bought the 2yr geek squad protect& support plus when I purchased by laptop haven't had to use it but if your going to protect the inside of your computer with virus protection you might think about this laptop itself from water to drops to many other mishaps buy it you will be glad down the road

Recently my asus fell and had to get it repaired (casing came off areas, usb got lodged inside, screen stack, touch screen wouldn't work) Month before my protection expired, completely taken care of and repaired. I want to renew it but it's far too much for a broke college student so

i am a fan of protection and have purchased it many times in the past however i just spent 1 hour trying to log on to geek squad to find my personal protection plan an i was unable to do so i called geek squad 2times i did online chat once and still was unable to find a link i was given a link by 2 people and they gave me a generic best buy link to information

I purchased this coverage for an HP laptop. The hard drive failed and the geek squad at the local Best Buy replaced it immediately and the laptop is working great again. Without the coverage, I likely would have had to ship the laptop to HP for repair. This was so much more convenient.

We are so happy with our Geek Squad protection plan! We've had other plans before; the price is right but even more important they are easy to work with in person or by phone. Great choice for everyone who wants peace of mind and easy access to help with their computer for anything!

We bought the 3 year protection for the last laptop my daughter and it paid for itself 3 times over. If a laptop remains on a desk and isn't an essential tool I don't Know if its worth it but for a computer that travels between classes and is used constantly this is an essential buy.

In this day and age where quality of production of items can be questionable and dealing with limited manufacture's warranties, this added protection is well worth the price because you can take the product in or have Geek Squad come out and get the problem resolved quickly.

I'm glad I purchased the geek squad with my new laptop. I had to contact them once regarding some software that I had downloaded and they were extremely helpful. They were able to access my laptop and do all the things necessary to correct the problem. It was like having my own IT person.

happy I got the support, used first day unscheduled, no wait, but they took me anyways and helped resolve some external email set ups in Outlook with some helpful tips on Windows 10. years back I did not like best buy warranty, support etc., but they have obviously made some improvements.

Geek squad is always been very easy and satisfactory to work with when buying products from best buy. Readily accessible 24 hours a day and with many locations willing to do the same thing as calling in over the phone makes it easier and hassle free for more of the hard problems that may come up.

My son went to websites which downloaded viruses twice. Both times when I called the Geek Squad, they were very courteous. Not only did they clean the viruses off my computer, they also tuned the computer for better performance. This support plan has saved me money in the long run.

The Geek squad is very professional at what they do. They are always curtious and knowledgeble . They make it easy for someone like me who is not very tech savvy to understand all the latest technology. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their new high tech gear

If you purchased a product for a young child and they damage it, you can get it fixed or replaced. My daughter cracked the screen on her laptop and I was able to get it fixed. I am sure it would have cost me more money to get it fixed if I hadn’t purchased the warranty.

I've now talked to at least 6 different Geek Squad agents and they are always very friendly and kind when I was frustrated or confused. They are also very knowledgeable and have always done their best to fix things for me. I'd be lost without this coverage!!! I highly, highly recommend!

I do not know why this says returned online i bought a acer chromebook spin 15 and and a 1 yr. protect plan for that product. i intend to go to the store and find out why you are showing that i returned an item that cannot be returned. I am very upset.

I purchased the 1-year Geek Squad support package when I purchased my HP laptop from Best Buy.Setting up a new laptop is no easy task, and they patiently walked me through every step, including how to retrieve my old screen saver, which I loved seeing every day on my old laptop.

I finally decided to buy a new laptop after my old one was super slow and infected with viruses. I called around and it is a minimum of $150 for a tech to look at computer with a Virus. It is a whole lot cheaper and you have nothing to worry about when you purchase Geek Squad Protection.

My job has me traveling around the USA and ive been into a few of the best buys and at each one i have had super service . this plan is well worth the money for me and they even got a virus off my comp . or a redirect item at no cost i couldn't ask for more from Best buy. thank you

I got the service when I bought my last laptop. I've used it twice now and it's worth the money spent. I've had some minor upgrades done to the laptop and an update issue, both times the work was done quickly and correctly. The service tech's are knowledgeable and polite.
