Such a good headset my sons Girlfriend loves it she can connect to her pc and her phone at the same time and the audio is very good quality it holds charge for 2-3 days of several hour usage at a time. She do my uses the mic attached to the headset for phone calls but it works very well when she uses it.

For the price it shouldnt have the simple problems it does,constant audio distortion and echoe...have to unplug and plug back in dongle to reset,will work for a couple hours and issue comes back....other then that the sound is great (when working)

Honestly the sound is good but the number of constant issues that come up is ridiculous especially for the price. If using on PC there is no software to begin with, gotta use a app on phone which wouldn’t be bad if the app didnt suck. The mic constantly doesn’t work, sound will go out, the headset will get stuck on xbox mode and the app will glitch and not let you change it to PC mode. They are better if you decide to go wired route but its unacceptable since they market it as wireless headphones. Do not buy unless they are on 99% discount cause you can do so much better at almost an price point.

Sound quality is good, the software could use some work the app resets all of the settings and doesn’t connect all the time, hopefully it updates soon.

First off, I wouldn’t recommened tbjs headset. This headset’s appearence out of the box excited me but that’s about where the excitement ended. Due to my Astro A40’s dying after many great years from my Xbox One, I’ve been on the market and tried multiple different headsets. Unfortunately this will not end up being the headset I keep either. As stated by another reviewer this headset has continuous problems with zero answers as the headset never stays connected to my Series X very efficiently (basically have an issue almost every game session or as soon as I start up my console sometimes). Disappointing because the mic is pretty nice and their is aspects I like about it but the main reason for the mic is to be able to use it 100% of the time which I can gurantee you wont be able to do with this headset. If thats not annoying enough the mic also cuts in and out frequently (not due to interference) and with the bluetooth feature ive noticed the sounded bounce around high and need adjusted mid game. Save your money.

Great sound quality. So far very comfortable on the head and over the ears. It does get pretty warm inside the ear cups when using for a prolonged period though.

These are good sounding headphones but they are a bit on the smaller side and they tend to squeeze your head after a while.

I purchased these headphones back in July and now Im having Mic issues. The mic doesnt pick up my voice and has constant static when Im in a party chat with my friends. Sound quality is great but the mic could be better. Will be taking back to Best Buy to either return or exchange it.

Love this headset. It's lightweight and doesn't put pressure on my head or my ears. The sound is great, the battery life is amazing for me and there's an app to help customize the sounds. This headset is very versatile and great for on the go even if you just want to listen to music.

Overall build quality is phenomenal! I love the design and battery life! For some reason when trying to turn them off, I can't not get the to switch off. I've held the button for 15 seconds and the light just stares me in the face. Only way I've seen the fix the issue is unplug the adapter from your console or PC, wait a few seconds and they turn off. For almost $250, I think it's a bit stupid they have the most simple power issue. I've used Astros for years, this is the first pair I've ever had this happen to. Had no choice but the return and get my money back. Such a same to see the quality of products go down and the prices go up.

I love it. First headset with two mics that I've owned. Definitely prefer it without the broomstick. Can connect to 3 devices at once. The ear pieces are magnetic easy to take off and put back on. Love that you can use the wire option if headset dies. Mic quality is good just think it could be better.

I love these headphones they connect to anything with the usb stick and sound great you can control everything from the headset or your phone or your console or computer. Very nice build quality and good mic. The top band gets a little uncomfortable sometime but I haven’t broke them completely in yet so that might be why. Highly recommend

Great sounding headset gets really loud and clear. Very comfortable. The only bad thing is that they won’t connect to Dolby on PC but they will for Xbox

Very impressed by this headset I have tried many brands and this by far has the best sound the mic lacks a bit compared to my steelseries but is better in every other way. I feel the price is a bit steep though would be more of a value if it was under 200.

Love these headphones!! They work amazing, very clear and comfortable. Also you can buy attachment to use with ps5.
