The Ninja Combi All-in-One Multicooker, Oven, & Air Fryer is nothing short of a culinary Swiss army knife. This versatile appliance has truly impressed me. It's a game-changer that brings convenience, efficiency, and deliciousness to our table. The Ninja Combi has a modern design that will complement any kitchen. It is solidly built looks like it will last a long time. I like the front opening door and the glass window so you can monitor the food while it is cooking. The digital control panel is easy to use with simple navigation to the multitude of cooking functions. Whether you're a seasoned home chef or a kitchen novice, this appliance is user-friendly. This multifunctional appliance truly lives up to its name. It's an oven, a multicooker and an air fryer all in one. At first glance It’s wide range of cooking modes looks a little daunting. The Combi Cookier Mode: Combi Meals, Combi Crisp, Combi Bake, Steam, Proof, Rice/Pasta and AirFry/Stovetop mode: Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Pizza, Toaster, Searing/Saute, Slow cook and even Sous Vide. After using it a few times it all makes sense. I may retire multiple kitchen gadgets and save valuable counter space. The ovens two modes are controlled by a lever in the upper right front of the oven. It uses a combination of “Hypersteam” and “Cyclonic Air” to cook the food. You do have to allow for the steam so even though it will fit under a cabinet an open counter I think it is better to place it on an open counter to avoid steam damage to your cabinets. The Ninja Combi delivers consistently excellent results. It heats up quickly, maintaining precise temperatures, which makes cooking consistent each time. The air frying function produces perfectly crispy fries, wings or chicken nuggets. Roasting and baking are also top-notch. The Combi meals are great for busy people or families, you can whip up a whole meal by adding the ingredients and Pressing the Start button. Once you get all your ingredients together Put the starch on the bottom with any liquid and the Protein on the top just follow the temperature settings and time recommendations and you will have a perfectly cooked meal. You can make delicious meals like Baked Mac and Cheese with Broccoli, steak and vegetables or salmon and asparagus. The inspiration guide has a handy table to create your own Combi creation. You can download a full copy of the guide from Ninja. My first foray using the oven was to create a toasted turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with Mayo. I just popped it in the oven set it to air fry and choose Toast, selected medium and Volia after a few minutes I had a perfectly toasted sandwich with the cheese melted perfectly. The next day I used the toast setting to warm up some left-over pizza. The next night I got my Chef hat on! I decided to make a pork tenderloin with baby potatoes, carrots, white onions and celery with a port wine and beef stock and rosemary gravy including the drippings from the tenderloin. I used Combi crisp to cook the roast and then thickened the gravy using the sauté/stovetop setting I had to guess a little on the time for the roast but it turned out great, the best I have ever cooked in fact! I think this oven is going to really elevate my cooking. When you are cooking a meat alone remember to use liquid in the pan so it does not get dry. You can even cook meat, chicken or fish in under 30 minutes without defrosting following the cooking guides. There are a few recipes to try in the guide you can get the Idea from there and invent your own. The Ninja Combi can easily handle family-sized meals. It's spacious enough to roast a whole chicken or 5 lb. roast, bake a large pizza, or air fry a batch of wings 12 – 16 depending on the size. The dimensions are 14.92(L) 15.43(W) 13.11(L). For large gatherings, you might find it limiting. Cleaning is a breeze, thanks to the non-stick pan surfaces that are dishwasher-safe. This makes the post-cooking cleanup much less of a hassle. For deep cleaning you use the steam setting, allowing you to get even the dirtiest oven sparkling clean. While the Ninja Combi is an investment, its versatility justifies the price. When you consider that it can replace multiple kitchen appliances, the cost becomes much more reasonable. It's a high-quality, long-lasting kitchen companion that will pay off over time. The Ninja Combi All-in-One Multicooker, Oven, & Air Fryer has made a great addition to my kitchen. Its exceptional versatility, cooking performance, and ease of use make it my go to appliance now. If you're looking to streamline your cooking process and expand your culinary horizons, this appliance is an excellent choice. Whether you're a busy parent, a professional chef, or anyone in between, the Ninja Combi will make you meal preparation a joy.

