I was directed to this unit by the salesperson, who explained that it was light, powerful and easy to use, and available for a great price. I knew Dysons were out of my price range, and I'd thought that Sharks would be too, but this unit cost about less than I expected to pay for a more pedestrian vacuum. It cleans amazingly well, and it is very flexible and easy to use. My only minor quibble is that it is messier than I like emptying the debris bin; best to do this outside the house.

Overall it’s good. The mouth of it is a little small so I find that I have to go over areas a bit but overall I recommend

The only thing that is missing is a auto winding cord thing!! Lol im lazy...

A lot of hype on this model...im guessing more about the price point rather than the overall vac experience. So far, very good suction power but that is really the only positive. You can just tell they went cheap compared to other shark models. Doesnt handle well, shorter power cord, etc.

Good vacuum cleaner, at a very attractive price. A bit heavy, and never suck up water! But, pulls well, and easy to use and maneuver.

Love this vacuum. It cleans very well. And it is light enough for my child to carry up and down the stairs lol. The suction on the vacuum is amazing

We’re really happy with this Shark vacuum! The suction power is impressive—it easily picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair without any trouble. The suction control is a great feature, especially for tall carpet, where it adjusts perfectly and doesn’t get stuck. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around the house, which makes cleaning much less of a chore. On top of that, we got it for a great price, so it feels like an excellent value for the quality. Highly recommend it!

This product works well on some of my rugs, but I have a hard time getting it to work on the shag rug. It’s hard to move.

This works great! We have a cat and two German shepherds and this does a great job getting all the hair. The attachments work pretty well on our couch. It’s very compact so it’s easy to store in small closets. Only wish it had a retractable cord and it’d be perfect.

Wonderful vacuum. Light body design and easy to maneuver, it takes the cake over my old Dyson in both weight and power. The Dyson was too strong at times, floor suction making it difficult to use depending on flooring material. The Shark doesn't suffer from this. It's suction is strong but the design allows it to glide over different flooring without loss of power.

This is my second Shark vacuum brand. I used the first for about 5 years. I was pleased with it. So, I decided to buy the second one, the same brand as my previous one. This one is lighter and better because it sucks all the dust as if I never clean my carpet. Its suction power is amazing for me. We are delighted with our purchase so far.

It is Lightweight, easy to use, cleans my stairs better than expected. Highly recommend this cleaning system.

Our family is notoriously hard on vacuum cleaners and I have some pretty high standards for features. We purchased this one thinking "What do we have to lose?" After using it for a bit, I'm convinced we go more than our money's worth. The machine has great suction, the tools are useful and easy to use and the ability to convert it to a handheld tank is great for cleaning everywhere. Buy it, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. With a bad back, these were important features. Good suction power. The only downside I see is emptying it. The first vacuum I've had without a bag, and it can be tricky to empty without making a mess.

We bought this vacuum to replace our Kirby that broke. We loved the price and the reviews and we have had Shark products in the past that have held up nicely. Was really impressed with the features and the cleaning power of a vac so light weight. I sincerely feel that this vacuum is better than our Kirby was when it was new and it has revitalize our 8 year old carpet. Pretty light, versatile, and has strong suction no matter what the dirt level is in the canister.

Light weight. Easy to set up and use. Cannot write about durability as I have only just used it twice.

I have 3 cats and 1 dog, needed a new vacuum because my old one finally died. After much looking and careful consideration I decided to purchase this over a dyson... Such a good decision. This thing picks up all the hair they shed (quite a lot) with no problem. Lightweight, easy to clean filters and canister. Has never clogged once and makes my carpet look brand new.

I bought this vacuum solely on reviews. I read the positive and negative and so far I'm finding the positive outweighs the bad. This vacuu. Is lightweight, suction is great, it swivels in small places and the lift away is another great feature. This was a good buy and caught it on sale.

I love it. Very light, lots of power, easy to use.
