the technitions in you Menifee store are super helpful, honest and trustworthy. Working with them made it like you can trust them and they were not just trying to sell you anything. Their input was very valuable and that is what we went with and at the end we are very happy with system that was installed. Wish we would have done it years ago in the Suburban

Having recently upgraded the speakers and audio head in my car, there was great improvement. I just wasn't getting the full depth , breadth and clarity of sound that I wanted though it was much improved. I knew the only real way to accomplish this was a good subwoofer. I don't need to rattle the china in the houses I drive by but the sound was out of balance. You brought out a package of a 12" Sub, 1200watt AMP and installation and a great price and I knew I'd never do better so I jumped in. I knew there would be additional expenses, a box and installation kits, not cheap. I was also hopeful that the same Geek Squad installer could do the job. He did and I got a 5 out of 5 at a bargain price!

The installation was done very well and wires are not visible. The audio sounds very good and they even helped in redirecting the audio to my subs rather than a slightly blown speaker

Highly recommended the Geek Squad Automobile Staff is very knowledgeable on Automotive Electronics... I have a Total Tech Membership which I think is a great value if your looking to have muliti installations... I purchased a Kenwood 10.1 inch HD Double Din Stereo that Bestbuy doesn't carry from Crutchfield that George from the Otay Ranch location was happy to install thats the benefit Total Tech Members have... You can purchase a product from a other store other than Bestbuy and have them install it... George is very professional and gave me recommendations solutions & answers to all my questions... The installs were all clean and seamlessly... George even went a step further by goings above & beyond with my install by connecting my Stereo Audio System via the big 3 for those that know what the big 3 is its a must in a great hi profile car audio install system google it if you don't know it was greatly appreciated... George also connected my 4 Channel amplifier underneath my seat perfectly so its unnoticeable so thiefs won't be able to see via window but is easily accessible just by pulling the seat forward... George also connected a two 2 way 6 1/2 inch Component Speakers and 2 tweeters and crossovers which he installed in the front car doors and tweeters in dash which sound and look great no problems with my windows or switches ... Its been over 3 weeks since my installation I wanted to leave this review earlier but I was definitely enjoying my system and made sure it was all was functioning properly... I received a phone call the day prior to my installation from Jeff in the installation department. From that phone call on I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of customer service. I didn't have much exposure to Jeff, but his demeanor and attentiveness on the phone call was a great first impression. Eric was my installer when the say came. He was so helpful and informative. None of my detailed questions shook his pleasant, helpful, and friendly attitude. I had questions about a future upgrade to the system he worked on and he took the time after I left to dig into deeper and email me more information. I went into this experience questing my decision to have Best Buy install my equipment in my car, now I'll never go anywhere else. Absolutely top notch installation. I've had 3 different car audio specialty companies install equipment for me over the last few years and not one of those installs was as clean and correct as this one is. When I say correct I mean that Eric went above and beyond and tuned my equipment in perfectly. Those other shops put my stuff in and sent me on my way. Give these guys more money!

They got my dual twelve subwoofers installed within an hour and a half, super clean, super fast, and super easy. They did a really good job too as I cant see any wires in my car and it all looks stock. Very happy!
