This keyboard works well with our HP 2 in 1 laptop. It's not a performance keyboard, but I do use it in my computer programming class to type code. It's small enough to travel with and the touch pad works pretty well. Two levels of back lighting for night time or low light levels. Wouldn't use it for gaming, but for every day use it's reliable. The battery also lasts for about five days.

I am writing this review with this keyboard paired with my GS7 phone with Bluetooth. It is well built, rechargable, backlit and works with Bluetooth and the Logitech Unify adapter. The feel of the keys is surprisingly good for a small keyboard. This will be perfect for use on the HTPC / TV in the family room. I should have picked up a few of these for gifts!

This keyboard is great for a media keyboard. I use it with my tv and I like the travel of the keys and the fact that they illuminate so that it’s easy to see in the dark. Charge lasts a long time and the touchpad is fairly responsive. It’s much better than the old Logitech keyboard that it replaced.

This keyboard is great! I use it to watch Youtube, Netflix from my bed without having to walk over to the computer just to change the video or the volume. The illuminated keys is a great feature as well, helpful to be able to see the letters in a dark room.

Hassle free packing.Since it has a rechargeable battery no worries about getting the battery replaced everytime. Also helps in using the laptop or desktops from a distance without going to the system every time for moving the cursor or writing anything.

I was using a lower version of a wireless logitech keyboard/pad, and i upgraded to this K830, i have to say that i had to return the first one because one of the buttons of the pad needed too much pressure to work, BestBuy top service exchanged the broken one for a new one. I like the look and feel, is very well constructed and the wireless reach is superior than the 400 version. The illuminated keys are just what i need when we are watching movies in the dark, it has been a month of use and still retains the first battery charge. A very good upgrade.

If you need these features: Wireless bluetooth, touchpad. Then this is great. The buttons are illuminated and have a great, positive, non squishy feel when pressed. The battery life is pretty great. The responsiveness of the touchpad is great. The left and right click buttons are probably the only weak point that I don't like, they require too much force for me to bother using them most of the time.
All that said, the full size is quite usable, the build is pretty good, and all round decent package here.

Nothing negative to say about this product. Works great! Uses Logitech's Unifying Receiver protocol and can connect to Bluetooth devices as well. I purchased this item two months ago and haven't even had a need to recharge it yet!!!

The battery life seems to be quite good, and the back light is very helpful but not over powering or distracting. The range for me is irrelevant, and have not tested it, so I cannot speak to that. I just wanted something that doesn't have a 10 key. Charging seems to be about standard, and practically 0 lag time on startup to usage (great for getting into diagnostics or BIOS). The arrow keys are a little small, but, it's a compact keyboard, so, just a matter of muscle memory. I don't use the touchpad for the mouse, and sometimes accidentally touch it, but, otherwise it is a great keyboard. I would like the option to disable the mouse without disabling the hardware in Device Manager, but, it may be there and I just can't find it. Otherwise, it's a great little keyboard.

I got this to use with my HTPC. It's a bit pricey compared to other options out there including other Logitech options. I wanted to get keyboard/trackpad with bluetooth so I didn't have to use the wireless dongle route some other sets use. For reference I had a Logitech K400 prior to this. That was a pretty great keyboard to use for TV/HTPC use but the wireless could be finicky and the typing experience wasn't that great. The track texture was a bit eh as well being a textured matte material. This set is noticeably better quality. The trackpad has a nicer smoother feel. The keys are way better for typing but I still wouldn't go recommending for everyday keyboard use. They keys have more a laptop feel to them. The backlight is quite useful in the dark. It has an extra left mouse button on the top left corner of the keyboard that helps when using the trackpad. The battery life is quite great so far. I haven't charged it since I got it about a month and some change ago but I don't use the keyboard much as I mentioned it's more for HTPC use. The only downside is it is heavier than the K400 but not to the point that it's a deal breaker. So far the bluetooth has been great. I haven't tested distance but with the K400 I used to have issues unless the keyboard had unobstructed line of sight to the receiver. I haven't encountered this issue yet using bluetooth. Also, I had to install the Logitech software to be able to use the function keys as regular function keys in Windows 10. If you don't then they by default act like shortcut keys for things. This can be a pro or con depending on your usage.
Overall it's a great upgrade over the K400 but you do pay for it. I had a $10 reward and it was on sale so I think I got it for around $35. At that price it's a no brainer. At the $60+ point it becomes a bit more of a hard sale if you're using for something like I do.

I use this in the living room to connect to my TV - works great. Connects without issues, holds a charge for a good bit and has everything you need. Very compact for all that is on it.

Keyboard feels great, doesn't feel too cramped. Love that it has a keyboard on the side as well. Best part is, it connects both the keyboard and mouse. Would recommend.

This little keyboard is packed with features. It's wireless with a range of up to 30 feet. It's small enough To fit in my theater seating compartments. With a built-in touchpad so you don't need an extra mouse. The lighted keybour allows me to use it ruthoit turning on the lights. I can't imagine using a regular keyboard and mouse for my home theater computer. It's a little pricey but well worth the extra cost

I love the fact that you can connect it using either the dongle or Bluetooth. The Backlight keys and sufficient mousepad area checks everything on my list. A little bit heavier and the charging port does not feel like very sturdy (when plugging in or out the charging cable).

This keyboard is light and portable. It is lightweight but sturdy and durable. The back-light helps a lot during the night. The rechargeable battery lasts for days on end. I charge it maybe once a month if that. My only issue with it is that it is a fingerprint magnet. Aside from that this keyboard is useful in many ways. The fact it can connect via bluetooth as well as wireless is a plus.

Solid feel, great tactile feedback in keys, nicely etched keys, cool backlight, charge via usb, nice touch on the left mouse button on the upper right. Love the fact the it has left/right mouse buttons (big ones). Previous keyboard I had was more flakey with double tap, this keyboard you can turn it off.
I looked for a keyboard to replace an aged one for my media room so I wanted one with a touchpad. The only things I wish this had (which I knew beforehand obviously) was the ability for multiple pairing (like many other Logitech keyboards) so I could do my android tv and PC from the same chair. Also, preferred a metal casing. Both these things, oh well I knew what I was getting and its hard enough to find one with all the other features this one has.
Only thing unexpected was this thing is a fingerprint magnet!!! I dock it one star for that, and the fact that turning off double tap also disables the ability to easy use two finger scrolling. Ideally there would have been separation in those two features.

I love the backlit keys feature and the slim, lightweight design. Also the fact that it is bluetooth compatible as well as Unifying receiver compatible is a plus for a switch between devices. Also I must mention this keyboard has astonishingly low battery drainage. I’ve only had to charge it once other than the initial charge since I purchased it.

What can I really say about this keyboard.. it just works, and works amazingly. I have 2 of these for 2 different HTPC machines I use, and I haven't had any problems what so ever so far. They're comfortable to use, the back light comes in handy if like me you like to have the lights turned off while viewing your T.V. and you can select 2 different brightness modes too. The software you download from Logitech is easy to use, and does it's job. The battery life is just great, I've had these for a few weeks now and haven't had to charge them at all so far, and I haven't charged them since opening the box yet.. impressive. The track pad is responsive, and has the pinch controls if you want to use them, if not, you can turn them off. All in all, I'm very happy with this keyboard and it's well worth the money.
