    Very nice grill and griddle. Nice feature is to open flat so that 2 surfaces can be used for cooking. Plates come out easily for convenient washing in dishwasher or by hand. Size is perfect for cooking for four. Only concerns are that the temperature is a little uneven across the face of the grilling surface and that the temperature setting is not terribly accurate. We had to use a 400 setting to get results that I would have expected at 375.

    We use it to grill some meat, or pancake, or grilled sandwich. Nonstick pan is easy to grill and clean. Ideal for quick and small batch food

    Cooks meats on both sides evenly because the cook at the same time, so you don't have to guess or time each side separately and then flip. Plenty of space for four burgers or chicken at a time, possible to squeeze in more depending on size, but mine are always big. Easy to use / set controls Easy to clean by hand or dishwasher. For $100 I get a lot of use out of it, it has replaced a lot of my stove top cooking. I just keep it next to or on my stove so I don't forget to use it and now I don't even think about using my stove most of the time for grilling or skillet-ing.
