I bought this machine from Best Buy on 4/19/19. Within the first week of using it, I received a “perform needle maintenance” error and a coffee cup full of grounds. That was my first impression of the Keurig 2.0. Fast forward to today, not even 3 months after purchasing the brewer. The machine has a white, blank screen, with no options. I cannot even brew a cup of coffee. I called Keurig customer support, who informed me that there were no trouble shooting solutions for that problem. She asked for the serial number, informed me the machine was out of warranty, apologized for the defective device, and offered me another machine for 20% off......... I’m not even sure where to begin to express my frustrations. Before this Keurig, I was a loyal Bunn owner for years. Out of all of those years, I had one issue with the brewer. I simply called customer service and was overnighted a brand new brewer with no questions asked. It’s unfortunate that I’ve wasted almost $100 for a coffee brewer that lasted less than 3 months, using it maybe 3 days a week maximum. My obvious advise is to avoid this Keurig, and not to assume it comes with a one year manufacturer warranty as the box states.

Purchased this Keurig about 2.5 weeks ago. In the last 3 days all it's doing is leaving a ton of coffee grounds in our cups. I've taken it apart. cleaned it and tried several different K cup pods...all with the same results. For $100 I expect it to not do this in such a short time frame

This coffee maker rocks! I love how simple it is to use. Its great to have, I can make a cup of coffee when ever I want it, no worries. It is so much easier than making a pot of coffee since i am the only one in my home that drinks it. Works great I would reccomend this to anyone. And keurig is such a cool company I get some free stuff, " Thanks, Keurig , for the free pods for this review."

I haven't use this Keurig - K200 for a while. And I just plugged into the outlet power No light and nothing is working. I'm very very disappointed of this BRAND!

I bought a Keurig K200 coffee maker, K-Carafe pods and K-Carafe 2.0 pods from Best Buy. I tried the 2.0 pods first, the machine was very easy to use, the smell and taste of the coffee brewed were unbelievably good, its the best coffee maker I ever had. When I tried the regular pods, it stuck at preheating and would not brew. I called the hotline and was surprised that I could talk to a Customer Care representative right away. She asked me a few questions and told me the pod holder was defective, it could not penetrate the bottom of the pod. She opened an account and ordered a new one for me for free. I received the new holder in 2 days and could enjoy the regular and 2.0 pods since then. Thanks Keurig for their excellent coffee maker and Customer Care! I highly recommend Keurig.

This has been the best new purchase I've made for my new home. I'm a coffee lover, and the only one to drink coffee in my household. It doesn't make sense for me to have to make 2+ cups of coffee for one person. This was the perfect fit for my situation. The reservoir is a little small for my liking (have to refill more often), but that's the only gripe i have with this machine. So far it has worked perfect. Brews rather quickly and quite deliciously. Paired with the Keurig My K Cup, you're not forced to make 10 oz cups or smaller. I believe you can go up to 20 oz, though I honestly haven't really paid attention to the size options. I usually pick the 14 oz option that brews perfectly into my thermos. There's also an option to brew it normally or strong. I highly recommend getting a My K Cup with this machine as you don't get these options with the regular K Cups from McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. You also get more bang for your buck. This one also gives you the option for K Carafes, but it is not included with the machine, it's a separate purchase of around $25.

So overall, I am quite pleased with this product, however, I do have a few complaints about it. So here are some pros and cons: Pros: -Very convenient -Can remove base to fit a 16oz Contigo under it -Can dispense just hot water -Changing water is easy (but don't put it in a tight space) Cons: -Can only use Keurig K-cups (not other brands, it will display an error on the screen) -Can only dispense 4 or 6 oz of hot water at a time -Haven't found a reusable K-cup that will work with this machine yet Overall, it is a great product, but those cons are just enough to be annoying. I would, however, recommend this product to anyone wanting to buy one if they don't mind being stuck to Keurig K-cups.

I love my new Keurig! Its so easy to use, as soon as I start my coffee the whole house is filled with the smell of roasted coffee beans as if I was in a fancy coffee house! All the different pods I have tried taste amazing and my coffee is ready within a couple minutes. The only inconvenience I would say is having to add water each time, but totally worth the results. Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review.

Before Keurig I would drink coffee at work, church or somewhere else. I never drank coffee at home. With my new work environment I'm the only one who drinks coffee and didn't like making small pots for a large coffee maker or drink an entire pot by myself. That is where the Keurig comes in. I purchased it at Thanksgiving time. I have one cup every morning before I go to work. Nice, simple and easy. Great if you want to have a cup without trying to "measure" the correct amounts to get a good cup of coffee.

Let me start this by saying I already had another coffee maker when I bought this. I was very intrigued by the single serve machine, as I am the only person in the house that drinks coffee. My other machine was just a standard pot brewing machine. I love how easy it is to make one cup of coffee. In a couple short minutes, I have a great cup of coffee.

This keurig with the carafe were gifts for my parents. They have always been hardcore coffee drinkers with their big pot of coffee. However, sometimes that pot of coffee was just going to waste. The answer: a Keurig!! I actually already had this model and love it so I bought one for them. The color was an added bonus for my color loving mom. Now it's no problem to have one or two cups instead of a whole pot. We love this product!!!

The Keurig 2.0 made simple coffee making even easier by the inclusion of a touchscreen. The K 200 while small and the simplest of the new wine is by far my wife's favorite kitchen appliance. It speeds up our morning routine and makes a far better cup of coffee then we ever did. My only regret is that the reservoir the depletes quickly causing the need to refill it often. Apart from that we really enjoy our Keurig and Best Buy often has K-cups on sale.

This is a great coffee machine and very easy to use. I have used it for a little over a month on a daily basis and have really enjoyed it. I also have tried one type of k cup which was not Keurig brand and it actually did work. Do you water reservoir could be a little bit larger, but I guess there are other sizes that you can get if you want that.

After researching what Keurig would be best for me, I decided to go with this model due to the fact that it doesn't take up as much counter space and also the great price. I was able to get it on-sale plus I received a $15 gift card. Can't beat that!

The coffeemaker was purchased to accommodate people who are looking to drink a single cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate at all times of the day and night. It does just that. It is easy to use and looks attractive on the counter.
