    A lot of hype, go with a normal vacuum cleaner, for half the price the battery lasts about 20 minutes, not long enough to do a 3,000 sq ft house.

    The vacuum is okay, battery life isn’t the best. Just order and extra battery and problem solved. customer service for missing parts not so great. What’s the point in ordering online if you have to go in store to resolve the problem.

    Love this vacuum. Very powerful, cleans very well. Also the station self clean is very good to have all the tools needed. The only bad thing is when it is cleaning itself. The air around smells bad because the air is coming out from the deposit bag. But besides that I recommend it.

    it doesnt suck all the dirt out when it self cleans. doesnt stand up by itself. brush is always spinning no option for just floors.

    This is a good machine. The only drawback is you have to purchase bags for the debris compartment. Other machines have just containers. Other than that, the vacuum is excellent so far.

    As far as stick vacuums go, this is not one that I would select if you’re looking for lightweight or good battery life. I do like that the tower has a place to hold the accessories, and I like the overall look of the unit. But that does not make up for its functionality. It has an ok battery, but I was not able to vacuum my entire townhome on one charge. Also, when you turn it on, it defaults to “max” suction, which drains the battery very fast if you don’t switch to the “normal” mode. I wanted a stick vacuum for an upcoming surgery, however it is much heavier than others. I was not impressed.

We understand that you're finding the LG A931KWM CordZero vacuum to be heavier than expected and that the battery life doesn't last long enough for your needs. We also see that the suction defaulting to "max" mode is draining the battery more quickly.

      To help extend the battery life, we recommend switching to the "normal" suction mode, which can conserve power and still provide effective cleaning. If you find that the battery isn't lasting as expected, check for any potential blockages in the nozzle or filter, as these can cause power issues.
