    The sales clerk struggled quite a bit to understand and execute the address and other instructions and wasn't too efficient as well

    Absolutely disappointed by the service of Best Buy and their delivery partner FedEx. My package was delivered to a different address and I had to go through the process of contacting FedEx and Best buy to get the package update. After 3 months still the package is not delivered I have been told by FedEx that you should contact the sender. Best Buy has denied any support from their end. I have officially lost $1000 on this product that I didn't receive. Definitely not gonna recommend anyone to go with BestBuy from now on.

    wont stayed signed into the wifi. everything in house works fine. ran every trouble shooting idea possible. piece of junk.

    This product did not come with the 6 months of Trend Micro antivirus protection as stated. Best Buy tech support claim that they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m not a satisfied customer and will not be shopping with this company anymore.

    Best Buy has incorrectly labeled this as touchscreen. It IS NOT!! They will not compensate for the troubles under the impress that we purchased it needing it for touchscreen.

    This is not a gaming computer. Unable to even run everquest at full screen. Brand new and crashes everytime yet somehow my windows surface 2 in 1 manages to run the game perfectly. This is not a windows problem but a terrible HP driver issue that has no fix.

    It certainly lacks in gaming aspects but for people who want to use it for school, video editing etc it’s amazing. The intel i9 gives it best graphics ever. I’ve had mine for two years and it’s working like new
