A good remote but a little more complicated than past HARMONY Remotes. PS3 pairing is much easier using phone app and some controls are only on the tablet/phone app. No Help Button

We took advantage of a trade in program and replaced an older Harmony remote with worn out volume buttons. This model is a big step up. Just wish it lit up like the old one we had.

Easy setup and integration with Amazon Echo. Took less than 10 minutes to setup and create basic commands. Good for the entry level home automation enthusiast

This remote and app were pretty easy to set up. The included remote will occasionally get out of sync, but it is easy to fix in the iPhone Harmony app. If you lose internet connectivity, you may need to keep the original remotes available. This remote is more expensive than my previous harmony universal remote, but has many functions I don’t use. Overall I am happy with this product.

So far so good, but lots of things left to explore. Was fairly easy to set up, but I like technology. I don't recommend it to non technical people, as set up is tricky. Only using it with audio video devices as my Wink network is not compatible. Five stars for now, as I have no complaints.

I had previously used a Logitech remote one step lower that cost less than $100 and it worked great and did everything I needed plus some but when the remote would get dropped on the floor it lost its connectivity and had to restart the entire system. I was given this remote as a gift, the only thing I don't like is that there is no help button when or if something doesn't get turned on or turned off when an action is initiated. I don't think its worth 3x the price over the lower priced Logitech remote.

i am very pleased with my Harmony remote it works great on mt TV, Cable Box, DVR, and Sterio Receiver. The Geek Sguad Technician set up my remote and I can now switch from one device to another by touching just one button. I can also power off all the devices with one touch.

Great remote for our equipment hidden in a cabinet. Very easy to program and use.

There are so many good things I can say about this remote. I am able to program all my activities and sync them over via my Harmony. It makes things easy and simple with the new application on your phone. And adding devices and setting different macros is easy and simple

I purchased this remote to work with other home automation products. I have not yet been able to use it because my house is not built yet. I gave the stars because of the compatability with other top home automation products. Also, more important than that is the fact that this remote system allows you to hide away any and all home theatre components. Being that we are able to wire from scratch, we were able to buy receivers with multiple outputs for tvs and hide everything away. For example, we ran wiring from one receiver to tvs in the master bedroom and master bath, and the same for the living room and office. Now using one remote for 2 rooms allows us to use all of our components in closets for two rooms with only one remote.

Our old harmony that had a small screen wore out and we purchased this as a replacement. It's nice to be able to control the TV, Roku, home media sound system from your phone or tablet. But if you keep the app active then your battery on your phone/tablet will run down really quickly. So I close the app and re-open when I need to interact with the devices. It's also nice that you don't have to point a remote control specifically to the infrared supported devices. So you can walk around and use your phone from a much wider distance since you're talking to the hub via the wifi. It was tough, though, to get my 72 year old husband to adapt to using a phone interface instead of pushing buttons on a remote but he eventually acquiesced. Without a screen on the included remote, it's hard to use that to control a lot of devices in your media system. So we really don't use the included remote control at all.

Overall a good product and meets my needs. Setup wasn't as easy as stated in instructions and wouldn't work via app. Had to connect to laptop and setup via web.

I already have one of these for another room, but needed a second for a new set-up in a different room. The upgrades available through this unit make the installation easy to use, and it connected to the wifi without issue. We have a receiver for music, tv/cable, and a dvd player all hooked up through this and all come through without any trouble. A bit expensive, but it does simplify life and eliminates the need for 4 remotes....

Happy with the remote so far - bought to replace an older higher model Harmony remote with touch screen, etc. Remote is a nice size and comfortable to hold and use. Was easy to program and has all of the general features/buttons that most will need. A nice addition would be a "back" button to go to a previous menu page (for AT&T Uverse DVR box) rather than having to completely "Exit" each time and then go through the whole menu again. The Harmony app on the iPhone works well. Has a ton of features and many shortcut keys that speed up navigation. Would definitely buy again.

The Logitech Harmony control works well in most ways. Setup - great with the app (and much easier than the old method); the system is functional as well - working well on first try. Troubleshooting is not a strong point - which was better in the past. And I miss having soft controls with an LED screen, which allow more activities (such as adding a ROKU. Bottom line: great for most people - would like to have a few more buttons and a screen on remote.

Still working on tweaking the final set up. But is already setting up nicely. The capabilities of adding my lighting and macros of dimming the lights, switching inputs, turning on equipment with the push of a single button is pretty cool. There are a few things that I would change to meet my needs but I could’ve just upgraded to the next level and I would’ve gotten everything that I needed. This one works just fine for me though.

the hub and control are fairly easy to use tho i wish that the control had more application buttons (it has 3). all in all quite satisfied with it.

works awesome through doors and from another room, easily programmable, sleek and easy to use. Eliminates the need for multiple remotes and allows your stuff to be inside a cabinet with the doors closed. only needs the buttons to be lit up

Controls Cable Box, TV, Receiver and Roku flawlessly. I also have my alexa connected to this which works amazingly as well...I can say stuff like "alex, turn on Hulu" or "alexa, turn on ESPN" which is really nice.

We purchased this Harmony Home Control remote to replace an older model Harmony. We had a few problems converting the older programming to it but once it was done, it seems to be much more reliable than the older remote. The button placement is superior to recent Harmony products. RF communication is a big plus at this price point, and the base station is powerful enough to operate most IR devices without a lot of trouble. The iPhone app at first had trouble finding the base station reliably but an update has fixed this.
