This mouse is my second Logitech trackball for working from home, my other trackball is at the office. The trackball is great for setting on a small keyboard tray where there is not a lot of room to move a traditional mouse. I purchased the one for my office 12 years ago and it is still going so I have high hopes for this one.

This mouse is wonderful. The tracking ball has great precision and eliminates the need to move the whole mouse around. I use this mouse for more than eight hours a day and have no hand fatigue. It is also very durable. This purchase was to replace the same model mouse which I used for more than ten years. That's amazing!

I use this on a linux system. It works just fine. I had one about 15 or so years ago which eventually died and this has the same or very close form factor. we bought the more expensive one with the blue roller ball but that forces my hand into too high an arc and is uncomfortable to use where as this one has the maroon ball and fits my hand a lot better. the more expensive blue ball one is being used else where by someone with more appropriately sized hands. so it looks like I now own 3 or 4 of these. - so clearly I like them a lot or am absent minded.. My only beef is that I haven't yet set it up to do the extended scroll up and down through the windows. I thought I had but apparently not. These are much better value if you can get them on sale. Even then they tend to be pricey compared with the cheap on sale mouse but I'm happy

I recently experienced tendonitis in my right hand and wanted a mouse that could reduce the pain. This mouse works super and quite honestly my pain has subsided since I do not have no keep my right hand in a awkward position all the time.

I have been using this particular model for 10+ years both at home and at work. Most reliable trackball I have ever used and they stand up for years of constant use. The only problem I have is that the left button eventually becomes less responsive but that take more than 8 years to happen.

These is my second time buying this model trackball mouse. I've tried others but for some reason they don't feel good on my hand using the trackball. The price is great and the cord length is good, My only wish there was a bluetooth version..

The ball is on the front, so I use my index finger to navigate the screen. The trouble with the others I've tried is the ball is on the side so I needed to use my thumb. If it had a scroll wheel it would be perfect.

i like being able to rest my palm on it, using just my fingertips to scroll anywhere on the screen without having to move my hand and not need any space to move like traditional mice.

Been using Logitech track balls for many years, both with desk top computers (home/at work) as well as well as laptop computers. Logitech trackballs are reliable and have unbelievable accuracy and longevity.

There are other trackballs that have more gimmicks, but for the money it's a decent trackball with a large sized ball and it fits my hand. I miss the scroll wheel found on most mouses, but, I'll make do.

This mouse is easy to use. Requires little desk space, fits well for finger placement. I use this for gaming because it gives me the needed buttons without overloading me with 99 options to confuse me. This is the mouse I always buy.

I love my new roller ball mouse! This is my 3rd one in 15 years, they work great!! You don't need alot of desk space because you don't have to push it around for it to work, if you haven't tried a roller ball you should

I was using an old mouse at work and felt the strain particularly on my wrist and pointer finger. The Logitech - Trackman Trackball Mouse quickly eased the stress on my hand and I was very easy to get used to.

Going from a regular click mouse to a ball mouse was different. But this mouse is easy to use and the ball works great once you get use to it.

Mouse works, no scroll button - which would improve the product. Trackball type such as this, is more comfortable for me and has a good angle for your hand to rest. I don't notice the ball sticking. I use the mouse almost daily and have had for a couple months, it still works fine. The mouse arrived quickly and in good condition from Best Buy. Best Buy price was better than Amazon. Between the time I ordered the item and picked it up, it went on sale. I was given the sale price, very pleased.

Over the years I've had several track balls from different manufacturers, and always Logitech stood out as my favorite. This version is pretty much everything I need to reliably move the cursor around the screen. I'd like to have a wheel-like function like my mouse has, but I can live without it. Besides, the trackball and the mouse can work side by side, so I can have the best of both. The trackball is comfortable under my hand, and it is very accurate once I got used to it. By all means download the software that lets you customize the responses and settings. A little time with setting up will pay back huge benefit. It did for me, at least. This is an item I can definitely say is worth getting.

I have used this style of trackball for quite a few years now. I really like it because it is easy to use and it gives incredible control when playing games on the computer. It is comfortable also.

This was my third "Trackman" mouse, the first was purchased over 15 years ago. They last a long time, are easy to use and reduce repetitive wrist movement compared to a standard mouse.

This mouse is pretty good, especially for its low price. My only complaint is that I can't scroll, as there is no scroll wheel as there are on other mice, since the track ball is in the center of the mouse.
