Great product. We were hesitant to purchase this being that it is refurbished. There is always a chance to take but I also didn't want to buy anything too expensive because this laptop is going to my 11-year-old son. I did as much research as I could. Also, a big consideration is reputation. Best Buy and Acer Chromebook are trusted companies. I trust their products. My received this for his birthday and a month later he still loves it and it is working just fine. No complaints. Easy to use. Works great. Worth the price. Very pleased with my purchase and my product.

This Chromebook is an incredible value. It's quite light and has an overall decent build quality. The big screen and good battery life make this a no brainer for $200!

I ordered a refurbished Chromebook online and was dissappointed to find that it did not come with a charging cord. The Chromebook itself is almost like new condition and came w/cloth case; but what good is a laptop without a charger. The Chromebook deserves a 5 star (like new) but considering the added & unexpected cost I incurred for the a/c adapter, I give this purchase just 3 stars.

Bought two for my kids to do home work on them. The battery life is amazing, screen is clear, no lagging, and they do the job of web based work.

Needed something portable with a large screen for a project. This filled the bill nicely. Nothing fancy, just a solid value. I would not have known that it was a refurbished item if it hadn't been labelled as such.

I recently purchased the Acer and so far so good.. the issue is my Chromebook didn't come with a manual I made a inquiry about the issue and was given options to send it back basically, which I don't want to go through all of that. just want to get the manual. because it was a open box it seems that it should've came with one but didn't. Not happy because I've already loaded it with information and need it for projects I'm working on. not happy at all.

I hadn't purchased a refurbished product before because of all the possibilities of being let down. However, I am so glad that I took the risk for my Acer Chromebook. It had two scratches on it. Two. On the bottom and the outside far left side (towards the back) of the back of the screen. So far the system runs great! The speakers aren't the best quality but I use a bluetooth connection when working. Really glad I have it.

Good purchase for the cost! Easy to use. Have a couple issues with display. Definitely would purchase at this price again.

This is essentially a glorified tablet, and not a very good one. This doesn't have a good interface, and does not work like a traditional laptop. We regret this purchase.

This is a great computer I'm using it now. Me and my daughter got the same one. No problems with it so far. I use for everyday use and for homeschooling for my kids.

Bought this laptop for my daughter to use at School and she loves it. It is perfect. Highly recommended
