Can confirm. It sounds grainy and does not sound like your typical headset microphone. I am a fan of how these function though. I can swap seamlessly between the LIGHTSPEED and Bluetooth functions, swapping between my computer and phone with ease when I want to. Sound quality is good. I am an audiophile and would say these are 8/10 at worst. No active noise cancelling but the molds on the buds tunes out quite a bit of noise. If you're playing games or listening to music, you won't be able to hear any outside noise. If you have an external mic, these would be absolutely perfect. I'm probably going to end up keeping these as they serve my needs. I would recommend them, just be prepared for a poorer mic quality.

Posted .We're here to help. If the headphone's are disconnecting it should because you are in standby mode. You can double tap each earbud or put the headphones back in the case and take them out to activate it. Regarding the charging issue, plug in the charging case and this will activate the headphones. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi G Support and our dedicated team will find a solution.

I got these for the form fitting, but they are also really great quality. The audio sounds great on them and the directional audio is great. It took some trial and error getting them to sync to my phone for set up, but after a little bit of frustration they are wonderful.

This ain't it. You connect it, seems like it pairs easily, the fit feels great and then it's all downhill. It doesn't pair through RF like all other lightspeed products I own. You connect through the bluetooth, not a big deal but also means for PC you have no range. You then ONLY hear in the earbuds is "please download app"...What app? It's not the G Hub app because of inferior choices as why wouldn't you use the G Hub app? Everything else connects to G Hub but not these. Go to Logitech website, and there's nothing in the downloads section for G Fits. What a great idea that was executed in the worst ways possible. Everything involved with setup and software is like you took all possibilities and picked all the worst ones. Mind boggling.

The only complaints i have are that the microphone isnt that great (according to my friends and colleagues when im on a call with them) and that there are no cases for the battery case online.
