this because I need it for training and a specific software is not compatible. It needs to be in Window OS. Although, Chromebook is known incompatible with some of the Window OS software, but it still gets me going using Google, web browser, Android apps. It does a pretty good job with everything else. Fast turn on and off and charging.

easy set up, size is described correctly, fast , light weight

I love this Chromebook. It is easy to use and a perfect size. The touchscreen makes it easier to breeze through certain pages I want to look through. I like that I can use it as a tablet rather than a full size laptop. It's easy to take with me and use in my car with the instant tethering feature. The speed is the best I've seen out of all the Chromebooks I've owned. There are just a couple things I would have liked to change about it. The picture quality could be better. I have been looking for a way to adjust the backlight on the screen so that it doesn't over power the color quality so much but there is no option for that. When I am using just the screen with the touch feature it is hard to see the full color of the screen at certain angles. I have to find that sweet spot to get a richer looking picture. I would have loved to see a backlit keyboard on this model also. Overall I am very happy with this Chromebook!

I bought this to replace an old laptop. I am extremely pleased with the performance, love the touch screen and most importantly the price, as I wanted the bells and whistles without breaking my bank. Highly recommend!! --Melissa

Loved this purchase so much. I’ve always wanted a touchscreen laptop and this purchase was exactly what I envisioned. It’s easy to use and lightweight. My favorite feature is that it folds backwards to replicate a huge tablet.

Excellent chromebook. We bought this for our daughters first laptop. Very fast. Holds a great charge and I love the keyboard spacing. THe screen is huge and perfect for her.
