It was getting to be about time to replace my old PC, which is about 5 years old now. I saw this laptop on a super sale and it fit my requirements for memory, internal disk and screen size. With a few additional cables and some movement around my office, the machine functions both as an on-the-go laptop and a stay-at-home PC, using my old PC monitor in HDMI mode. A nice feature of the HDMI mode is that my speakers also transfer to the old monitor, which has better speakers than the laptop. Something I hadn't noticed when I attached an even older PC to the old PC in HDMI mode.

Great HP laptop computer! This laptop computer is so much better than my office one that I now only work on this one. The screen is bigger & clearer, more memory & it is much lighter. The cost was amazingingly inexpensive for what all I am getting. Finally HP is making great products again.

The Hewlett Packard Intel Core i7, Irisx, is the best laptop I have ever owned. The graphics and speed are great, the keyboard and number pad are comfortable to use. I comparison shopped this computer, and Best Buy had the best price.

I use it to slice and set up 3d printing. I had an older laptop that i couldnt run "fusion 360". I would get into creating and would freeze. Just couldnt keepup. I am very happy with my purchase. Because now i have touch screen and i can run what i need.

I really like this laptop. The keys are larger than than my old laptop and easier to use. Like the touch screen. Pretty much just getting use to it. Only downside is installing Google and having to get rid of S and them saying it might affect security.

I love it, easy to set up and use, as far as dislikes do not have any yet. This is my second laptop but first touch screen. The last laptop I bought was in 2010 so this an upgrade for me and loving it.

This computer is awesome. The features are great and it is user friendly. The keys are kinda hard to see unless you have good lighting. Takes a little getting used to going from a light-up keyboard (which I think should come standard on all keyboards - at least with an on/off button for the light). All-in-all, great product

This computer is excellent! This was an upgrade from a lower grade HP and it has made my life so much easier. I have two remote jobs so multitasking is very important to me. It is very fast and the cost makes it even more worth it. My brother purchased before me and recommended it to me.

This is my 3rd HP PC in a row, and it's everything I was looking for. I needed more memory, and a better display resolution. I use this laptop for sound editing and teleprompter displays for theater shows, and it handles all of that and more.

This laptop is super fast and snappy. Absolutely excellent for office work, viewing media and general web surfing. It’s possible you’d want a bit more for Photo/Video editing or Gaming but otherwise this is all you need and it’s perfect for that :)

Bought for my college bound daughter. She loves it! Touch screen is awesome. Speed is great.

So far so good. The set up was pretty simple. The battery seems to be holding up and the machine runs well. I did notice some lagging already when trying to watch a downloaded video but that may have been user error. We honestly haven't had that much time with it yet to give a thorough review. Regarding the set up though, I didn't like that it automatically connected to our cellular phones. Perhaps that is the standard these days and it was kind of nice to see phone notifications on the laptop. It wasn't for us though and it took a while to figure out how to undo that. The major issue I have with this computer is the TERRIBLE speakers. You will need to use external speakers or headphones if you want to watch videos or listen to music. It's just really bad.

Have had a HP previously but this was a wonderful upgrade. Am still getting use to the features - never had a touch screen before. More than likely will never utilize it to its fullest capacity.

My new HP laptop is incredible and I did enroll in the Geek Squad support help program so feel really good about that. I had a great experience at the Best Buy Downers Grove location. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I felt really good about my laptop selection. I will return for any other electronic needs.

It exceeded my expectations. I am using my laptop for physician assistant school and frequently have to stream lectures or use apps with pretty heavy load. I’ve never had an issue with apps closing out or running super slowly. My exam software always run smoothly, whereas they would lag or shut down on my MacBook Air. Do not hesitate to buy this! The touchscreen feature was a nice bonus.
