Makes really good coffee/espresso drinks. I wish it had the attached frother, but still easy to use and looks good.

I love the diversity of this coffee pot! We use every single setting. My daughter loves iced coffee. You can make one cup or travel mug without using plastic cups. It’s my new favorite ninja product.

I really enjoy this coffee machine. Brews well, brews hot, and looks nice. I like that the carafe is glass and that you can switch between brewing different size cups and even a half or full carafe. I also really like that it uses a permanent filter. On that note, though, the permanent filter does allow a fine silt to pass through into your cup/carafe. Not a huge deal, but it is something to consider. You could still use a disposable filter to eliminate that issue, but that also does defeat the purpose of having the reusable one built in.

Easy to use. It made good coffee and the set up was extremely minimal.

Ninja does it again! I absolute love this coffee maker. Super straight forward to use and love that I can make a cup or travel cup of carafe size depending on my needs. I’m even able to make an iced/cold brew coffee. Coffee tastes great from this as well. Love it!

Awesome coffee maker! Tells you when it needs a cleaning cycle, can brew classic/rich coffee (basically stronger coffee because it uses less water during extraction), can brew iced coffee and cold brew AND you can brew to single cups or travel mugs with the settings! This is awesome and very easy to use.

My wife loves the cold brew and over ice options! She has stopped going to coffee shops and just makes them at home and has given us good savings! It’s also very nice for hot coffee

Been using this daily and finally had a chance to try the over ice and cold brew features. I will say that the cold brew is not a true cold brew as it is done in such a short aount of time - but given my impatience for caffeine its a fine trade off. Super easy to keep clean and operate - wife approved.

This has been a game changer for me. I enjoy the option of different sized coffee's I can make. I enjoy the ability to make either 8oz or a full pot to share with my wife. The14-18 oz will either over produce or under produce. So be careful with your size mug you choose. And a word to the wise, if you select the 28oz option the hot plate will turn on. I have enjoyed this thoroughly since purchasing it.

We love this coffee maker. I'll start with the only flaw - the screw on lid for the pot could be better. That's it. It's easy to clean and it's easy to use. The pot doesn't drip or spill when pouring coffee. We've had other brands that always do. Very easy to setup. We love the flexibility and that there is only one reservoir. Other models have 2 - one for the pot and one for single cup.

Love the coffee maker so far. Works great and the cold brew option is really quick. Little expensive but worth the money.

This coffee maker is great. It allows you to make a single serve, all the way up to a full carafe. Takes a week to figure out measurements for grounds and what ounce size to use for each mug or travel container. But overall i love it. Switched from a keurig duo to this. A little pricey but worth it if you are a big coffee drinker