Cooks well and can cook multiple dishes at once

The Ninja Combi oven is not your average conventional countertop oven. It also isn’t quite the same as non-combi oven/air fry combos. The Combi is an efficiently designed multitasking powerhouse with the ability to quickly cook single or multiple dishes quickly, using steam, heat, and convection. A combi oven can cook a protein like chicken or fish simultaneously along with a base like pasta or rice in as little as 15 minutes. The oven ships with a bake tray, a Combi pan, and a crisper tray. It has a smart switch on the top right that has two primary modes: combi and air fry. Operation is fairly straightforward in both modes, and each mode has several additional cooking options, depending on the dish being prepared. The pan, tray, and crisper also play specific roles in food preparation, which is explained in more detail in the included inspiration guide. Air fry bake mode functions similar, but not identical to standard countertop ovens. Unlike older combo ovens where we can completely disable convection, the Combi uses cyclonic air in all baking modes. We keep a close eye on food to prevent burning, regardless of whether in combi or air fry mode. Despite the more efficient cooking times, the Combi cooks well in both modes. Air fry mode is the more straightforward of the two primary modes. It has functions like bake, broil, toast, pizza, and sous vide among others. The oven both preheats and cooks quickly in both modes. It typically takes the oven 2-3 minutes to heat to 400 degrees and it alerts when preheated, and alerts again on reheat if the door is opened. A tray of frozen chicken nuggets on the bake tray in the top rack cooks in about eight minutes in bake mode and turns out perfect; juicy and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Foods like fresh or frozen meats and vegetables also cook perfectly when timed and prepared properly. Food isn’t dry or burned on the outside and cold on the inside like we experience with some smaller ovens with heating elements. The air fry function works like a typical air fryer and can cook French fries and other normally fried foods. There is also a slow cook function in air fry mode. Combi mode is slightly more complex than air fry but still relatively easy to use. Both modes have specific guidelines for cooking certain foods or multiple dishes. The oven uses heat, steam, and air, depending on the dish. Combi mode is quite versatile and can cook meats, vegetables, rice, pasta, baked goods, fries, toast, and other meals. It can also crisp and bake. The best feature of combi mode is cooking two dishes at once. I can add a protein like chicken or beef to the top tray, and a base like vegetables or pasta to the bottom combi pan, set the appropriate time, and typically within fifteen minutes or less, I have a fully prepared meal capable of feeding myself or multiple people. I can’t stress enough how helpful this is. In the past, I’d either have to cook each item separately in the same oven or use two ovens. During cooking, only the top exhaust vent and door glass usually become hot enough to potentially burn or feel uncomfortable to the touch. The remainder of the body stays cool to the touch. 10 minutes into a 400-degree bake, I was able to press my hands against either side of the oven with no discomfort. Both sides and the top (away from the vent) remained cool during cooking. Despite remaining relatively cool to the touch, it is recommended to give the oven sufficient space from walls and avoid placing it directly underneath cabinets, especially if using steam. I also recommend always being cautious and treating the oven as if it is hot to the touch during use. Some modes may produce and expel significantly more heat than others and there’s no guarantee the oven will always feel cool on the exterior during cooking. This is our first combi oven, so we were initially a little unsure of how to correctly use it. That’s because it functions a bit differently than our previous countertop combo ovens. In previous ovens, bake mode without convection was like using a regular oven, whereas the combi cooks faster, due to always using cyclonic air in bake mode. Regardless of the differences, the Combi doesn’t have a steep learning curve, and we were confidently up to speed on its use fairly quickly. Even as newcomers to combi technology, we’ve never burned or undercooked a dish. We did have some clam strips that came out a little crispier than anticipated. Although the exterior was extra crispy, the interior was perfectly cooked and chewy. The oven is compact and doesn’t occupy a large countertop footprint, despite being spacious enough to hold and cook two large dishes at once. However, it is not wide enough to fit certain foods, like a pizza wider than eleven inches for example. It does have sufficient depth and height to handle large cuts of meat, a full chicken, or even bake a full-sized cake or a tray of brownies. The included inspiration guide is enormously helpful for anyone new to Combi ovens. It contains detailed explanations of the oven’s functions and controls, highly detailed cooking guidelines and instructions for preparing a vast variety of foods in both modes, and even a few helpful recipes.

