Slow, slow slower than any printer I have had!! Printer itself was a great one long ago! But now printing or running a copy takes for ever! And not always accurate! Had one like this many years ago, so sold on it I didn't take my receipt at time of purchase! Now will try to find a new printer! Know for sure it won't be this one!!!

Tricky to set up. Once you practice enough times, it prints well.

This was a terrible buy. I am sorry that I bought it. It doesn't print all of your article. I have to check my printouts after printing to see what was left off and usuall have to write some of the material that was left off. It also makes too much noise when it starts to print. It scares my cats. I do not like it at all.

Do not waste money on a cheap printer. Loses WiFi connectivity every other print job. Very temperamental when reconnecting. Takes forever to print 1 page. Returning for refund.

Printer takes a long time to print or items being sent from computer to printer take a long time to appear in the print queue.

The quality that this printer puts out is not really good. Especially when I have to make a copy. I’m very disappointed in this choice of a printer.

I had this printer about eight months and it froze up and will not let me print anything. Will not let me push any buttons. It’s a piece of junk.

Its an okay get you by printer. Hp has better printers but this one does the job for now.

Cannot hook up to phone or WiFi at my son’s college. Not great, most likely will return to store

I didn't keep it for long. I don't think it's work the price for replacing the ink. I went with a laser printer instead

You only get around 65 pages on a 40 dollar “xl” ink cartridge and that’s on draft mode to save ink, you can’t use 3rd party ink to save money. This company preys on the consumer. Buy a Brother brand printer, do your research. Do not buy anything branded HP like I did.

Did not work for my daughter. Nor sure why it did not work. When rhe first one did not work, we returned it. When the new one was shipped to my daughter, it did not work either.

First, the printer will not work on 5. GHz network to install. If you do not have or do not how ro connect to 2.5 GHz DO NOT buy this printer. Second after 2+ hours I finally got it to work only to find out you have subscribe to print service in order to print. I had an HP printer, I know how ro load ink cartridges. I could not on this printer. Best Buy has really good no-hassle return policy. Bought a Cannon instead, from Best Buy. took all of 20 minutes to get working. Buy Cannon instead of this one.

Best printer ever, I get to managed all my prints now throughout the phone, love it!

It works perfectly well and is worth the price for this nice cozy printer.

This printer was stolen from my doorstep!!! Fedex driver never care to ring the bell so my wife could get it. I had to purchase another one because nobody solve my problem

It did not come with instructions. Hardly came with paper. No instructions on how to get +1 Bonus Month of Ink w/Code) I have no idea what that all means. Maybe its due to fact that I'm 80 years old and do understand instructions that I can read in front of me. Hope you can help.
