This wired gaming keyboard has very responsive high-key performance suited for both heavy gaming and productive tasks. The compact white design and comfy, cloud-shaped keyboard palm rest. With a practical layout and adjustable height, this is an ideal compact mechanical keyboard for gaming that gives you long-term gaming bliss. The G713 is a well-built wireless keyboard that an excellent typing experience. Its sturdy construction, textured, double-shot PBT keycaps, and lighting effects give it a premium overall experience. Negatives: I had initial issues with Logitech G HUB software commuting with the keyboard, reinstalling the software solved this problem. Very satisfying typing on this keyboard, thanks tactile and audible feedback. The cloud-shaped palm rest is very comfortable with just the right amount of height and cushion to support your wrists while you’re typing on the G713. Hardcore gamers will appreciate the ultra-responsive, USB-wired play, and full media controls at your fingertips, also it has a game mode. (Toggled on and off using the game mode button at the top) You can customize the game mode by disabling additional keys in Logitech’s G HUB software. Using the Logitech’s G HUB software suite. In addition to updating the keyboard’s firmware and checking battery life, G HUB is where you can customize the keyboard’s RGB lighting, reassign keybinds, and customize game mode. The keyboard is preloaded with the collection’s which includes custom startup and shutdown effects, as well as active and static lighting effects. But you can change the lighting to whatever you want.

This is my third mechanical keyboard, but my first TKL model. I'm used to having the numpad so it's been a mild adjustment (I'll occasionally reach for it to find it's not there. Not often, but it happens). The keyboard feels really nice to type on. The keycaps have a slight texture to them, like unfinished ceramic. This texture is present on the entire surface of the keyboard, and the smooth, rounded edges only drive home the effect. The keyboard feet have three levels they can be adjusted to, and they feel far sturdier than any other keyboard I've owned, and click satisfyingly into place. The switches themselves have a moderate amount of travel that feels just right. The per-key backlighting has 4 levels of brightness and off, and the quality of the lighting is just superb. Everything is bright with no hotspots, and the colors really just pop on this thing. Media keys and a volume scroller are welcome on any keyboard, and a dedicated "gaming" button disables certain keys (like the Windows key) to prevent accidental taps from interrupting. The software is fairly simple to use. The first time I ran it, it detected and updated the firmware for the keyboard automatically (which also changed the default lighting profile, not for the better in my opinion). As this keyboard is a compact model, there are no hotkeys to set up. You're able to go in and fully customize lighting profiles down to each individual key (including the under keyboard lighting, which features 16 zones) - but the g-hub software needs to be running to use them. You can store one profile to the device's hardware memory that will travel with it. The experience is decent, but not nearly as robust as some of the competition in the keyboard market. Also included in the box is a white USB-C to USB A cable, and a cloud-shaped wrist rest that's cute, but doesn't really sit flush to the keyboard and looks strange in front of it. I would have liked to have see a USB C to C cable (or an adapter) and cap puller included, as they're super helpful when it comes time to clean the keyboard. Overall, I think it's a fantastic TKL keyboard for anyone looking for a more compact form factor and great RGB lighting.

I got this keyboard with linear switches. It is so nice to type on, honestly like typing on a cloud. Regarding the cloud aesthetic, the software you can download to customize the keyboard is also thoughtfully designed. The pastel saturation options and a bunch of other customizations on there really make the keyboard feel complete. There's thunderstorm and aurora light options, it's great. I really hope they make a low-profile version.

