This was a great buy! Using it for basic needs like bill payment, doing my taxes, browsing the internet, e-mail etc. starts up quickly, responsive, picture quality good. What a deal!

The Best Buy online tool that helped me find this laptop and suggested it was great. It has excellent functionality and almost every feature I want. Only drawback is that I wish keys would glow in the dark.

So far so good. It is doing what I need it to do for school.

The Lenovo works as specified in the description. I have not had any problem and do not expect to have any problems with it.

I have been a long time Lenovo user has had 4 different Lenovo products. This model has such a poor quality fragile hinge. Less than 3 month I found a chipped piece on my floor wondering where it came from. Later I found it was from the screen corner right next to hinge which was chipped out. Every time I open and close it did not properly close and eventaully broke off the side support of the screen frame. I called BestBuy, which directed me to a wrong info to bring it into the store. When I got to BestBuy the repair worker commented that their BestBuy call center always gives wrong info. They were saying hardware problem I should directly call Lenovo. Also, I probably need to ship out to them. In preparation shipping out I took off the tape to keep the laptop screen to the keyboard, which I had applied since the hinge issue became worse, eventually both hinges came out and mainboard and screen doesn't stay together. When I called Lenovo they replied Hinge is hardware issue and not software issue so it can't be covered under 1 year manufacture warranty. I brought up its unbelievably poor durability of the hinge issue. As I spoke with the manager, she admitted some of Lenovo products have hinge problem such as Ideapad 5 82FG, which has the same design of hinge of Ideapad 3i this model. However, she said this model was not included in the company manual for free hinge repair, they can not do anything about this model. Now this computer died due to fragile hinge dislocation which caused the power line exposure less than 9 months of usage. I am not purchasing Lenovo again unless they have recall for repairs.

The item came without a charger. Bestbuy refused to send me a replacement, but directed me to the store where they assured me I could get a charger. At the store they declined to provide a replacement. Another Bestbuy agent claimed this item "does not need" or come with a charger.

Really great laptop for everyday usage, and/or work. I got a really great deal on this unit; So for me personally, it was every bit of worth it. Good, mid range laptop with a nice standard of performance and decent storage. I personally acquired it for work use, and so far it has hit everything just about on the mark for what I was looking for. You should not be disappointed at all with this laptop. Key features worth noting are the touch screen, and that it is fairly lightweight and easy to transport around. This unit can also be personalized to your liking no problem functionality wise. A great pickup for anyone who is looking for a laptop for the same purposes, and the value is spot on in comparison to any similar units.

I bought this laptop for personal use as well as business use. I like the simplicity of the device and the keyboard feedback as well as the large screen. Portability is easy as it is very lightweight. Battery life is a bit subpar, in my opinion, so expect to need to charge it fairly rapidly if you are going to be using it on the go much. It is as good as you can buy at its price point, so if you are looking for an all-in-one laptop for every day use for personal and business purposes, then you will be happy you purchased this. If you want a capable system to run games on, you’re in the wrong category.

This Lenovo laptop was purchased during a Black Friday deal in late 2023. So we got it for a good price. The laptop has an SSD hard drive, which helps make it run very fast. It also has a touch screen. It only has 8GB RAM. 16GB would help it run even better. It also does not have a DVD or Blu-Ray drive built-in. For the price paid, I recommend this laptop.

It's been many years since i've purchased a computer. I really like the size and weight of this one. The only thing I don't like is that I can't install Chrome. It seems they only want me to use Bing. The other thing is that there is no Excel without paying extra and I don't want to pay for just one spreadsheet. I have Office on a cd but there is no cd slot. Other than that, I really like it so far, much faster than my old computer and has touch screen. It was one of the least expensive ones that I could find. It's worth the price I paid. I'll just have to find someone who knows what they are doing to help me around the issues of getting Chrome and using the one spreadsheet I need. Overall good purchase.

I've only had it for a lil over a week now (10 days), and have mostly used it for doing work reports. So I haven't had time to really test its limits but, it's great!! Really fast, easy to use and navigate, multitasking is no prob. I look forward to discovering all the other features and uses of this laptop!! Only complaint, battery life, it did say it only lasts about 10 hours or so but you don't realize how irritating that is until you start using it and battery life goes from 100% to 20% in just a few hours. Overall I'd recommend this computer to anyone looking for everyday use laptop, ie games, work/school and watching videos etc
