Very happy with the robots ability to get up animal fur and general dirt. There are areas the robot has trouble getting to (under some chairs or tight corners). I run her at night when we are asleep and very happy tosses he has picked up all kinds of dirt and such. This does not replace the need for occasional deep cleaning but is still a great assistance.

I had a different well known brand before. It was loud and got stuck a lot. This one is much quieter while operating and just does its job much better than the one I had before.

Loving this robot vacuum more and more each day. It has made such a big difference in the amount of pet hair on our floors compared to our old Samsung robot vacuum. This isn’t just a sweeper but a true vacuum with the roller brush which leaves really nice vacuum lines in carpets if you have them. Love that it doesn’t constantly beep when it’s stuck on things, which means I can have it clean rooms like our kitchen and living room while we’re asleep. It’s also very quiet when functioning. The loudest part of the clean cycle is when it returns back to its base and the waste is sucked up into the base. Reminds me of an airplane getting ready for take off.

I have one of these already, so I gifted this to my niece and it is by far the best investment ever! Especially if you have pets.

Very pleased with this vacuum. Excellent and easy set up to my phone. Does a great job keeping my floors clear of dust and hair.

We love our new Shark. We had a bob before and they are almost completely different, in great ways. This really maps out rooms and areas. You can see the completed map in the app afterwards. I have not tried without the app, not sure if you can use it that way except just to push the power button. It cleans and returns when full to empty then goes back out to work. We have a black lab s so have a large amount of hair, besides our own.We have not had any issue with long hair wrapped around the beater bar - at all, never and we both have hair past our shoulders. This vac is just awesome. Like most reviews mention, it is loud when emptying but it IS emptying all the dirt and hair. We tried it first time after vacuuming with out Shark vacs ( that also do an awesome job) and it actually got 2 bins full of dirt. For reference- we have a 1560 house and do auto clean on at least 1400 of it.- but didn't have to do the emptying!

The cleaning ability of the vac is the best part of it and after that it becomes just ok. The vac gets itself stuck on a regular basis because it tries to force itself in areas, like under the kitchen chairs, where it simply doesn't fit. The software should know that when it meets that much resistance that it should back off.

This is fantastic. My older robot vacuum finally bit the dust and needed a new one. This was on sale and love it. Do not use the wi-fi feature, but it works just great. Love the self empty feature. I have pets and this does a great job with their hair, except sometimes it will not self empty because it gets jammed, but this is a minor problem.

We came from a Dyson hand held vacuum, so we knew virtually nothing about robo vacuums. We'd done enough research to know we wanted bagless, self emptying and lidar. For us the priority was convenience and ease of use. This needed to basically run itself and empty itself. The only time I really need to interact with it is to empty the bin which isn't often 30-60 days depending. A buddy of mine has been using robot vacuums for over 5 years, and everything he was qualifying me for I'd found in this vacuum before consulting him. He'd had a bad experience with Shark 4 or 5 years ago, so he was skeptical. That said, our vacuum has really surprised us. It's worth the money to us, but it was $200 off when we purchased it, and the insurance from the Dyson made it no money out of pocket except for the insurance. The only thing I'll say that keeps it from being perfect is I notice matrix clean or spot clean where it focuses on a spot is sometimes the only way it will pick up everything, like even small pieces of tissue. Also it doesn't seem to pick up clumps of hair at all. Between our cat and my wife, those are persistent. So I do find myself behind it for small resistance forces, but it mostly gets the job done. I recommend some form of insurance. Yes it's half the cost of the item, but when it does wear out, you don't want to shell out the entirety of a whole new vacuum either.

Haven’t had this Shark for too long. I’m still learning to use it. I haven’t set up the App completely yet so I haven’t had the vacuum get to work when I’m not home. The few times I have used it I’m very pleased with it. We’re a busy family with indoor pets and needed help with keeping up on the dog hair. I am very pleased how well this vacuum cleans. I would definitely recommend this so far.

It does a good job with mapping and it does well with cleaning. It is quieter than our prior iRobot. The only downsides are that it doesn’t always “see” things that I think it should and I wish you could make smaller areas to avoid.

Really do like this robot for picking up pet hair. It’s really amazing at that. However it doesn’t pick up the small pieces of clay all at litter that gets tracked in the house as good and I would want it to. Still picks it up but there is some litter left in the ground. It doesn’t take too long either to complete the whole house. It does like to run over cords and get stuck but it gets its self out.

So far this thing is pretty fantastic. A huge upgrade from my previous Deebot. Pretty quick and does a great job cleaning up everything off the carpet. Covers every inch of the area. I like that you can map out the room an then tell it where not to go.

Helps save me time as a single working mom and full-time student. Setting it up using the explore mode was easy, and it mapped out our 3 bedroom apartment fairly accurately. Setting up no-go-zones was easy and helpful to keep it from getting into areas with cords. Picks up a lot and self-empties. Love the vacuum bot!

Got this vacuum to replace our older that quit. My wife loves this vacuum! It does so much more than our old one and is very efficient. It maps the house and efficiently cleans the floors. It will empty when full and go back to cleaning right where it left off. We would definitely recommend.

With all the different opinions on these vacuums, I was unsure about getting one, but im glad i did. Setup was easy, it mapped my house and picks up with no problems. I love that it empties itself. Now it says that it has a 30 day capacity before you have to empty the bin, but that depends on how dirty your house is. So you may have to empty it more often.

I love this vacuum. The room mapping feature is pretty cool, as well as the self emptying feature. It is quieter than my last smart vacuum and is really easy to clean. My only complaint is that longer hair gets stuck in the roller brush instead of going into the debris chamber, but like I said, it is very easy to clean and get it running again.

I really love this little robot. It did an effective mapping of the house. It keeps the dog hair at bay, which is exactly why I got it. Great on hard and carpeted floors. 5 ☆ for sure!

I have two dogs. One of them sheds a lot so I had to vacuum my floor twice a day at least to keep dog hair off. My kids recommended getting one of these robot vacuums. so I have been shopping for it. I used to use Dyson vacuum but I replaced with a Shark Vacuum last year, and I have been happy with it. So, when I saw this unit for sale, I had to try and see. It does a good job and it automatically starts once a day. I can command extra cleaning with my phone from anywhere. This is working great. It reaches where I was not able to reach so my floor has been clean. Noise level is not as bad as I expected. After all, it is a vacuum cleaner so it makes loud noise, but it is not bad at all. I don't need to dump trash every time. I dump them once or twice a week but I think I can go for at least 10 days.