Can’t stop obsessing over Echo Press, this is so darn cool. Nerding out hardcore over here! Logitech has a lifelong fan in me. Everything they design is gold, this keyboard is no exception to that rule. Well, it’s technically white, but you get the point. All I need in my gaming life is this Logitech G713 keyboard and my G502 HERO mouse. Both the G713 and G502 are wired and I’m perfectly happy with that. There’s no need for wireless when this keyboard is in your corner. The G713 loaded up super fast into my G-Hub software. There was a firmware update that took like 1 minute, whoop-dee-doo. USB C style connection to the keyboard, then USB to the PC (detachable). Built sturdy and has a very nice weight to it. Also comes with this nifty little cloud palm rest. I’ve NEVER used a palm rest before, but this one I have to say is nice, all in all I’m a fan. We’ll see how it holds up, but for now, it’s got a very nice cooling effect to it that is very comforting. From what I can tell this comes with 8 preset Lighting Effects, and 2 that you can customize. The “Immerse Effect” is preloaded, which is too busy for me, but unique and cool to watch. If those 10 options are not enough for you, don’t worry, you can pretty much make the colors do whatever you want, I can even begin to imagine the possibilities of color combinations and effects that you can come up with! Call me boring, but I only use the fixed, or the Echo Press. Like my first sentence states, I’m obsessed. Let me explain, just as it sounds the echo press consists of 2 colors, the background and the echo. Once you press a key it instantly changes from the background color that you designate, to the color you designated as the echo color. Then it morphs and changes back to the background color. SO COOL! You can change the speed of how fast it morphs back to the background color. For a keyboard of this caliber and price range, I should not be obsessing about a lighting effect, but I can’t help it! It also comes with 5 Animations as well. Don’t worry all you out there that want to make it unique to your style, you can tweak it to make your own animations, just like the color and lighting effects. The 5 it comes with are as follows: Contrastic / Lightning / Ocean Wave / Red White & Blue (because . . .Murica!) / and last bot not least Verticool. Each one of those animations pretty much look like you’d expect based on their names. The keyboard is designed in a perfect manner to switch over from a standard keyboard without too much difficulty. The only drawback is no number-pad, but WHO CARES, this is a gaming keyboard. There’s a super handy volume roller on the top right to adjust volume on the fly. There’s a Game mode button that allows you to disable keys you don’t want active during gameplay. Default disables the windows key and a couple more. There is a brightness button next to the game mode button to quickly change how bright your keyboard lights are. There is 4 levels that I can see. Nice feature to add to the value of this keyboard. If you’re looking for a great gaming keyboard, with as much customizable features that you can possibly think of, well-built, satisfying to use for gaming, performs right up there with the best of em, then this is your keyboard. Let’s be honest also, it’s a Logitech. I’m sorry, but Logitech in my opinion makes the most dependable, well-built products on the market for PC components, they just do, end of story. Don’t come at me, cuz I’ll defend them all day. Did I mention, this keyboard has also has a lighting effect called Echo Press….alright I’ll stop with the Echo Press already. Get this keyboard, you will not regret it! Great buy to last you years to come!

TKL keyboards are great; they offer more real estate and buttons that 60%ers leave out and sometimes you just need those arrow keys. This G713 Aurora Collection keyboard delivers! ​​TL;DR for my frequent readers and details below. Good: Sound G Hub color -> keyboard color accuracy Wrist rest comfort Key responsiveness Volume Roller Matching cord color Under the keyboard RGB glow Bad: USB port not recessed Meh: Possibility for discoloration / dirt G Hub software overall The keyboard was boxed nicely and it was great to see a matching white, USB-A to USB-C cord to make the connection with. On the rear of the keyboard is the USB-C port, not recessed so it adds in the possibility that something can get pulled across the back of the keyboard and snap it off. If you’re running low on USB ports, sorry - but there aren’t any hub-like ports on this keyboard. Also in the box, a matching cloud-shaped wrist rest. Two levels of rear adjustment is possible with this keyboard and I found that the highest setting made for the most comfortable use with the wrist rest. Speaking of the wrist rest, it is very comfortable; the soft material feels like a pillow! Natively and without any customization, the keyboard has a preset animation that’s pretty nice; like rain falling from the clouds. Something I had never seen before on any keyboard, is present on this G713. Glowing RGB lines the lower outside of the keyboard, making it look as if it’s floating; I find this very, very cool. Brown switches give a cleaner, yet muted click when compared to a Red linear. Don’t even think of comparing this to the clacks of the Blue switches. For me, this has the perfect audible level of click and when compared to a few other vendors, this seems to be softer on the fingers, making it a more pleasant keyboard to use even when not playing a game, but for things like writing reviews! Whether it’s typing in Discord, or playing games like COD or even taking a turn to Roblox, these keys are super responsive and seem to have a shorter travel distance making it less of a deep press and just a joy to use. Another benefit of a TKL keyboard (ten key (number pad) less) keyboard is a bit more real estate for other features that companies may want to throw on. Here, it’s the volume roller. Smooth, accurate and easy to locate when you’re not looking, this roller helps with quick volume adjustments during gaming as well as during streaming / video watching. Immediately after launching the G HUB software, the keyboard was right there next to my other Logitech peripherals; no fiddling or reboots needed. When it comes to color customizations, the G713 has it all, as well as color accuracy. If you’ve ever tried to match RGB colors from your screen to another keyboard or mouse, you may have had to fiddle with the color chart to get what you really wanted. Here, the colors were super accurate with no tuning necessary. Overall, typing and gaming on this keyboard has been a dream and if you have the desire for a white keyboard that allows for great color customizations and a great Brown switch experience, you MUST pick this one up!