The Combi All-in-One Multicooker is another fantastic product from Ninja. It's built solid like all the Ninja kitchen products we've tried and is designed for the utmost ease of use and performance. This combination cookers comes with a printed, well defined owners manual & cooking instruction guide to make it a real game changer right from the get-go. From the design/layout of the control panel to the quality feel (in hand) of the cooking trays & pan, this thing is Ninja through & through. We ran through a few of the guided recipes over the course of a week & made sure to do both multi-protein meals as well as the more standard faire air-fried, frozen snacks. The bottom line on this oven is that is can completely replace, easily, the need to ever use your full sized oven anymore. Save that beast for Thanksgiving dinner and super large, take home pizzas. The quintessential test for us with any air fryer product is its ability to cook a full bag of pizza rolls or a hearty amount of breaded fish sticks. The Ninja - Combi All-in-One Multicooker does these tasks perfectly and we can now pass along our crockpot/air fryer appliance one-and-for-all. This oven air fries much more evenly and is WAY easier to clean up afterwards. Moving on to actual meals, the Ninja - Combi All-in-One Multicooker comes with an amazing wealth of meal ideas and instructions. We were eager to try out a pasta dish with a side of sausage because our guess was this thing was going to struggled on getting the macaroni cooked just right. We were wrong! We cooked the pasta main course in the large pan and also cooked several sausage links in the tray above - all at the same time. It took just a few minutes to combine the ingredients and hit the GO button. No boiling water; no pan frying the sausage on a separate burner; no parallel steps. We love this thing. The pasta came out perfect, not overdone and definitely not under cooked. The sausage links also came out perfect; cooked all the way through without being burned to a crisp. Ok, so here are some things to keep in mind with the Ninja - Combi All-in-One Multicooker: When cooking recipes with a high degree of water/fluid content to 'the mix' - expect a lot of steam to be released from the cooker when things really get going. Probably not a good idea to run this thing under a nice cabinet overhang area for just that reason. This thing released a lot of steam during this pasta dinner run. The recipe instructions called out slightly larger amounts for actual macaroni noodles and sauce (by a few ounces) so it seemed apparent to us that if we had actually used the larger, specified amounts - the bake pan would have probably bubbled over. So it pays to keep close attention to what you plan on preparing for your meal if it requires the deeper pan. The low-profile pan, the deep dish pan and the grate insert all have excellent non-stick coatings and clean up nicely in the dishwasher. So kudos to Ninja for that! All in all, this is a great combination appliance and THE BEST air fryer we've ever used. The fact that we can do complete dinner bakes using this alone is worth the price of admission, hands down. So much more efficient, power wise and time wise. Highly recommended. In you pick one of these up, be sure to take the time and read through all the operating & meal instructions. You'll appreciate all that the Ninja - Combi All-in-One Multicooker can do - so much more. It's a smart product to own and will give your main oven, stove-top and pots & pans a much needed vacation! I suspect your utility bill will be better as well...

Had an air fryer and a counter top toaster oven, with counter space I would have to keep putting one or the other away, which would flip based on what I was using a little more at the time. I wanted something that would give me the option to do both. The Ninja Combi peaked our interest, since it could do what we were looking for, plus stating much more on the box. Started off simple, air frying the usual mini corn dogs and pizza bites, which came out crispy as you would expect. Kids are happy so that passed their test. I wasn't sure what to make, I was flipping through the little manual and found the mini meatloaf and scallop potato recipe. Followed the recipe which tells you what layer to place what and got an amazing tasting finished product, outside of prep the cook time was 20 minutes. Wife was happy with the quick meal and now has her looking at other recipes in the booklet. There is the Combi Cook and Air Fry settings, you switch between them by flipping the switch on the top right between modes, you then switch between the individual cook modes with the buttons on front, which also allows you to change the time and temp. It's a nice little digital display that shows your selection and will let you know if a mode requires the door open such as sear. The quick meal aspect is great, looking forward to trying out the Combi for cooking more. It took over the space my other devices fought over!

