This hoverboard is absolutely amazing. No issues yet. My son loves how easy and smooth it is. The sound quality for the Bluetooth made me very impressed. So far very happy with it.

It’s all good until you have flat tire….good luck booking appointment…there is no option for electric scooter…

Purchased geek squad product replacement for a Swagtron T1 hoverboard. The first time my kids took the hoverboard outside, the housing cracked. Contacted geek squad and found out the geek squad product replacement that I'd purchased was a complete waste of a hundred bucks and doesn't cover physical damage. Now I'm out $450 and my kids can't even use the hoverboard. This will definitely be my last purchase from best buy.

Wheel fell off scooter not even a month after purchase

I had an electric scooter break on me and they took it no questions asked. I had the option to replace it with the same one or to get a store credit which was great. Ended up buying a different brand scooter since I didn’t feel like the one I originally had was a good fit.

We had purchased a scooter and protection plan for my daughter. Her scooter started to misfunction. I suggested she take it to her closest Best Buy location and seed help from the Geed Squad since we had the protection plan. She drove the 45 min to the closest store and they were awesome. She was unsure what all was going on and how to handle it so she called me (she was in college- 9 hours away), the tech was very professional, explained to me the process that we would need to take as they no longer sold this unit and they were unable to fix. They ended up issuing a gift card for the purchase amount and getting her set up with the model they now carried.

The sales representative when I picked it up was very helpful. The scooter is I very good to use and transporting so as not to be in driving traffic? What is the location for one place to another? A description of the item was accurate and I'm fine and very enjoyable

This is GREAT because, you guessed it, I NEEDED IT! I had a scooter that I knew was full of specialty parts I would never be able to find outside of the manufacturer of this product. The manufacturer probably knows this fact as well so they, most likely, charge more than expected for OEM replacement parts. As far as warranties, I know the upfront cost is the worst part yet the piece of mind for 2 years was worth it for me this time. I planned on using the scooter often and mainly within the city where, I assumed, it would take an inevitable beating. Sure enough my bet paid off: the warranty came in handy within the first year. When the scooter got damaged, I attempted to fix it on my own. This is always my first go-to option and has yet to work in my favor. Then I remembered the Best Buy Warranty so after bringing the item and pertinent accessories back to the store I was able to get another, brand new scooter at no cost. The end.

Great product not recommend for rain or snow, but still works great

Best buy has the best protection plan!! I buy from BB because of it.

Hopefully i dont have to use it but if ido its a great security blanket.

Im glad i purchased the warranty. When i returned the hoverboard it was fast and easy.

The Geek Squad service was amazing. My scooter had some issues and wasn’t running right. Took it to the store and had no issues with the return process. Was able to purchase a new one the same day and just had to pay the price difference. Wish they would have kept this service available for my new purchase and I would have bought it again

Great product! Holds up to 220 pounds so I can ride my sons hoverboard as well.

Love the Geek Squad Protection plans. Especially the Product Replacement plan. Any time I had an issue with an item, it was replaced with no questions asked. If that same item was not available, I could have the store order it or choose to get store credit for the item returned.

Bought this service again for the hover board that is being replaced. Did not work new out of the box. So let's see if the replacement item works new out of the box.

Will be buying another one soon for my son. My daughter and son both loves it. Rides at a good speed and charging take a little while, but they ride it until its dead though

The product overall was really great. Top speed’s long battery charging the product did not break down on me easy quick two hour charge from a dead battery. I really enjoyed this product and would recommend buying this product

This was a NO brainer. The reviews were all over the place, and the Black Friday sale price was too good to pass up. We wanted our daughter to have fun and be able to rake short trips, but we didn’t want the scooter breaking before she could go off to college. The relatively low price of the warranty made this decision easy. There is a Best Buy a few minutes away from her campus, and they will fix/replace the scooter if it breaks.
