I had been using a SteelSeries headset that I bought online for a few months now and it seems that this specific headset might have been faulty on arrival. My wife had been using a pair of these Logitec g230's for quite a while so I knew they were good. Boy was I wrong, they are beyond good! This headset fixed all the problems I was having with static and bad sound! They are super comfortable on your head without making your ears drown in sweat. They are easy to use and the length of the braided cord is exactly what I was looking for to go from the back of my tower, behind, and up through my desk. If you want a great headset for a very nice price I highly recommend these!

Don't get sucked into the surround sound nonsense. Really, look it up. This thing is just as good as some of the top end sets I've used in the past and for the price, you can't beat it. Decent quality too. Doesn't feel like it's going to break easily.

Good quality and sound. Ear cups are great they are big enough to completely cove the ear and not sit on them makes the comfortable.. they seem less hot too. Washable ear pads and long cord .. good buy on sale

Logitech with another winner here. This retails for $40 and I got mine for $30 with a $10 reward from being a My Best Buy member. At THAT price, this is a steal. Great quality and works without installing any software - just plug in and go. Very comfortable and stylish too (for gamers/nerds... probably not for Skypers).

Good sound quality, cord is the fabric wrapped so seems to be of better quality than the previous headphones I purchased. Mic works good, comfortable on my head. Compatible with Windows 10.

I recently (Mar-Apr 2014) purchased this because I've taken to computer gaming as well as video editing. I had no clue what headset to buy but my friend recommended this series so, not wanting to put in all my money, I bought the cheapest model. So far I am greatly pleased. While not performing at a professional level, this headset is great for all my casual gaming and I even use it to record over my YouTube videos. The audio isn't amazing for music and the mic not crystal clear (these issues are also tied to software used, mind you), but it's perfect for leisure activity and if you just want a cheap and sound option, this is it. Also, the headset has large ear cuffs with mesh cushion. While not 100% sound-proof (which I don't mind), I'm able to wear these for hours with no discomfort.

The headset works well and has great clarity. They are comfortable.

This is a great set of gaming headphones for the price. I've gone thru a lot of headphones in my day and these are actually really good for the price. Obviously there's way better headdress out there but not at this price range. 5 stars from me.

The sound is great and they are very comfortable. Would prefer to have a headset converter included - the mic and headphones are on separate plugs.

Good headset but definitely not the best. There is awesome sound on your end but a terrible static to whoever you could be talking to. Now when I say this I don't mean that this happens every single time but you could be talking to your friends on Skype and they'll just start screaming "WHAT IS THAT SOUND!?!" And being the person with the mic that the sound is coming from, you don't hear it. Even if you mute your mic it just gets worse. All in all, Its a great headset but has static so I'll leave that up to you to decide. Personally, I like the headset and think you pay for what you get so I'm not complaining.

I've been buying this headset for the past 3 years and it still holds up. Sound Quality is rich, microphone works well and it is very comfortable. It is actually pretty durable despite buying it multiple times (I'm not a careful person).

This Item is cheap but effective. I had one when it first came out, upgraded to a wireless version and gave it away. When the wireless broke I went back to Ol' Reliable. Cant beat a wired headset at this price, nowhere near it.

The sound quality for the G230 is quite good. The plastic has endured multiple drops and tugs from my 5 year old, and the cord is plenty long for the 3.5 mm jacks. My only complaint after 2 months of use is that it is not really comfortable even for short term use, neither the headband nor the ear cuffs. I would still say it's a good set for the price.

This headset is great for the price. I broke my old expensive headset and didn't want to spend as much again. The sound is great and my microphone sound is great. However after hours of use, I notice the top of the headset feels heavy, but that's after 12+ hours.

Super long cord. Ear padding good enough. This is the best entry level headset possible and honestly this is all you need. Logitech always has the best microphones. So if you plan on streaming this works great for an audience.

I got this headset for my son to use. I use the bigger brother Logitech g930 which I also recommend, but I was not ready to shell out that kind of cash for a 9 year old. He loves this headset, they look and feel about the same as the 930 so he thinks they are just like mine. Sound and microphone are good, we play together online from separate rooms and I have no issues hearing him or vice versa. I would recommend to anyone looking for an entry level headset.

Picked these bad boys on sale. Very happy. They're comfortable, sound good and comes with a super long cable. I've used for several hours at a time without getting tired.

Very comfortable, mic records in very high quality. I use it for CS:GO and the sound quality is very detailed and sensitive.

let's start of with these headphones are the best bang for your buck if your on a budget I would highly recommend these over any other headphones in the $20-$40 range. They offer great comfort good padding, the build quality is what you would expect from higher end headphones uses a nylon over the wires making them feel much more premium. Now for the sound they are amazing for the price good bass nice mid and highs not overweeningly loud just great all around
