    The HP printer does what I want it to do. The help at the store was excellent. I had purchase another HP printer that did not have the scanning functions I need. It was past the 30 day exchange time by one day. The manager approved the exchange and continued to help me. Happy customer.

    so far so good on a refurbished printer at a great price. I still take a little issue with HP's lower paper tray dragging on the desk surface. I think it's could stand to be a bit higher off the surface. I may add some rubber feet to the bottom of the printer to make it sit up higher off the surface.
