The Ninja Smart Double Oven is an amazing oven/air fryer that really helps save time and effort when it comes to cooking. Many of the advertised points are true , which is something we can't say for every product out there. The dual oven setup works amazingly by separating and cooking 2 items at once, and the flavor seal tech works great so your bread smells like bread and not the chicken/fish cooking in the other compartment. The Flex door works perfectly if you want to remove one item without messing up the heat in the lower compartment. I also noticed that the smart finish tech works well, however after the meals are completed I would let them sit in the oven for another 4 to 5 mins. The air fryer option works great by helping cook food quickly and giving it perfect crisp on the outside without burning your food. My only issue was that not all items you buy come with air fryer timing therefore you have to adjust the set times on the Smart Double Oven and also the air fry time caps out at 59 minutes. One of the things that Ninja does not mention in its advertising is how FAST this oven pre-heats it self, I have seen it go to 400 in roughly 3 minutes. Overall the Smart Double Oven in a great product I think everyone should own, Ninja includes everything you need along with a smart leave in thermometer so you can cook/bake/air fry and dehydrate to your hearts content.

Overall - This is a large convection / air fry / toaster oven appliance. It is quite heavy. Make sure you have the clearance and a good spot on your counter for it. We had this unit out of the box, plugged in and roasting and air frying some seasoned brussel sprouts in less than half an hour. We replaced an older Cuisinart unit that has seen better days and I definitely do not regret it in any way. The speed and convenience of a high end "Toaster Oven" has become a staple in our household. The regular oven takes too long. The microwave is great at popcorn and hot water but not much else. This dual oven toasts, broils, air-frys, bakes, dehydrates etc . . . and it can do two things at once. The best part ? Unlike my regular oven it's ready to take on cooking in a few minutes at most ! We have made a wide variety of dishes in the upper and lower oven. Roasted brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, baked carrots to name a few side dishes. Air frying fish sticks, sweet potato fries and potato wedges have also frequented the table. The ability to set timers and settings independantly works awesomly to time the finish for a main dish and a side dish. I'm almost embarassed to tell anyone how often this supplements or just replaces using our "regular" oven. I'll use that when I need to roast a turkey. I just don't have the preheat time to use a regular oven most evenings. What I love: It cooks everything in a variety of ways! DEHYDRATE mode - dehydrate your favorite fruits and make fruit chews from real fruit. Does everything it promises and it does it well and FAST. Could be improved: Condensation occasionally finds a way into the upper oven if the items in the lower oven is very steamy ! I would purchase a trim kit to fit this into a mini-oven space in a heartbeat.

This thing seems to cook perfectly every time. We experiment and try something new and BOOM it comes out just right. The smart finish feature where the two ovens end their cooking at the same time is not a gimmick. It only takes a few minutes to learn how to use it and it is really useful if you have an item that needs to be baked and another air fried. I also love having a warmer. At this point though I am not so sure how I am going to effectively clean the top oven with the lower heating rods in the way. Toaster function is great too. It really was not too expensive for what we got in return. Best Buy Salesman recommended a less expensive Ninja oven. I appreciated the fact when I asked for a recommendation (I had already thought I would buy this one) he did not try to sell me up to a more expensive product. Cleanup in the lower oven/air fryer is super easy since the heating elements are in the side wall and everything is accessible to clean. (and there is a drip tray.) Overall very pleased, and if you have not had an air fryer and wonder why people love them then this is the one to get especially since this one is so much more. And as I said I don't think the price is out of most peoples range for one of these.

What a great machine. Literally delivering every ounce of value as advertised. Ever since I set the first temperature, I’ve been cooking non-stop, testing all types of meats, breads, veggies, and anything else I could throw in there, all ending in satisfaction. Besides cooking an entire turkey for Thanksgiving, I have to need to go back to heating up the full-size oven, which due to my elevation, was iffy on temperature on baking endeavors anyhow. Getting out of the box and cooking took about 10 minutes. If you have used Ninja devices before, the dial and select are pretty standard to several of their other devices. Top and bottom have the choices evenly spread with the ability to completely control the time/temperature for on the fly variations. I was unsure if it could literally broil a steak while air frying wings at the same time, but it knocked it right out. This took the place of a beloved Cuisinart air fryer/ oven combo that had a few less functions. A major upgrade from the Cuisinart is the digital temperature selection, as my previous unit had a manual knob, and without a temperature gauge, I was always unsure if temperature accuracy. Here, no problem. Set the temp and good to go. Size-wise it is a behemoth, but for al it does, I would say it actually is just the right size. Just be sure to take measurements before buying. I note this because this unit gets really hot. I know,…duh…but I mean the top really gets hot to the touch, so you do not want anything sitting on top or blocking ventilation. After cooking, it will give you a “Hot” warning until the fans die down and the oven cools. Just be aware. The downsides are very few. The first is you have to buy a roast pan to cut down on snoke. Broiling some steaks produced some slight smoke towards end of cooking, which wasn’t terrible, but over time, this could end up being an issue. They included two full size baking pans, but I’d prefer switching that out for the roasting pan. Secondly, there is only one crumb pan. It’s hard to switch between cooking sessions from top to bottom, and cleaning would be a pain without using it. I use a sheet of foil to alleviate some of the spillage, but it would have been better to just include two pans for a “dual oven.” Other than that, no complaints. Every feature, from the multiple modes to the included meat thermometer has found its place in my kitchen and I will be recommending it to anyone I can.

