The Vizio v series 4K HDR for under $750 is the best bang for the buck, if you want anything better you're going to have to pay a lot more for it. But anything better is marginal and not worth it if you're on a budget. So I highly recommend this set I've had it for over a month now and I also have a E-Series 70-inch. But noted one must remember when comparing TVs that this is a 4K with HDR compared to where we came from what 1080p 720p and 480p in 480i the CRT TVs. I own a Panasonic plasma which could not compare it to the 4K HDR. Now some might argue with the plasma compared to a LCD LED TV. but I would hook up my computer to my plasma and try to use Windows on it and it was inferior, but when I hook up my computer to this 4K LCD LED it is superior undeniably. so if you've never had a high-end 4K TV and you've had 1080P 780p and 480p and 480i or CRT you will definitely appreciate this Vizio v series TV 70-inch for under 750 US Dollars. And not to mention if you're single and you do not have cable Vizio has integrated Pluto TV and many other apps I have used the LG webos which most reviewers say is number one but it uses XUMO as a default for movies but Pluto gives more of a cable feel and which I am starting to enjoy it a little bit better than LG's XUMO, AND PLUTO RESOLUTION IS HIGHER THAN CABLE ON THIS SET SO THE TV ACTUALLY PAYS FOR ITSELF IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CABLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. And not to mention that Vizio is a an American company, and the support is awesome, I have reached out to Vizio support and advise that they contact the engineering team to be the first to develop a USB DVR to record content through the USB port.

I was pleasantly surprised with the deal I got on this 70 inch Vizio 4K Uhd TV with HDR. Got it all set up just in time to watch the football game. The picture was amazing and to be able to see everything that was happening so crystal clear was great. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new television.

I like simple tech. This is a great tv, easy to use and works perfectly with Visio sound bar/sub audio system. The easy buttons for streaming on the remote are fantastic! Be prepared to bring a truck and a buddy to bring home. The box is huge and takes 2 peeps to mount. For the price, you can’t and won’t find anything better!

This TV has a great picture! Went from a 55 inch to this 70 and live it. I was able to use the wall mount I had from my previous tv and got it hung up in time to watch some of the Workd Series games on it.

I dropped Directv and switched to YouTube TV to save money. This TV has the app built in and streams flawlessly. I have no wires or cables running to the TV for the cleanest installation ever. The picture is unbelievable and we couldn’t be happier with our picture.

Nice large picture to this TV. Plenty of features and love pairing it up with the Visio 5.1 sound bar system together they make a nice TV viewing experience. Only downfall is Sling TV isn’t one of the built in Apps which has been around longer than a few of the other streaming services.

This TV wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. The Cons: Didn’t fit on my tv entertainment centers mounts properly, the tv was waaay too high. Not sure if this is a problem on my end because I have had the entertainment center for a while. (Over 10) This device has an older hdmi version that will not work with some 2.2 version devices in 4K and sometimes at all. This was a major bummer as I loved using my Roku and even bought a 4K Roku hoping that would fix the problem but it did not and after searching online I found a work around for it to play 1080p but it requires more devices. Pros: I love that I can turn this TV on with casting which takes you right to whatever you want to watch from a number of pops apps and Alexa. It works fairly well with my Sony Receiver making everything super streamlined. The 4K over Apple Play (Disney Plus) is Crystal Clear. All and all it’s not a bad tv by any means, I just feel that getting an old version of the HDMI Port was a major let down.

I was actually looking for a 50" or 55" TV when I came across this 70" Vizio on an incredible open-box discount price. I believe this one was the store's display model, but aside from missing hardware and the remote, it looked brand-new. I should preface my review by noting that I do not have cable or satellite. I only do streaming video and gaming with an XBox One (1st gen). To get the TV initially set up, I borrowed a friend's Vizio remote, as most of their remotes will work with any of their TV's. I went through the initial setup, and the TV interface repeatedly downloaded software updates and restarted. I finally exited out of setup mode and streamed video to the TV through my Xbox, which has about 8 streaming apps on it. Satisfied that the TV was working well, I ordered a replacement remote on Amazon. Several weeks into owning this TV, after doing a lot of troubleshooting, I still could not get the SmartCast to function. When I hit the Home button on the remote, all it displayed was a spinning circle. I was not too disappointed about this because I had a Roku HD unit on hand which I hooked up. Ironically, about 2 weeks after I hooked up the Roku, SmartCast finally started to function properly. Now that I've used it, I can say that SmartCast has a pretty decent variety of channels to choose from and the interface is pretty user-friendly. User interface issues aside, I've been able to get a pretty good, but by no means fantastic, picture quality. Like I said, I only watch TV through streaming services, and even though the settings show it's set to 2160p, it doesn't look a whole lot different than 1080p, and I can't get anything to display with the kind of depth you see when the TV is in Demo mode. It may be that you can only get that kind of depth when using cable or satellite with HD channels, or a 4K Blu-Ray player. The sound quality of the TV's built-in speakers was pretty decent, better than any of my previous flat-screens, I hooked up an inexpensive ONN soundbar via optical cable, and the combination of the soundbar and speakers gives sound quality far beyond what I had with my previous TVs. In conclusion, at the right price, I think this is a pretty great TV, even with having to work around the user interface issues.

For the price paid, you get a lot of TV. The picture and sound are great. Easy to set up and get working, the TV explains itself. I would have liked a few more HDMI inputs, but such as it is, I believe the TV works great so far....I do have a BOSE sound bar hooked up, but the TV volume is loud and clear by itself. All in all I am pleased with the Vizio brand, and hope it's as good as my 9 year old Sony Bravia which is still going strong. Its been a week, I'll see how well it works after a few years.

Bought this 70" Vizio as an open box item for only $400! It was perfect other than missing the legs, which was fine because I was planning on mounting it on the wall. The TV is absolutely wonderful. Colors are great, picture quality is great, and the slim boarder around the screen makes the picture look huge. Paired it with a mid level soundbar and the family loves having movie night. The options and features in the TV are easy to navigate and Smart features are very responsive to Wifi without any hitches. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and with the quality.