Ninja continues to impress! I love the versatility of this new Ninja Combi. We put it to the test the other night in combi mode cooking the rice and teriyaki chicken at the same time. Now normally we would use our rice cooker to cook the rice separately and heat up our large oven to bake the chicken which in turn creates a lot more cleanup. It was amazing how easy it was to throw together using there level one combi pan and level two baking pan. Took about 20 minutes total once the timer started and the water started boiling. So it was super quick. Both the rice and chicken were cooked perfectly. I would say from prep to serve it took 30 minutes. What we cooked was enough food to feed about four people. Now time to clean up. It was a breeze. Rinsed the pans and threw them in the dish washer, wiped down the inside and I was done. Clean up was an absolute breeze. I am looking forward to trying the bake option tonight. I could see this being a great small appliance gift for pretty much anyone. When there is just a handful of people to cook for or even just yourself it’s a pretty cool appliance to have on hand. I’m glad we have it, especially on the nights we do not want to spend a lot of time cooking. I would definitely recommend this product.

Combi all in one multi-cooker just misses the mark for me. I love Ninja products like their pizza oven, stand alone air fryers, pots and pans and of course their blenders but this unit just seemed to promise the world “replaces 16 appliances” and “14 in 1” versatility just didn’t pan out in my real world experience. I started out with a pan of fries, onion rings and chicken tenders using the basic air fryer mode. It worked ok. I liked the fact that I could load this baby up but the heating was not even and some areas, especially around the corners were more done than the rest. That’s ok in a regular air fryer because they tell you to shake the contents from time to time…you cant do that really easily with the Combi cooker….It is more of an oven that has a boosted convention feature. The next meal was an all in one breakfast prep and cook. I did a biscuits and home made breakfast potatoes in the combi- cooker. Again the uneven heating left some of the biscuits doughy in the middle and the ones on the end over cooked. Mean while the breakfast potatoes (cut into small cubes) did not finish when the biscuits did… which one could expect but then what’s the point of an all in one oven…and when you think about it…how often does all the different food ever get don’t at the same time considering the different textures and density of the food? And clean up of the caked on biscuits…not easy. To be fair…breakfast is tricky… but when you claim to replace 16 appliances I took them on face value. They also advised to put a little water in the pan when cooking bread and biscuits… ok…but there was a ton of condensation. Chicken and rice with some broccoli?? Should be a slam dunk and it was for the most part. The chicken cooked up and browned really nice. The “box” rice was wet and soupy but the broccoli had a nice singe to it. It was nice to not have to light the big oven but clean up was not easy. The pans are dishwasher safe but who wants to clean out big hunks of burnt on chicken out of your dishwasher food trap? Not me. Plus there was a lot of condensation on the glass as the rice cooked. I also did not like all the water from the steam. It coats the inside oven and when you open it drips everywhere. There is a drip catch which does help but only marginally. The oven light also only stays on for a minute and shuts off so if your watching close for the right brown singe you have to keep pushing the button, which doesn’t matter when the glass if full of condensation from the rice souping up below. I could not find a setting to change the light. I did like the easy portability, quality of the build and parts it’s made of and the shorter chord of the unit…makes it easy to put back in the food pantry…where it will probably end up staying. I really love Ninja products but with big claims; big results are required, and I just didn’t see them come to fruition in my use. Just a miss for me.

