I am finally getting used to my new Laptop. My previous HP Laptop was not that old but new one is different. Like the new large screen. Looking forward to learning new things about the new Laptop!!

This laptop is tops for the price. The graphics are great. No speed issues at all. I use it at home for basic things like banking,stocks,shoppingetc. I highly recommend this computer.

We shop exclusively at Best Buy for our electronics ~ can't imagine anyone else having the same knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, informative representatives anywhere! What we like most is that they actually answer your question and they don't pressure you to purchase the most expensive option available. (And having your receipts on file in your account in their computer is AMAZING!!!! Doesn't matter if we've lost the receipt or not ~ exchanges are simple!!!) Love, love, LOVE Best Buy!!!

The laptop I really appreciate the price and my grandson find it user-friendly. It was easy to set it up and begin to use also.

Quite nice. Big screen, perfect for streaming tv or movies. Good for browsing in general. Can play a few less powerful games, which is quite nice.

So far, so good. 45. Not in the tech world. Does what I need it to do. Very fast. Plan to use it for remote work in the near future and I’m sure it will be fine:)

Such a high quality laptop!!! I needed a dedicated laptop for college courses and this is perfect! Low price and available same day for the WIN!

Packing is not good. Maybe it's because they shipped without a box. Like the laptop size. Very big with numeric keyboard. Running smoothly up till now. I'm not sure after I install more apps, what it will be like. I guess I'll ask my schoolmate to help me do a storage upgrade.

Great bang for the buck..But beware my 3yo HP printer is not compatible with Windows 11 -the driver will not "engage"..Sooo had to buy a newer printer. GRRR!

Love this laptop, especially the screen. The CPU is good enough for routine use, memory and harddrive are upgradable. worth the money

Excellent computer! quick responses, adequate memory, easy to use, lightweight.

The laptop is fine. Its the OEM windows 11, its locked in S mode and after hours of trying "fixes" from the internet, nothing worked. I bought a new full Pro 11 on USB and formatted/installed it. The install picked up all the drivers it needed and i finally was able to use it without S mode. If you don't know your way around Windows I'd recommend against this laptop. HP should make it clear on the product description that its a very limited 11 copy locked in S mode.

Love it! Fast and big screen. Just had to remove the part that only allows you to download windows apps. Just Googled the remedy, followed instructions and BAM it worked!!

Excellent work computer. Very fast and service its purpose as juts that. Sleek design and light so very easy to carry for travel. Would definitely recommend this item.
