Purchased a "good" condition open box that has mashed up USB ports, bent bottom. Just makes me worried what happened. Unfortunately got busy and couldn't make the trip to the store that a purchased before the return window

They didn’t sold me the computer i was selected in the store, because I selected a i7 intel core and they sold me a i5 ultra core. And in the I want to open the computer for verification and they said I can’t do it

purchased open box excellent. this is what open box excellent looks like! between chat and phone reps would not provide me the difference between open box excellent and fair. want me to drive it back to the store for a refund. between waiting for the item to arrive at home and time spent on chat and phone with reps, what a waste. buyer beware on open box items. Great computer for multitasking! The big screen makes it easy and the 16g ram makes it very smooth. Touch screen feels great and is a nice feature when needed. The speakers are very loud but are not clear at all, they’re also on the bottom so when it’s on fabric it’s very muffled, very disappointing as they raved about the speaker quality. The 2-in-1 is nice but using it as a touchscreen is difficult with its size. Major downsides are that the volume and brightness buttons seldom work properly so I hope to see an update there. Great otherwise!

I love my new lap top. It’s a bit difficult to type on but I’m sure that will improve with more use. The young man who sold it to us was very informative and helpful. Also the training session he set up with geek squad was helpful but it would be a good idea to have a follow-up in a few months because new questions arise.

Delivered perfectly by Best buy on the promised date & time. Got this HP laptop at a good offer price. The machine is smooth and faster at this price range with an added advantage of touch screen. Best buy provided a six month Webroot AV which is an added bonus on this purchase. Overall a happy purchase.

I purchased this laptop for my son who just left for college, he initially wanted an Apple laptop, but I told him that hp was a better choice since I used it for work and school, once he got it, and got comfortable with it, he said he loved it and was happy he trusted me and my choice of hp.

This laptop is excellent for an all purpose laptop that you can also fold and use in tablet mode. The battery last decent time. As all purpose laptop great and I got it during a great deal < 600 USD. Not for very demanding tasks just for checking internet, MS office use, etc.

Did major research for new laptop. After much review of different brands, HP filled my needs and the final decision was based on the great pricing. I also have to shout out to the associate who made the purchase such an easy & enjoyable experience.
