This computer was bought for my job to work from home. So far so good. It allows me to open up multiple web applications simultaneously and is working smoothly and efficiently so far.

Got the laptop on black Friday Internals worth the price

The laptop's build quality is disappointing. The foundation and body feel fragile, as the base cracked within just two months of regular use. This indicates poor durability and raises concerns about the longevity of the device. Definitely not worth the investment if you're looking for a reliable, sturdy laptop.

I’ve had this for maybe a month or so, somehow the text/paint on the keys is wearing off already. I had my previous laptop for 6-7 years and the keys were still fine on that one!

Very nice and just what I needed. What I like is the screen size, the touch screen, the quality of the picture, the memory/computer speed, huge SSD for Home use - or even business use. Classic HP clean lines. I like the silver one. Has all the external device connections I need and can add more if needed. Easy to set up. All this for under $600. Should've bought two!

I chose HP because my old HP "Bose Special Edition" lovely red laptop could not be upgraded from Windows 10. I'm optimistic this new HP laptop will be as great and longterm enough workhorse. We bought 2 so that my husband and i have the same models and can more readily help each other out with setup and updates. We're not gamers, we're retired so, no business apps required, but Microsoft is a hog about forcing you into things that are not easy to disable or remove when you don't need or want them (e.g., Onecloud). We like our 2016 desktop Office suite and want nothing to do with Ofc 365 for our needs, and all the apps that used to be independent of MS...now that they're MS-owned and imbedded (like Skype), we don't want that anymore either. On the positive side, huge improvement over our aging laptops. Still working out kinks to better personalize, but seriously, that Onedrive in pathnames, is soooo annoying. I like the camera privacy screen having both physical and control panel disable/enable capabilities. I wish I'd noticed this model doesn't have a back-lit keyboard, and we would have preferred 1TB storage, which wasnt an option through Best Buy, although HP offers that option if you customize a build through HP. Overall, since our MS hurdles and annoyances of not being able to easily de-select what we don't want is likely inherent on all new Windows 11 platforms, we're so far pleased with our new laptops. No comment on battery life since the occasion hasn't been tested.

Needed a laptop to complete college courses online while traveling. I picked this one primarily for the 16GB Memory as I wanted to be able to run several programs at the same time to complete the online college courses. It handled it all easily, with plenty of storage memory for files. I disabled the S mode for windows 11 easily and was able to use google and other programs for school. I found the keyboard to be comfortable and easy to use. I tend not to like track pads, but my mouse worked well with it and the touch screen worked when the mouse wasn't in use. Overall, a great purchase, and would recommend for anyone looking for a little more oomph but without breaking the bank.

My daughter got this in preparation for college. It has everything she needs, but doesn’t hold a charge more than a couple of hours though it advertises as a nine hour battery.

I recently purchased this HP touchscreen laptop. I must say the quantity of it is top tier and was extremely affordable. The touch screen is very responsive and the processor is lightning fast. I am extremely happy with my purchase! I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I've only had my new HP laptop a few weeks, but so far I really like it. The only problem is after setting it up I am still getting a few odd responses from Microsoft and am not sure what it means. There's really no "owner's manual" with this when you purchase it so I guess I will need to eventually contact HP for help. That is frustrating since it's difficult to find time for these little things. I wish there was information to refer to that would help cover the concerns that pop up: A trouble-shooting guide, etc.