Like most Ninja appliances, the cooker keeps the same black/metallic finishes and accents which go well with almost all settings. The control panel sticks out a lot but also doubles as the handle. It is a bit bigger than I thought so a good-sized countertop is certainly needed. The cooker comes with a deep pan, a baking pan, and crisper pan –all very high quality and are dish-washer safe. The instructions included are decently printed and informative. There’s a quick-guide which I pinned to the fridge and a robust manual-recipe book that features easy-to-medium difficulty meals. Now, I will say that preparing the first meal was a bit scary, as cooking is quite different to using a simple microwave or regular oven. Cooking Spanish rice and beans while air-frying fish sticks is quite the experience. I did have to read the guide more than once until I understood using the menu, the air-fry/combi cooker switch on top, and figuring out the times. Well, in the end, I was relieved and pleasantly surprised as to how well the meal came out and it only took 14 minutes! The rice was fluffy, and the beans didn’t disintegrate. The fish sticks were super crispy and moist. The next meal was simple eggs and toast. Again, while I guessed the time, it still came out nicely and the toast was just as good as if it was put in a toaster. So far, it’s been a very good experience. I will certainly venture to try out some of the recipes in the book. There are some critiques though. One thing is that after every meal the inside of the oven was drenched and there were times where the bottom had water puddles. This means drying the oven is part of the meal process. Another thing to keep in mind is that the appliance must be placed where there is no immediate obstruction over it as the cooker relieves a significant amount of steam that wets everything. Since the steam is hot, it can potentially damage wood cabinets. In the end, I am very happy to have the combi cooker in my kitchen. The ability to cook almost every type of meal is impressive and doing it all at once saves stove and pan usage, which is very convenient. I believe it’s great value. Sure, with so many options, the learning curve to using this device seems steep, but I am willing to invest my time in mastering it.

I am a fan of Ninja products and this Combi all in one is no different. Love the fact that it is multi layered for duel cooking. And with the exception of needing a pressure cooker option, this Combi all in one is my go to kitchen appliance. Compared to other multi cookers there. The shorter, wider unit seems to work better with even cooking. You get a wider space with even closeness to the heating element. None of my other multi cookers have really allowed you to cook two different food items. You can cook some rice or veggies in the bottom tray and your meats in the top level giving you a full meal with one appliance. Steam and crisp at the same time? I did up some roasted cauliflower and onions that came out nice and crisp around the edges and adding a little water in the bowl gave it some good tenderness in minutes. The air fryer gets food nice and crispy with little to no oil. Clean up is a breeze as all of the accessories are dishwasher safe. When doing any cooking with steam, it does collect quite a bit a water. There is a drip collector in front so easy to wipe down when the unit is cool. Definitely recommend if you don’t care or need pressure cooking capabilities.

Ninja has a history of innovating in the food & drink, small kitchen appliance space. They tend to be well-liked and effective products. This Ninja Combi is no exception. It combines an air fryer, oven, and toaster (plus more) into one appliance. I've used it several times from things as simple as toast to a complete meal. -The biggest story with this cooker is how versatile it is. As I mentioned, I made toast in it. It may seem trivial, but it toasted cheap bread as evenly as I've ever seen. I will say that it took a little longer than our drop-in toaster does (about 6 minutes vs. about 3) but the way the Combi cooks, it seals in the moisture so the cheap wheat bread didn't dry out as much. -I used the air fryer capabilities to air fry tater tots and they came out crispy on the outside and were still moist on the inside. -I also made a complete meal with it. The Combi has two levels, level 1 which is a pan that's about 2-3" deep, and level 2 which is more like a baking pan. On the level 1 pan, I added 16oz of uncooked pasta, 32oz of tomato sauce, and water. In level two I had 6 pieces of thawed, raw chicken which I rubbed with olive oil and covered in breading. Once I set the temperature to 390 and the timer to 15 minutes, the Combi heated up for a few minutes and then started the timer. At the end of the timer, everything was cooked. All I had to do was take the pans out and serve! -There are so many different ways to cook with the Combi. You can bake cakes and cookies or a pizza, air fry chicken nuggets and fries, you can even use it as a slow cooker! I haven't tried all the different cooking methods, but the three I have tried all turned out really well so I am confident the rest will be the same. I am impressed with the versatility and quality of the foods produced from the Combi. It is a great appliance for a busy family.

