If every employee was more like Mildred then Best Buy would be the best company in the industry. The Bolingbrook employees should go to Downers Grove for training with Mildred.

Pros: *Great suction, it got super deep down. *Easy to maneuver (but it is heavy) *I have always LOVED the headlights on a Shark *lots of accessories *The carpet feels very clean after *Nice long cord *GIANT dirt canister Cons: *a bit too sensitive to shut down if it feels the brushroll is stuck *not the best on thin rugs *heavy *Very expensive

I am underwhelmed with its dreadful ergonomic design for operation in above floor use. You must detach the wand and pod from the floor nozzle. This leaves you with a bulky canister to carry in one hand and a short hose to vacuum above floor. The hose is not only short, it is also not very flexible to maneuver over irregular furniture surfaces. Maybe Shark should develop a “baby sling” to hold the pod, leaving both hands free to better maneuver the hose and any attachment. I recommend it only if your primary use is cleaning floors.

Polaris ohio location is great! Vacuum works great except for the dirt detect sensors need cleaned constantly other than that has great power and easy to use.

It picked sooo much dirt that my old Kenmore had been missing. A little cumbersome to dismantle and while broken apart we find the hose a little short. We would still buy it again!

I had originally purchased a Dyson after having my Shark for many years and needing to replace it, I decided to try Dyson. I was very unhappy with Dyson and glad I returned it for Shark.
