Got exactly what I was promised. Machine works great

I was looking everywhere for a laptop that has windows 7 that is in my budget, and this is it.. I love it, and it's great! Everything is fast, setup was simple, and I have no problems with it whatsoever.

Bought this for my dad who isn't computer "savy" but he loves it! Easy to use and great value for the price!

Very pleased with the qualify and functionality of this laptop. Using it for traveling and it's perfect. Would definitely buy it again!

I needed a reasonably priced laptop to take with me on the road. So far this laptop has proven to be durable, efficient and is fulfilling all of my computing needs. I would buy another for my associate.

Needed new laptop and had used friend's ACER previously. Impressed with speed handling Quickbooks and other applications. Do not use it to download movies, or play games so can't comment on those applications. Works extremely well for me.

Purchased for my wife and she loves everything about it!!!

I'm in college and use this for papers and online courses, as well as computer games for a class (aren't I lucky?). This computer is perfect for my needs, very fast and sleek.

Received this in the mail after a lot of debate about which brand to go with. I have an older Acer that's decent so I went with another Acer. Pulled it out, opened it up.. The first thing I noticed is how THIN the screen is. The pressure from my hand opening it (holding the back of the laptop) was causing discoloration on the plasma screen. That made me upset, I have kids and I knew it would get ruined if it were that flimsy. So I start it up and the mouse pad doesn't work! I attempt to get it working in control panel. No luck. Thankfully best buy returned the laptop with no issues. I'm kind of glad the mouse pad didn't work, it was a good excuse to return it and get a more durable, sturdy laptop that will last!

Easier to use than my windows 8 I like it and it serves my purpose

I like the computer with the Windows 7 program. It is easy to navigate through the program. Very nice laptop for the price.

bought this pc to replace a higher end Toshiba does all I needed it for and a lot more than I am ever going to use. I am not a well versed user. When I ordered item I specified windows 7.It serves me well.

Constantly shuts down while playing games and have to switch user every time I try to log in and I am the only user. I only purchased it because it had windows 7 and I despise windows 8. Will not buy another acer.

This processor is the bottom of the line of processors, therefore it runs on the slow side and takes longer than it should to boot up.

I bought this computer because I wanted a computer with windows 7, and definitely not windows 8. I have had an Acer desktop for years and it's been a great machine. This laptop however is a different story. First, there is no program to run the web cam. It only works if you are on skype. You cannot use it to record videos, take snapshots etc. Very disappointing. I did not believe this was possible but according to Acer ...its true. Secondly, after having the computer for 3 days I had a white line straight down the middle of the screen. Thirdly, it kept disconnecting from my wifi and I had to reconnect. I have other wifi devices in my home and I only had a problem with this laptop. Needless to say I returned the Acer and I ordered the Gateway laptop with Windows 7. ( I know. Gateway is also owned by Acer) So far, so good with the Gateway. Seems much better built, it comes with more programs, doesn't drop my wifi, and the screen seems to have better/deeper colors. Since they are the same price, I would definitely recommend the Gateway.

Great all around computer, but it has a bit of a touchy mouse pad.

It was great to find a laptop with Windows 7. Best Buy never let's us down!

Nice little computer. Replaced my 8 year old Toshiba laptop and it is working out great.

Purchased for my 10 yo son. He loves it he watches and upload youtube vids.

I love my new laptop it works great and no problems.
