This team has helped me in person way too much...I go to them for everything my ipad almost broke because of the power I put in from a different charger...Oops they told me it was alright and just to give it a few hours and guess what it was...

I absolutely love my ninja coffee pot. It has a built-in froth or I could use for coffee grounds or for pods I could either make a pot a tall to go cup or a coffee cup setting and I can also put on a setting for over ice for my Starbucks drinks I definitely recommend this

Purchasing the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement was the smartest purchase I ever bought. I have a house full of gamers and these controllers get damaged every 6 months. I love Best Buy’s 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement. I use it for all my devices now.

If you're buying video game controller, please get this. You will eventually get stick drift and in the long run it is better to get it replaced with a brand new controller than spending the same amount sending it in and waiting for it to get repaired only to break again. Controllers aren't designed to be durable, this is the best move you can make.

I have never used a warranty before and I have been blown away of how easy it was to utilize!!
I had to use the 2 year warranty, I'm so happy I got, to replace my Xbox Elite Series 2 remote. I accidentally hit my side table and it unfortunately busted the remote open and a drink fell on it.
I walked in when the store when it opened, I stood in line for 3 mins and in another 2 mins I found out that I would simply get a brand new, never opened remote. I literally thought I would have to wait a week or more to get it "fixed" or possibly get a refurbished remote.
I'm telling you now, if you buy an elite remote, GET THE WARRANTY!!!! The best thing about it is, that you can get another 2 year warranty on the new remote!!!
Device broke time to upgrade. Get the protection!!

I never buy replacement plans for anything. My wife is on the other hand. I bought my first warranty a couple years back and I have purchased the plan for every item since. I usually bring a couple extra dollars with me and UPGRADE. Started with a 100.00 headset and over the last couple years I upgraded every time my headset broke. My Steeleseries artic 9 just stopped charging. I bought it a almost August of 2021 and when I return it I am getting the steele series nova pro for 350.00. I used to but a new 100.00 give or take headet every year to year and a half now I upgrade every year to year and a half. My kids break everything well let's go back to best buy. Dog chewed my controller again let's go to best buy. I would say no questions asked but they do ask what's wrong with the device you are returning but after that new device

Well worth it the original item broke within a year and two year coverage is a reasonable price.

With any electronics I try to make sure to get a warranty. The GeekSquad service warranties are the best because they stand by their items and will replace the item or give you a return if the item is not available. 2 thumbs up!

Geek Squad has always been helpful with my broken items. I have a teenage son,and he goes through gaming headsets. GS always helps me with finding out what has broken, and gotten me a replacement headset when it couldn't get fixed. I never feel pressure to get a more expensive piece or feel like I am getting ripped off.