This makes it ideal for those with limited kitchen space or who prefer a streamlined cooking experience. The variety of functions allows you to tackle a wide range of recipes, from baking and roasting to pressure cooking and air frying, providing flexibility in meal preparation. #### Performance The performance of the Ninja Combi is impressive. The air fryer function, in particular, delivers crispy, evenly cooked food without excessive oil, matching the quality of standalone air fryers. The multicooker and oven modes are equally efficient, cooking meals quickly and thoroughly. The promise of complete meals in 15 minutes holds true for simpler dishes, though more complex recipes might require slightly longer. The appliance heats up rapidly, and the stainless steel design ensures durability and a sleek look. Ease of Use User-friendly features make this appliance accessible even to those who are not tech-savvy. The digital control panel is intuitive, with clear buttons and settings for each function. The included recipe guide provides a helpful starting point for new users, though some experimentation might be needed to perfect cooking times and temperatures for personal preferences. Cleaning is straightforward as well, with most parts being dishwasher safe. Pros - **Multifunctionality**: Combines 14 different cooking methods in one appliance, reducing the need for multiple devices. - **Efficiency**: Fast cooking times, especially useful for quick weeknight dinners. - **Design**: Durable stainless steel construction that looks good in any kitchen. - **Ease of Cleaning**: Dishwasher-safe parts make clean-up easy. Cons - **Learning Curve**: While the appliance is user-friendly, mastering all its functions might take some time. - **Size**: Though it saves space compared to multiple appliances, it is still relatively large and may require ample counter space. - **Noise**: Some functions, particularly air frying, can be a bit noisy. Conclusion Overall, the Ninja Combi All-in-One Multicooker, Oven, & Air Fryer is an excellent addition to any kitchen, particularly for those looking to consolidate multiple cooking devices into one. Its performance across various functions is robust, making it a practical investment for both novice and experienced cooks. Despite a slight learning curve and the need for sufficient counter space, the convenience and versatility it offers make it a standout choice for busy households.

We have a smallish kitchen and I hate to have clutter on the countertops. Before I was sold on replacing my toaster oven with this, I had to put it though some day to day tests. And so far, this has become my favorite new cooking appliance. And the “combi” concept is not just a neat idea, it really works. 1. Toast - I can actually make regular toast in this one. The last time I tried to make simple toast in an air fryer (the toaster oven type), it came out so dry and overly crunchy on the inside. This did a fine job with toast, although their idea of “medium” is my idea of almost burnt so I stick with the “light” setting. You will make quesadillas, reheat pizza and leftovers, the same way (at least that’s how I’m using it). 2. Full meals - This is my first real air fryer/multi appliance and I really like the “combination” of capabilities in a small space. It’s kinda like magic. I put in 2 cups of rice in one pan, 4 seasoned chicken breasts in the other and hit a button and it cooks them both. Together. In the same place. Finishing at the same time. Frozen meat? No problem. Want a veggie? Wrap it in foil and add it to the top tray when you have 5 minutes left on the timer. Bam. Combi meals is where I will be using this the most. Note that it puts out a good amount of steam. So when cooking in this mode we pull it closer to the counter edge so all the steam doesn’t make the cabinet above wet. (It’s a lot of exhaust steam). 3. Buffalo (or any) style chicken wings - You just move a dial on top of the oven from “combi” to “air fryer” and put in 16 fully thawed, dry-rub seasoned chicken drummettes and wings (a little tight, I admit, but it worked) and they were perfectly crispy and cooked. I recommend turning things with tongs MINIMUM one time at about the halfway point. I even made a dozen frozen chicken wings just to test it out. I “defrosted” them for 10 minutes on bake at 400 degrees, then seasoned and cooked as usual and they came out almost as delicious as thawed wings. Be careful when opening the door that it both opens fully and doesn’t swing back on you when you open it. I burned the outside of my wrist when the door floated back towards closed while my hands were reaching inside. So be mindful that the door doesn’t stay put without a firm push or be sure to wear gloves when reaching in. The only thing I need now are MORE recipes! There are tons online for other Ninja air fryers and such, but none yet specifically for the Combi outside the book it comes with We’ve tried a few other air fryer devices – this is way better!