Love that you can do two different things at the same time. Very simple to use and clean. Bottom is large enough for anything i want to airfry. Very useful and time saver.

Been using this thing for a few months an honestly I like it more than my oven and use it for everything from lasagna to pizza and even bread 10/10 would buy again if it ever breaks

So far I love this. I've been an avid user of a convection oven for a long time but got tired of only been able to do 1 thing at a time. Now I can be getting my entire dinner ready at the same time instead of waiting for the next side or whatever to finish. The only complaint that I have so far is the "finish bell" isn't loud enough so when I'm sitting in my living room, watching tv, I can't hear when it's finished. I haven't looked through the instruction yet to see if I can make it louder but I don't see a settings but to do that so I don't think it is adjustable. Kind of annoying that you have to get up to check on your food instead of just listening for the notification that it is done. I think maybe a little expensive at $350 but the salesman told me he had sold a ton of these. Hadn't really seen anything else like it so I would say it is worth it. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.

Greatest investment made. We live in an apartment so space is limited. When our bread toaster gave out we wanted a toaster oven but one big enough to reheat pizza. Then I saw this and saw it has both a toaster oven and a convection/air fryer oven I was sold. We use this for everything now from hashbrowns and bacon in the mornings to nachos, baked veggies, or roasting tomatoes. We even started baking more since this heats up faster and takes up less energy than a full oven. Overall it’s a great tool to have and helps with cooking dishes faster.

We love our Ninja 12 in 1 Smart Double Oven. It is so easy to use and keep clean. You can do so many different things with it. It does not take up very much room. It is perfect for the family.

Had been curious on air fryer for a while and didnt necessarily need another appliance. This took the place of toaster oven and have been happy with its multi functions

This item will become a staple for your cooking! This new Ninja product allows you to heat 2 items at the same time, and even includes a setting for both to finish at the same time (smart finish setting). It is worth noting that the offerings of the top oven are not identical to the bottom ones.

I like the double ovens I'm able to cook two different things at the same time I do like the size of how much I can put in and I also like the different temperature gauges

This has been the best kitchen appliance. The entire fmaily loves it and the ability to use two baking settings at the same time is fantastic.

I have owned this product for nearly 3 months and I am beyond pleased with this purchase. I have used every setting except whole roast and air roast. The learning curve has been small. I was nervous about the convection oven but following the recommended temperature decrease worked each time. I am pleased with how evenly a pizza cooks. I feel my homemade biscuits and frittata's turn out better in this unit than my full oven (just a couple examples). If I had to make one complaint/suggestion, I would say I wish it had come with the nonstick air fry basket. The stainless basket is fine, but things stick to a degree. I have ordered the nonstick basket and it is really inexpensive so not a huge deal.

Wonderful. Works great. Just as it states. 12-in-1 Smart Double over. Cook many items at once. Many features that make food perfect. Baking, Air fry, toasting, etc... make food better and healthier, plus it is easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

Had high expectations, and they were met. Impressed with how quick and easy to use this product is. In the midst of searching for a new oven, so I purchased this Ninja as a substitute. I have found I prefer using this to my regular oven. I heard the fan was a little loud, but so are my kids so I don't notice it. Cooks food great, and the food warmer makes leftovers more enjoyable. Great buy!

Have been using it for about a month now... Have yet to be disappointed with any of the outcomes. Everything from toast to full chicken with temp probe.. Can't save the experience at Best Buy was that good, But the product itself is awesome.

Its literally the best appliance my wife and I have purchased, living in a small ADU apartment we dont have much room and didnt have a stove, soooo this has been an amazing upgrade, totally worth the price and build of high quality material!
