I love this things and I don't even like coffee. My wife is a big coffee drinker. I'm more into tea and hot cocoa. The machine is crazy easy to use. It's get ready from a cold start in like 30 secs. You have your hot beverage 45 secs later. Amazing! The only real negative is that the pods can be expensive depending on where you get them. Shopping wisely. Overall very impressed with this machine.

I like the product, I wish it had a larger cup option (ability to brew 12 ounces) to be aligned with most travel mugs. I wish I had bought one with a bigger water reservoir as I'm filling it a lot. I have been using it with the "fill your own pod" since I started realizing that the pods create a lot of waste... someone needs to make them biodegradable or find a reuse for them.

I ordered online and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, only to have it not work due to a tiny missing part. Exchanged at my local Best Buy and this one works perfectly. I'm the only one in the house who drinks coffee, and it's more convenient than trying to make a small pot.

As you can see by the title of my review, unlike others, I use my Keurig to make cups of tea though I do plan to use it to make cups of hot chocolate when winter gets here. The biggest selling point of this brewer for me was that it can brew cups, mugs or carafes though you do have to get the bigger k-cups that are made for mugs or carafes (I haven't seen any of those for tea or hot chocolate yet). Keurig puts out a carafe that will work with the brewer which I bought but haven't tried yet. For me, this brewer has been great but others might want one with a bigger water reservoir otherwise you could be filling it up a lot. It all depends on how much you're going to use it. I typically make only 1 or 2 cups a day with it so, the 40 ounce reservoir is fine. Overall, I've been very pleased with this brewer. It makes it very easy to fix a quick cup of black (English Breakfast or Irish Breakfast) or herbal (chamomile, lemon/ginger) tea. Tea lovers like myself might want to consider this machine when they want a quick cup.

I had been debating and reading reviews for many single cup coffee makers. I finally reached my decision on the Keurig 2.0. I love the compact size as I have limited counter space. It is fast and my coffee is the perfect temperature. I don't know that I would ever go back to my other coffee maker.

The k 200 is very easy to use, and makes a good cup of coffee every time. The ability to make a carafe gives it more versatility. Instructions are right there. It literally instructs you from the screen. If you have guests, they can make their own cup, and it's fun. It also looks good in the kitchen.

I've always wanted a Keurig and finally made the decision to get one. I chose this one because it can brew a single cup or a whole carafe. I was super easy to set it up and the coffee is great! This model also makes iced drinks, which was a definite plus for me. Happy I made the decision!

My previous Keurig coffee maker gave up after everyday use for at least five years. This model is the new and improved version. It is smaller, quieter and a bit more modern looking. Overall, I am very happy with it. Here are three things that keep me from giving it five stars. 1) The water reservoir is a bit smaller requiring more frequent refill 2) It has a water filter that is recommended to be changed every 2 months. Now, it is optional to replace but, it is something that makes you spend additional money if you want to use the feature 3) It will only work with K-cups brand cups. I had a Starbucks brand k-cup that it would not work with The third point is probably most important. Thankfully, my daily favorite coffee comes in the K-cup brand.

I bought this same Keurig a year ago for my home and just purchased this second one for my son in his apartment. Everyone can have their "special" cup of hot drink without having to make a whole pot of each request.

I got a REALLY good deal on this after my wife said we should try it. It's very convenient to start the coffee going while getting ready in the morning and not worrying about my coffee tasting bad. It's definitely cut down my Red Bull consumption. It's a quality product.

We love this coffee maker. Great update from our previous, much older Keurig. Easy to use with pods or with your own coffee. We don't use the carafe feature so I cannot speak to that but we wanted this for single-cup. So far, it's been great. Easy to use and clean.

Always refused to buy the keurig because of the monopoly on the k cups...way too expensive. BUT this model allows using refillable k kups with whatever blend of coffee you use. I love it. Just refill and nice and easy coffee. I mix and blend. Alsogreat to make fast cup of tea. Great coffee maker.

It's a great brand and is widely known for the best coffee to date. I love the many varietys I can buy coffee, tea etc. It's easy to set up and turn on and get the cup of joe every morning definitely a must buy and for the price you can't beat it . ($98.00)

This coffee maker is perfect for us. We both drink coffee ("Honey" drinks more coffee than I do, but get cravings for a cup once in a while). This makes single cups only, but it's great because it makes multiple size cups. Its quick, easy to use and compact.

The unit itself looks really nice, I do like the touch screen it has versus the non-screen my older unit had. There are some options for your brew such as selecting sizes, a strong brew, plain hot water or hot chocolate. Basically using this is straight to the point and I like that. However, there is one major issue that is taking a long time to clear up and that's the chemical and/or burnt plastic smell and flavor in everything that is brewed. The taste is so bad that I had to toss out everything I've brewed. I contacted Keurig and they claim that the unit is safe and that I should brew plain hot water with two tablespoons of white vinegar to get that chemical flavor out. I did it once and it might have helped a little but I can still taste that nasty chemical flavor. I am going to try it again later but I think if this odd flavor can be removed, it would be a decent unit. The other thing I don't like about it is the annoying pumping sound. My older Keurig just streamed the brew into my cup, but this one sounds like it's struggling to pump out water, but it doesn't appear to be broken.

I got the K200 and it is every good as expected! The K-cups are easy to use and always delicious. I have been trying different blends with the many Keurig offers that beat the local stores prices. All in all a great value! I recommend it highly!

I've used the original keurig before and I've always wanted one so I decided to get the 2.0 because why not and it didn't disappoint. The only reason why I didn't put 5 stars is because I feel like I have to put more water in more often then I do with the older ones. Maybe it's just me but that was my only downside

This machine boasts all the newer model bells and whistles without spending an arm and a leg! Definitely recommend this model to previous Keurig users. Easy to set-up; no complications and ready to use right out the box.