The Ninja Combi Multicooker is aimed at replacing multiple devices (in its Air-Fryer/Stovetop mode) as well as allowing you to cook complete meals (in its Combi mode). Each mode has several functions/settings/configurations; for example, Combi Meal and Combi Bake for one mode, and Air Fry and Toast for the other mode, to name a few. Temperature and time can also be customized depending on what is to be cooked, exemplifying the versatility of this device. This multicooker is intended to be an all-in-one device; however, some of its functions could be achieved in a better fashion by a dedicated device; for example, the Toaster function doesn’t feel as natural as a toaster or other countertop ovens. The unit has two levels/sections inside where, and depending on what you are cooking, the bake tray and the Combi pan are placed. Besides the bake tray and Combi pan, there is a crispy tray that is placed inside the Combi pan when needed. In addition, an Inspiration Guide with several recipes can be found in the package, making it even easier to decide what to cook! We’ve only had the unit for a few days, and as such, we haven’t been able to use all the available functions/settings; moreover, we are not sure if we will be using them all in the coming weeks. Nevertheless, given the decent range of configurations for meal preparations, and based on our initial experience, we look forward to cooking multiple and different recipes with our new Ninja Combi Multicooker. - Pros: versatile, replaces multiple devices, cooks whole meals in minutes. - Cons: small capacity/volume, vapor condensation, no dehydrator mode. >> Combi Mode In my opinion, this mode is the selling point for this device, and at the beginning it was the one for which I was very skeptical about: cook a whole delicious and substantial meal in minutes? Indeed, that is what happened, and proved me wrong, using the Combi Meal function, a whole three-part meal for 2 or 3 people (or more if you are willing to share) was readily available in about 15 minutes. It has six (6) settings to choose from in this mode. The one we’ve used the most (well about four times so far) is the Combi Meal one, which allowed us to cook rice/pasta/quinoa, with vegetables and protein (mainly chicken), and obtain a whole meal in less than 20 minutes (yes, less than 20 minutes.) So, this has become our go-to device when we feel like not buying outside food and lazy about doing an elaborated dish, and such cases, just chose the grain, chose and season protein, add the veggies, and a three part delicious enough and healthy meal is ready faster than waiting for an outside order (and I’d argue way healthier than most of the things you can order.) >> Air Fry/Stovetop Mode There are eight (8) functions to choose from in this mode, such as Bake, Air Fry, Broil and Toast to name a few. There is no Dehydrate function though, which I’ll miss as I had it in the countertop oven I am replacing. Well, the Ninja Combi Multicooker has a Sous Vide option, which I think can justify the lack of a Dehydrate function (and can also justify me having to pack/unpack the dehydrator device stored in the garage when needed in the future.) This unit tries to be a fit-all-your-needs device and does it well overall. However, some of the functions don’t feel too natural. For example, the Toast function requires the toast pieces to be placed directly in the Combi pan, which looks like baking the toasts. Then, there is space for only a couple of toasts in the Combi pan, and after toasting, the Combi pan is scorching hot (don’t touch it after toasting or use a glove.) Well, the results and experience overall are good despite these inconveniences. Although the unit size makes it ideal for placing it on the counter (it doesn’t take too much space), I think, and based on the Toast function and comparing to our previous countertop oven, a little more volume would greatly benefit the experience with this device. >> Other Notes Three things that have bothered me: - Vapor condensation: we are trying to figure out if there is a way to reduce the amount of condensation generated as we usually need to wipe the glass door and internal sides for excess drops of water after cooking. Reading the Safety Instructions booklet, in the Troubleshooting section, it is mentioned that it is expected for steam to be released while in the Steam setting, so I wonder if there is a way to reduce/release the vapor generated in a general way, not only in that setting. I understand that perhaps for Combi Meal cooking, since there has to be water for the rice/quinoa/pasta, there is no way of getting rid of all the vapor, but, for example, for toasting, I’d expect the toasts to come as dry as possible which they don’t (if you leave them flat on a surface, they’d become very wet at the bottom!) - Limited capacity: as mentioned earlier, it be nice if the unit was a little bigger, so you could cook more elements. For example, you can only place a couple of toasts in it. - Not so natural functions: some of the functions/settings look forced; for example, toasting in a pan when compared to a toaster or a countertop oven with that function (a rack would be expected where to place the toasts.) The results are fine, though.

