Originally went in for a macbook, but left with this beauty. Good hattery life for a laptop, super fast loading times and very sleek. Would recommend to anyone looking into a pc for school or gaming.

When on sale it is very good discrete gpu laptop. I got it for $700 open box I experienced intel CPU performance issues for unknown reason during the testing CPU got stuck in 25W TDP mode with huge performance impact. I did not know how to get out of it but using intel XTU utility, and then performance jumped to "as advertised" Other than that worked quite fine, a bit bigger than I expected, but it is 16" chassis, cannot fit into back pocket.

I bought this laptop for my son for college. It has gone on sale a few times for under $1K. Its powerful enough for any productivity software including adobe products. Beautiful display. The RTX 4060, while not a powerhouse plays games fairly well at 1080P. I tested it with MS flight simulator, Jedi Survivor and Doom Eternal. It also supports VR. Batter life is decent if not running games. Overall, an excellent laptop.

We could not be more satisfied with our purchase of the HP Envy 16" Wide Ultra XGA Touch-Screen laptop computer with the Intel Core i7 processor. The first thing we noticed about the laptop aside from its overall great appearance was its weight. The computer it replaced was an all composite one the just seemed "flimsy." Not so with the new laptop, it just feels solid. In terms of functionality and performance, it punches well above its weight. It is blazingly fast for a computer at this price point. Great graphics, responsive touch screen and clearly defined controls are just a few of its attributes. It came loaded with Windows 11 which gave us pause, but I must say we were pleasantly surprised how quickly we adjusted to using Windows 11. All in all a great computer for the price. As for the purchasing experience, Best Buy did not have one in stock at the store so we ordered it and paid for it in the store - a seamless process. The computer was delivered in perfect condition and when promised with ample shipping updates provided during the shipping process.

High performance, sleek design. I use this mainly for editing photo and video with Adobe software. This laptop meets the demands of these software programs

Its been great. Screen is large, very clear and great colors.

This is a very well spec'd laptop for a good price. Battery life is also quite good and the display is quite nice with beautiful colors and a responsive touch screen.

I bought this computer to replace another computer (different brand) that had gotten slow and sluggish. This one is faster but seems to be bogged down a bit by McAfee (which came with it). I may try uninstalling McAfee. The picture is clear, and the laptop is very responsive to my external keyboard. I hope the sluggishness improves without McAfee. The popups are annoying.

This 16 in. HP laptop is to replace my 4 year old 17 in, laptop. The new 17 in. laptops do not come with a Geforce card in them . The 16 in. does HP has been my go to for laptops.

This is the perfect laptop for a content creator that doesn't want to have to pay the hefty Apple prices. Plus its pretty good for gaming as well It has plenty of ports and is powerful enough for a good majority of the things I do as a video editor. With this laptop you are getting a great price to performance deal, especially with a RAM upgrade which is incredilbly easy to do on your own with this laptop. I highly recommend this laptop.

its a great laptop, excellent battery life and buttery smooth refresh rates and good gaming performance which is boosted by Geforce RTX 4060

Phenomenal laptop with great performance, upgraded the ram immediately!

Just got this lab top a few weeks ago but so far nothing bad to comment. Great speed and function is excellent… I read a bunch of the low rating reviews and completely disagree with complaints I read. I have had multiple lab tops(mostly higher quality) over time and this ranks up there as far as performance. I am not a gamer but usually buy gaming computers given higher quality of components etc.

This HP envy has a 4060, good for gaming. But not like other gaming laptop, the design is much lighter and carriable. Also, the alumina case feels so good.

Excellent quality with Intel CORE i7. It runs fast and decent size. Battery life is great!

I bought it for my mom, very satisfied, quite good for ordinary cases fast and powerful enough for everyday tasks can even play well and do work in heavy tasks (but not video editing there you need a lot of RAM) will hope that everything will remain in perfect condition and it will serve Mom long and well

This compact computer will meet all your needs. It is a great family device. Easy to set up with acct for each member so each person can design and set to there needs while still allowing administrator overall control. Recommend this affordable power house to any family

Fast, sleek laptop with large memory capacity and excellent graphics.

Excellent computer, much better than my last HP which had no video card. This one does and everything is much faster and clearer pictures. Only slight down side is the cooling fan is a bit loud, but easily over looked for the better performance.
