I purchased this laptop a little over a year ago. If youre looking for a computer that has speed and is fast, then this one isn't for you. I use it for work and it does it's job effectively so no issues here.

This is an entry-level machine suitable for basic computing tasks such as web browsing, word processing, and media consumption. It is a good school laptop

This was a regretful purchase. It is really, really slow. I only use this computer for school. I purchased this laptop because I wanted something basic, good battery life, and the ability to use dual monitors. Well, I couldn’t find the right docking station after many tries, then once I did, it made the computer run even slower. It takes a long time to startup and even to just open a word doc. It has been running this way since I first purchased it. I do not have a lot of items stored on my computer either so it is not a storage issue either. I gave up and ended up purchasing another computer because this is very unhelpful with my studies. Wish I would have returned it when I could but wanted to give it a shot!

This is a very affordable laptop, good for daily use. But, the 4GB memory may slow down some task. If it can be 8GB with a little higher price, then everything is perfect

Good value for money. However the windows operating system had to be reset two times before the S mode could be removed.

The HP Laptop is better than I expected. It has large letters and numbers just right for an older person. The connection is swift and I can navigate freely with ease. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Nice little utility computer. Not recommended unless you know how to control and manage Windows processes. After a long Windows update and some software uninstalls and disabling some features it works fine. It is a little slow but works fine for the intended purpose, which is surfing internet, checking email, listening to music on youtube, and typing/printing documents. A little flimsy but it is an extra computer for me. Battery lasts all day. Not a gamer or extreme performance machine. Does what it was intended to do.

My daughters MacBook died randomly on a Saturday. She needed a computer fast. The HP was inexpensive and works great. I actually ended up buying one to use as my “work” computer.

Great laptop. I was hesitant about purchasing this device but im so glad i did. Its working absolutely well. Battery life is great!!!!

Very small and compact. Keyboard is large enough to use for my old fingers. Touchscreen is nice feature too.

It is used for office work, the battery lasts a long time. a very nice design

I’m enjoying this purchase. It’s not too big nor too small. I’m able to easily access any and all my tasks ; as well as utilize more than one window at a time.