I have own several items from this company over the years and this one just works perfectly. From blenders to airfryers each was replacing old tech left and right. Well this one just replaced it own product..lol. This unit is a perfect blend or airfryer/toaster/oven/bake and steamer that I have ever had in one compact package. Here are the hightlights. 1. not heavy, so it will not break your back to lift it to the counter 2. has light inside, so you can see what you are making and how it is cooking (stays lit for about 30sec each time it is pressed) 3. comes with all the pans you can need to get you going and eating in a jiff 4. comes with cook book and suggestions on times/ingredients and done lvl 5. has handy switch on top to change from combi to airfry/toast so you can't make a easy mistake 6. it is not too much taller than a standard toaster, so it fits great under my cabinets. 7. after it is done, the seals on the door are so good that it keeps the food from getting cold for a long time. 8. takes about the same time to cook most things in other devices (airfryer, toaster) but it does it better and more even. My toast was perfect on med setting (gives you 3 options) and I could not be happier. So many other things to say, but I think you get the point. I would buy/recommend this to anyone at anytime that needs a good combo unit to save space and assist in making healthy food quickly and conveniently

This is a very versatile unit. Seeing as this is my first ‘multicooker’, I took some time to test out different meals before concluding that I love/dislike this. Honestly, I mostly love it but there are a few issues. My family’s first attempt at making a meal and a side dish involved using the ‘Combi Meal’ setting. I used fresh salmon on the upper tray (level 2) and added water/pasta to the lower pan (level 1). Both items came out tasting great. I will say that it may help to add extra water above the recommended amount listed in the manual to completely cover pasta to prevent any burnt/crispy pieces that stick out above the water level. I also cooked frozen pizza and a frozen biscuit together using the ‘pizza’ setting and it came out fine. I used the ‘Combi Crisp’ setting (375 deg- 12 mins) to cook frozen chicken fries, a frozen biscuit, and noodles. Probably not the best setting for the biscuit as the outside was pretty crisp but the inside breading came out just fine. We also use ‘air fry’ setting with the pan & crisper tray for turkey bacon (350 deg- 9 mins) and traditional pig bacon (330 deg- 12 mins). As a desert, we made boxed brownies with the ‘bake’ setting that turned out great (350 deg- 20 mins). Onto the one setting that I don’t like and may need to experiment more or find a better way to use it: the ‘toast’ function. I followed the manual on how to make toast and it mentions placing the bread directly in the pan on level 1 with no need to flip. I first tried the ‘medium’ heat setting and the top looks a bit brown while the bottom is pretty burnt. I tried another batch on the ‘lite’ setting and, while the top looked fine, the bottom was still too crisp for my liking. As a side note to my “dislike” list, the end beep should have been either louder or a continuous beeping. As it stands, it only does a quick Da-DA-Da and it can be missed if you aren’t paying attention. Overall, I would still recommend this cooker even if there will be some trial/error to perfect your meals.

We were actually shopping for a coffee maker and stumbled across this. I’ll be honest I’m not a fan of appliances like this normally as I’ve had a bad experience in the past. However, this thing is amazing. We shave used less dishes and pans and have had some great meals all cooked inside this. It is super easy to use and very easy to clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for the most function in a small space.

The Ninja Combi has far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this air fryer to anyone. It is so much more than just an air fryer. It saves so much time preparing meals and it has enough space to make dinners for my family. It bakes, air fry and steams. Its also extremely quiet unlike most other air fryers.