Currently using this keyboard to type the review! It's amazing, the only issue comes with the Logitech G HUB, but any search on the quality of G HUB will tell you about it. The keyboard itself is absolutely amazing. I love the way the switches make typing feel, as I am at my computer for work, school, and leisure, I cannot imagine a better keyboard to use! The wrist rest is nice, I do not use it extremely often, as I prefer a more cushioned, softer feeling but sometimes it's nice. As well as the cute colour layout that is default, I love it! Would reccomend!

Super pleased with this keyboard. In the past I used Corsair and it was absolute trash in just a few months. I'm so glad I switched brands and the all in one app to control all your logitech equip is handy. It's super easy to clean, the cover? Not sure what to call it that lays between the keys comes off easily for cleaning. They keys are nice, the rgb is pretty and customizable. Really great keyboard, I use it daily for gaming so it has lots of hours of use.

This keyboard is probably my favorite gaming keyboard I have ever owned, and I have tried many. I love the style and colors, and the LED backlighting is so nice. It also has that satisfying click I look for in a keyboard. And I LOVE the cloud wrist rest. In general, I am always happy when a keyboard comes with a wrist rest, but the fact that this one is so cute AND comfortable is just the cherry on top.

I actually like this keyboard. I initially wanted the cloud arm rest but i needed to buy the keyboard in order to get it, unless i order it separately online. Nevertheless, great keyboard. Sad couldn't customize it. Wish it's a little affordable.

I love this keyboard! It’s so cute and fits my desk set up. The keys are smooth and fell good to type on. I usually type fairly forcefully and I have not felt any bottoming out. The wrist rest is also very comfortable to use.

Works great, brown keycaps which makes it not so loud as regular purple switch and a bit clicker than red switch. The arm rest is firm.

First off very nice quality keyboard Through the logitech software you can change the colors to whatever you want. The cloud wrist pad is pretty comfortable.

I got this as a much needed upgrade from my old keyboard. I wanted something aesthetic and colorful, but I’ve never cared for the black color in combination with the lights. I was so happy to find this, I’ll have to get the matching mouse next!

It looks great. Sounds great (not as loud). It is responsive, I don't sense an input lag. Price could be better (I purchased it on sale). But, I can feel the quality in every keystroke and overall feel of the keyboard. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. I could see this keyboard lasting me for awhile. 10/10 would buy again. Oh right, the palm rest is really nice and soft, pleather material so it is easy to clean. A bit on the low side in my opinion but nice.

Great sound and touch feeling. Would be careful since the color allows it to catch a lot of stains . Won’t recommend cleansing it without the proper tools, one of my keycaps broke after I took it out (gently) due to a stain.
